A jövő útja: a kisléptékű önellátás – Nyár végi, ősz elejei...
2022 szeptemberében elindítottunk egy közös rovatot a Krisna-völggyel, hogy a Civil Rádió hallgatói elsőkézből értesüljenek a kisléptékű önellátás útjáról, lehetséges lépéseiről. A rovat négyhetente szombaton reggel fél 9 táján hallható.
Ebben az epizódban a nyár végi, ősz elejei kertészeti munkákról beszélgetünk Antal Balázzsal, Bálamódaka Dász-szal, Krisna-völgy főkertészével.

Újragondolt méhész-szövetkezetekkel mentené meg a szakmát a Mézerdő
Magyarországon több mint 21 ezer méhészetet tartanak nyilván, a legtöbb méhész mégis kis szereplőként, önállóan próbál
érvényesülni a piacon. Emiatt nehezebben tudnak jobb árakat és kedvezőbb feltételeket kialkudni, a szakma pedig egyre
kevésbé kínál biztos megélhetést a következő nemzedéknek. Erre a problémára dolgozott ki új, önkéntes szövetkezeti
javaslatot a több mint 210 ezres Facebook-közösséggel rendelkező Mézerdő, és az anyagot eljuttatta az Agrárminisztériumnak.
A legtöbb méhész a mézet jellemzően feldolgozás, üvegezés, címkézés, bolti értékesítés nélkül, nagy tételben adja el a
mézfelvásárlóknak. A széttöredezett piacon azonban a sok, egymástól függetlenül értékesítő méhész külön-külön nehezen
tud jobb árat és kedvezőbb feltételeket kialkudni, hiszen sokuknak nincs is elegendő pénze, eszköze vagy kereskedelmi
kapcsolata ahhoz, hogy saját maga vállalja az üvegezést, a márkaépítést stb. Emiatt gyakran el kell fogadniuk az éppen
kínált, jobbára kedvezőtlen felvásárlási árat, amely mellett egyre nehezebb jövedelmezően működtetni és fejleszteni a
méhészetüket.
A „termelőszövetkezet” szó sokakban érthetően a korábbi rendszer rossz emlékeit idézi fel. A Mézerdő javaslata ezért világos
garanciákkal határolódik el attól: nem lenne kötelező tagság, közös tulajdonba adott méhállomány. Minden méhész megtartaná a
saját kaptárait, eszközeit, szakmai önállóságát és – ha van – a saját márkáját. A közös szervezet csak ott lépne be, ahol az egyedül
működő gazdaság ma méretéből adódóan hátrányban van.

Idén 19. alkalommal gondoskodik egészségügyi jelenlétről a Magyar Vöröskereszt és a Magyar Ifjúsági Vöröskereszt Balatoni Elsősegélynyújtó Szolgálata a Balaton partján. A július 1. és augusztus 20. között működő önkéntes szolgálat összesen tíz déli parti strandon biztosít a nyaralók számára azonnali és szakszerű elsősegélynyújtást szükség esetén.

„Úgy mondanám, hogy mindig valahogyan szeretem így összevariálni azokat a területeket, amik amúgy külön-külön működnek. Mert hogy most így végiggondoltam az életem, meg azokat a dolgokat, amiket csináltam. Mindenhol valamit valamivel összevegyítettem. Mert mondjuk a tanoda is ugyan egy gimnázium, de egy ilyen segítő gimnázium, ahová ugye kimaradókat vettünk fel mindig. És ez egy kifejezetten kimaradók iskolája. És azért, aki ott tanított, annak segítőnek is kellett lennie. És arra is ki kell képződnie. Tehát én így egyben gondoltam a segítést és az oktatást. Ilyen volt a Megálló is, és a Komában pedig valójában minden ott van, amit én valaha csináltam. És itt pedig nagyon szépen és ügyesen van kombinálva a művészet, szociális munka, tanulás, lélek, lélektan. Szóval nekem két perverzióm van, én rájöttem: az egyik ez az innoválás, a másik meg hogy – azt szoktam mondani – az ember fontos és nem az ő problémája. És hogy az embert, mint ilyen emberi lényt megközelíteni és törődni vele, hogy jól legyen.”
„Amikor a tanodát kitaláltam, akkor ez egy ilyen fontos tapasztalásom volt. Előtte nagyon sok fiatallal dolgoztam egy ilyen szabadabb helyzetben. És hogy mondjuk, ha neki volt egy gondja az iskolában, akkor őt azonnal elküldték a nevelési tanácsadóba. Csak az volt a baj, hogy a gondja a tanárával volt, és azt ott kellett volna megdumálni a tanárával. Nem pedig a pszichológusával. És akkor én ezt próbáltam összehozni, hogy van az ember a mindenével, az ő személyiségével, a bajaival, az örömeivel, és hogy egy olyan személy legyen vele, aki ezt az egészet érzékeli, akiben ő meg tud bízni. Mert a fiataloknál nyilván a bizalom nagyon fontos dolog. Ők nem osztják meg azért akárkivel a gondjaikat.”

