A világ, ahogy a lelkem látja
Lajtai Görgy fotókiállítása látható Budapesten a Belváros-Lipótváros Nemzetiségi Házában 2025. január 6-ig, ahol 4 témában – portrék, fény-árnyék, táj – színek és Románia – mutatja be nekünk világunkat saját „szemüvegén“ keresztül a fotóművész. Sokan George Lajtait, az ismert , többször Emmy-díjra jelölt, kanadában élő operatőrt erről az oldaláról nem, vagy kevéssé ismerik. Pedig képei mesélnek, érzelmeket váltanak ki és elgondolkodtatnak. Most itt a lehetőség, hogy kicsit elmerüljünk a fotográfus világában, s megtapasztaljuk hogyan látja ő szívével – lekével a világot.
A kiállítás – nem ugyanebben a formában – 2025. január 16-tól a MÚOSZ székházában is látható lesz.

A Kóbor Cirmi vendégei voltunk – beszélgetés Flecker Istvánnal
December 13-án, pénteken, Luca napján – nagyon ritka összeállás – a miskolci