„Van egy utunk, amin haladunk. És ez az út azért olyan, hogy ott, a saját utunkon kell hozni döntéseket. Ezek a döntések befolyásolhatják akkor is az utunkat, hogyha, hogyha… Én mindig azt gondolom, hogy a szüleim voltak az íj és én vagyok a nyíl. Tehát ők egyfajta röppályát adtak nekem. De azzal már nekem kellett.., tehát utána már elengedték a kezem. – Hogyan adták? Vannak szülők, akik így adják át a maguk üzenetét vagy mintáit, mások úgy adják át. Hogyan kapta meg? … – Azt gondolom, hogy nem mindegy, hogy milyen közegben élünk. Tehát nem csak a család a fontos, hogy mit kapunk a szüleinktől, hanem például az is nagyon fontos, hogy hol lakunk, kisváros, falu, nagyváros, vagy milyen közösségbe kerülünk, vagy milyen iskolába járunk. … Nagyon hamar elkezdtem sportolni. Tehát nekem nem a szüleim adták ezeket a lökéseket, hanem egy olyan közösségnek voltam a tagja, ahol nagyon nagyon erős volt az az erkölcsi mérce, hogy nem tűrtük meg… Én úsztam, nagyon sokáig úsztam, és ott mi nagyon hamar felnőttekké váltunk… – Mit nem tűrtek meg? – Az igazságtalanságot.”
„Van egy érdekes esetem. Egy nőt megerőszakolnak és nem tud védekezni. Nagyon súlyos lelkiállapotba kerül. Évekig zárt intézetben kezelik. És amikor kiengedik, aznap a héven megint megerőszakolják. És akkor már, nem tud védekezni, de leszáll az elkövető után, és egy téglával beveri a fejét. És ha közben védekezett volna, akkor az egy jogos védelem lett volna. Jelen esetben önvédelem. De mivel már kikerült ebből a szituációból, ezért önbíráskodás volt. És büntették.”

Miért akarunk, miért nem akarunk tanulni
A tanulási képesség nem ugyanaz, mint az iskolai sikerre való képesség.
Az életbenmaradás lényege a tanulás.
A mai iskola nem tölti be azt a szerepét, hogy a társadalmi reprodukciót segítse – pedig ez lenne a fő szerepe.
Egyáltalán nem biztos, hogy ma több ismeret kell az életbenmaradáshoz, mint a régi időkben.
A gyermekek tanítására létrehozott intézmények (az iskolák) megfelelnek-e a célnak, amelyre létrejöttek?
A társadalom minden tagja tudás-átadó is – akár csak azzal, hogy példa.
Tud-e az iskola alternatívákat mutatni, hogy a gyermek lássa a lehetőségeit?
Mi az iskola és a család közötti „munkamegosztás”?
Mit ad a gyermeknek a csoportos oktatás, ahol rájuk van bízva a szereposztás?
Nem az újfajta tudás befogadása lenne a lényeg, hanem az újfajta viselkedés.
Az iskola ideálja nem a remekül repülő sas vagy remekül futó nyúl, hanem a tyúk: tudjon kicsit csapkodni a szárnyával, tudjon kicsit lépkedni…

Régi nyarak emlékeiről mesél Meskó Bánk
A napokban olvastam Mirtse Zsuzsa költőnő „Más ez a nyár“ című írását, mely mélyen megfogott, mert előhívta a régi nyarak emléket, a fiatalkor felhőtlen boldogságát.
Többek között ennek a hatására született meg ez a visszaemlékezés a gyermekkor felejthetetlen pillanatairól. Szeretettel ajánlom figyelmükbe.

Cseh Sándor korábbi interjúnkban (Egy volt maffiózó új élete címmel) alvilági múltjáról, valamint több évtizede kapott új, Krisztus-követő életéről szólt. Vendégünk Beregszászon született, és több évtizede Magyarországon él négygyermekes családjával. 2017-től munkatársa az evangélikus egyház cigánymissziói szolgálatának.

Beszélgetések a közösségek hangjáról – Szókratész stílusában
Egy új sorozatot készítettünk és indítunk itt a Civil Rádióban is – az ‚igazi‘ közösségi rádiózásról.
Mindenki ismeri azt a közösségi médiát, amit social médiának neveznek. De kevesen ismerik és még kevesebben hallottak már közösségi médiát, amit angolul Community médiának hívnak. Ez a fajta médium, amelyik egy falut, egy lakótelepet, szomszédságot, iskolát, vagy akár egy érdeklődési közösséget szólít meg – és nem kívülről teszi ezt, hanem maga is a közösség életének egy eleme.
A community médiát nem csak a közösség tagjai készítik, de a médiafelület is az övéké, ellentétben a social médiával, ami a tulajdonos cégek nyereségérdekelt céljainak megfelelően működik.
Sorozatunkban a szomszédságok és érdeklődési közösségek hangját keressük. Te is, hallgató, része vagy nem is egy szomszédságnak, intézményi közösségnek és vedd csak sorba, hányféle dolog érdekel: minden érdeklődési közösséghez kapcsol téged.
Manapság, amikor a képernyők mögé vonul az emberiség, a podcastok sokaknak jelentenek menekülést a vizuális médiából, mert emberi hangot szólaltatnak meg.
De pontosan hol van a helye és mi a szerepe a közösségi műsoroknak? Mi az és mire jó ez a médiaforma, amit hívhatunk közösséginek, vagy szomszédságinak és technikailag lehet hagyományos, antennával fogható vagy internetes podcast is.
A sorozat ötlete egy rádióműsor közben született: a Civil Rádióban a közösségi rádiózásról beszélgetett három rádiós, akik maguk is csodálkozva tapasztalták, hogy mennyire különbözően gondolkodnak a közösségi rádiózásról. Egyikük a műsor után feltette a kérdést a mesterséges intelligenciának (MI): mi is tulajdonképpen a közösségi rádió. Az első válaszból a MI-val beszélgetés lett, a beszélgetésből napokon át tartó vita és végül ez a sorozat.
A közösségek hangjáról szóló sorozat bevezető epizódjában a Civil Rádió 2026. márciusi adását idézzük itt fel.
A következő alkalomtól már Szókratész és tanítványa Khairephón párbeszédekben próbálják kibogozni a közösségi rádió, a szomszédsági podcast lényegét.

Milyen legyen a közoktatásból sikeresen kilépő fiatal?

Hogyan tanuljuk meg a szavakat, hogyan alakulnak ki a fogalmaink – élményeken keresztül?
Vannak ismeretek, tudnivalók, rutinok, amelyek iránt a gyermek nem érdeklődik „magától”, mégis szüksége van rájuk – mi történjen?
Várjuk ki, amíg a gyermek majd érdeklődik? Várjuk be a tanítással a fejlődését?
Mi van azzal, aki a családi, otthoni környezetében nem tudja megszerezni az élethez szükséges alap-hozzáértéseket?
Mit jelentenek „az ember társadalmi életfunkciói”?
Melyek a tudás-átörökítés színterei az iskolán kívül?

Érdekegyeztetés lakossági követelésre egy túlméretezettnek tartott épület miatt a II. kerületben
Az Autóklub korábbi Rómer Flóris utcai telkére, a Pap-kertbe tervezett beruházás miatt az önkormányzat módosítaná a Kerületi Építési Szabályzatot (KÉSZ). Az új beruházó kérésére 740 millió Ft ellentételezésért tennék ezt, amely a helyi önkormányzatot illetné.
A túlméretezettnek tartott építkezés a környék arculatát és zöldfelületeit érintő szabálymódosítás nem a környéken élőket, hanem a beruházót szolgálná – állítják a helyiek, akik petíciót készítenek és további tárgyalást követelnek.
Tudatos érdekérvényesítési folyamat körvonalairól beszélgettünk Gárdonyi Ágnessel, az MKKP helyi Környezetvédelmi bizottságának tagjával az egyeztetési folyamatról.

Kun Árpád: Megint hazavárunk
Amikor a szerző és a karakter neve azonos, akkor az olvasó okkal-joggal gondolja, hogy a szerző a saját élettörténetével ajándékozza meg. Megajándékozza, mondom, mert néha zavarba ejtően szókimondó a stílus. Az ezzel kapcsolatos kérdésemre azt válaszolta, hogy amikor írta, egy fikciós alaknak érezte magát, de amúgyis a költői, az alkotói szabadság felülírja a prüdériát. Ha most arra gondolsz, hogy egy szabadszájú szexkönyvről beszélek, akkor tévedsz. A saját belső gondolatainak artikulálása a regény. Egy út a múltban és a jelenben. Egy út az új élet felé.

Az alvásterapeutával való beszélgetés apropója a könyv. A podcast tehát nem a könyvről szó, hanem az alvás-álom-képzelet témáját igyekszik megfejteni. A megfejteni kifejezés a beszélgetésben fontos szerepet kap.

Biztos, hogy most kéne gyengíteni a klímavédelmen?
Tíz EU-tagállam, köztük Magyarország az uniós kibocsátáskereskedelmi rendszer (ETS)* gyengítését, valamint az épületekre és közúti közlekedésre kiterjesztésének (ETS2) elhalasztását kérte az Európai Bizottságtól. Arra hivatkoznak, hogy mivel ezek az intézkedések növelik az energiaárakat, veszélybe kerül az Unió a versenyképessége és növekszenek a lakosság terhei. Európai civil szervezetek közös állásfoglalása szerint azonban ezek az aggodalmak alaptalanok: a bevételek okos újraelosztásával a rendszer nemcsak a versenyképességet serkenti, hanem a társadalmi egyenlőtlenségeket és az energiaszegénységet is hatékonyan csökkentheti.

A Greenpeace Magyarország, a Magyar Biokultúra Szövetség és a Magyar Természetvédők Szövetsége szerint Magyarországnak meg kell védenie a GMO-mentes mezőgazdaságot, és az Európai Unió Bíróságához kell fordulnia az új génkezelési technikák deregulációjával szemben. A három civil szervezet nyílt levélben fordult Magyar Péter miniszterelnökhöz az új génkezelési technikákkal előállított növények, vagyis az NGT-k uniós szabályozása miatt.
Gajdos László, az élő környezetért felelős miniszter válaszában egyértelművé tette: az új génkezelési technikákkal előállított szervezetek jogi és biológiai értelemben is GMO-k., s a minisztérium nem ért egyet az elfogadott uniós deregulációval, és kormányzati döntés esetén kész előkészíteni az Európai Unió Bíróságához forduláshoz szükséges peranyagot.

Akkor változtatunk, ha elég nagy a stressz
Az emberiség idén nyár közepére felhasználta mindazokat a természeti erőforrásokat, amelyeket a Föld egy év alatt képes helyreállítani és megújítani – 2026-ban a túlfogyasztás napja július 30-ára esik, míg a magyarországi túlfogyasztás napját 2026-ban június 24-én értük el. Ez a dátum arra figyelmeztet, hogy a jelenlegi gazdasági, termelési rendszereink és fogyasztási szokásaink túl nagy terhet rónak a bolygóra.
Mit tehetünk, hogy kisebb terhet rójunk a bolygóra, és képesek legyünk alkalmazkodni a változó körülményekhez? Mik a legsürgősebb feladatainak? Tényleg csak egy hatalmas stresszhatás fog minket észhez téríteni?

A Fővárosi Nagycirkusz és a Kazanyi Állami Cirkusz közös produkciója, a magyar és közép-ázsiai őstörténet legendás világába repíti a nézőt. Az Arany János Rege a csodaszarvasról című elbeszélő költeményéből is ismerős mitikus kor történetei elevenednek meg a porondon. Mesei alakok, fantasy filmeket idéző látványvilág, szimbolikus jelenetek, valamint a közép-ázsiai mondavilág különös figurái és képei állnak össze egy nagyszabású, egész estés előadássá.

Juhász Veronika egy levelet írt a főpolgármesternek, hogy segítse a Fővárosi Önkormányzat – vagy talán maga a főpolgármester is -, hogy segítse az utcai zenélést, s a zenészeket ne vekzálják a közterületi rendészek. Jó aktualitásat ad ennek a napokban zajló Budapesti Utcazene Fesztivál is.
Olyan új szabályozásért küzd, amely, az érintettekkel – az utcazenészekkel közösen kellene, hogy alakuljon. Kiváló alkalom, hogy ne egy megszégyenítő processzusnak legyenek kitéve (elküldve, elkergetve, pénzbüntetéssel riogatva) ezek az emberek.
Annak a felismerését is sürgeti, hogy ez ne egy produkció jellegű jelenséggé váljon, hiszen a településeink, jelesül a városok közterületein megjelenő zenészek az adott városrész karakterét, arculatát, miliőjét is erősítik, szolgálják – tehát a városfejlesztéshez is hozzájárulhatnak.
Ráadásul – Juhász Veronika gyakorlati példákat is felhoz erre – az ilyen események körüli találkozások a diskurzust, a beszélgetéseket, a nyilvánosság legjobb funkcióit is megteremtik, esetenként erősítik.

Civilek Új Alapon
Hogyan lehet változást elérni – főként az „új helyzetben” -, a nonprofit szektor, a civil szervezetek központi támogatásában? Részben ezeket a kérdéseket keresi és fogalmazza az a koalíció, amely a Civilek Új Alapon kezdeményezésre szakemberekből és szervezetekből állókból kezdett el közel egy éve dolgozni Magyarországon. Korábban is, többször beszámoltunk a Civil Rádióban ennek a munkának az alakulásáról.
A kezdeményezők egyike Scsaurszki Tamás beszélt ezúttal. A kiindulási alapokat – kontrollálatlan, hogyan és hova fordítódik ez az elég nagy pénz, amelyet főként a NEA (Nemzeti Együttműködési Alap) kereteiben osztottak föl; hogy egyoldalú szakmailag, de legfőképpen politikailag e támogatások elosztása a megelőző években.
Kutatás, lépésjavaslatok a közvélemény, az érintettek bevonására, majd egy javaslati csomag a változtatásokra, s ezek eljuttatása a döntéshozókhoz – kb. ezek a fő állomásai a folyamatnak.
Ezen belül az őszre tervezett un. Közösségi Gyűlésről – amely a közösségi döntések egyik jól bevált módszere -, ezekről a tervekről és előkészületekről beszélgetett Péterfi Ferenc a Civil Rádió magazinjában Scsaurszki Tamással.

A hazai felsőoktatás helyzetéről Kádár-Csoboth Péterrel...
„Érzékelhetően lényegesen kevesebb hallgató van az egyetemeken, magas költségek vannak közvetlen körülötte, nagyon komoly átalakítások jellemzik a felsőoktatást, naponta hallunk arról, hogy mikor mit és hogyan szervezik át. Megjelentek az egyetemeken a kancelláriák. Folyamatosan napi téma, hogy az egyetemi autonómia hogyan őrizhető meg. És folyamatosan tájékoztatni lehet itt-ott a nyilvánosságot arról, hogy ezek az egyetemeken szerzett ismeretek mennyire hasznosíthatók. Nagyon gyakran jelent meg az elmúlt időben olyan érvanyag, ami arról szólt, hogy az egyetemeken tanultakat, hogy a felsőoktatásban tanultakat hogyan lehet hasznosítani. És ennek a címén korlátoztak vagy átszerveztek intézményeket. Ez a riport mennyire áll, szerinted? – Én szerintem áll. Az a kérdés, hogy ez probléma vagy pedig egy műfaji adottság, vagy sajátosság ebben az esetben. Én amióta az eszemet tudom, ezzel a témakörrel foglalkozom, azóta folyamatosan azt látom, hogy a felsőoktatás egy ilyen izgalmi, vagy egy ilyen izgatott állapot van. Mármint a döntéshozók által izgatott állapotban, és folyamatos a felsőoktatás rendszerén, a vele szembeni elvárásokon, vagy akár a struktúráján, működtetésén a manipuláció, mármint az átalakítási szándék. Tehát ez igazából folyamatosan jelen van. Különböző időszakokban, különböző érvrendszerekkel találkozunk, hogy mi indokolja azt, hogy vagy struktúrához, vagy irányítási rendszerekhez, vagy képzési tartalmakhoz hozzányúl a döntéshozó.”
„Az a kérdés, hogy mit tekintünk a fontosság fokmérőjének. Ha azt nézzük, hogy mennyi költ erre az egész történetre a magyar adófizetők pénzéből a magyar állam, akkor valóban egy csökkenő fontosságról beszélhetünk. Ha arról beszélünk, hogy számszerűségében hány fiatalnak nyújt akár karrier, akár képzésekkel bármilyen lehetőséget a felsőoktatás, ez is kevesebb. Ebből a szempontból is mondhatnánk azt, hogy a fontossága valamilyen dimenzió szerint csökken. Azért hogyha átforgatjuk ezt a történetet és megnézzük, hogy magukat a fiatalokat, illetve a felsőoktatásba törekvőket, a családokat, a háztartásokat, adott esetben a politikát is, mennyire érdekli ez a terület, akkor viszont azt látjuk, hogy ennek a történetnek a jelentősége az egyáltalán nem csökken, vagy legalábbis nem abban dimenzióban csökken, ahogyan mondjuk a pénzügyi feltételrendszerei, vagy éppen a számok ezt indokolnák. És akkor még azt ne felejtsük el, hogy nem önmagunkban állunk egy magyarországnyi területen. Tehát hogyha ezt mondjuk európai vagy globális kontextusban helyezzük, akkor markánsan ellentétes irány van. Tehát a felsőoktatás szerepe nem kifejezetten erősödik és expanzióban van.”

Kik működtetik az iskolát?
Ki tartozik az iskola személyzetéhez a pedagóguson kívül? Vannak technikai alkalmazottak, és továbbá a nevelést-oktatást közvetlenül segítők, a pedagógiai asszisztensek, a pszichológusok, fejlesztőpedagógusok és még többfélék.
Hányféle intézményben foglalkoznak a tanuló gyermekekkel?
Nem a tanulói létszámhoz, hanem az aktuális feladatmennyiséghez kellene igazodni.
Miről kellene szólnia az oktatással kapcsolatos politikai vitának?
Tananyagok, tankönyvek: központosított vagy szabadjára engedett?
Eltérő sebességű tanmenetek kellenek az eltérő tanulási képességű gyermekeknek. [Csapó Benő: a képességek különbsége a tanulási idővel kompenzálható.]
A tanmenet eddig 90%-ban volt meghatározott; 60% lenne az indokolt.
Milyen a jó pedagógus?
Átfogó képet kellene kapnia a tanulónak a világról.
Nem a tanár szakmai fölénye a lényeg.
A jó pedagógus vágyat tud ébreszteni a tudományterülete művelésére.
A tanítási siker két varázsmondata: „Neked ez fontos”; „Ennek az elsajátítására képes vagy”.
Rengeteget számít az osztályközösség.
Vajon megvan-e még a néhány évvel ezelőtti pedagógus-diák-szülő együttműködés?
Várható-e a társadalmi párbeszéd?

A KOLPING PEDAGÓGIA ALAPJAIRÓL – magyarországi intézményrendszerei
A Kolping rendszer pedagógiai lényegéről beszélgettünk a Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorában vendégeinkkel a Kolping Intézményfenntartó Szervezet főigazgatójával Inotai Györggyel és Fülepi Henriettával, aki a szociális rendszerük vezetője.
Egy alapjaiban befogadó és elfogadó szeretetre, mint alapértékekre épülő szervezetről beszéltek vendégeink, amely Magyarországon számtalan általános- és középiskolát, főként szakképző jellegű intézményeket, de óvodát is működtet; ám a szociális szakellátással foglalkozó intézményeik is vannak.
Alapértékeikként az odafordulást, a személyes viszonyokra épülő, a megtartó közösségeket szem előtt tartó szellemiséget tekintik. Főként kisebb létszámú oktatási intézmények jellemzik a Kolping iskolákat, ilyeneknek a működtetői. Jellemzően a rászorult, hátrányos helyzetű gyerekek befogadását végzik – intézményeik is főként ilyen környezetben találhatóak. Ehhez – Inotai György kiemelte – a munkatársak számára is ennek a megtartó közösségi háttérnek a megteremtése adja a munkájukhoz szükséges biztonságot, ilyen közeg a fő jellemzőjük.
Egyházi hátterű a hazai oktatási és szociális ellátásra létrehozott Kolping Intézményfenntartó Szervezet (KOSZISZ), a Magyar Katolikus Püspöki Konferencia alapította. Fontos kiemelni egyrészt a nagyfokú autonómiájukat, s azt is, hogy felekezeti, de hitbeli elkötelezettség sem feltétele a rendszerbe való bekapcsolódásnak: a tanulók, a szociális ellátásban részesülők, de a munkatársak esetében sem.
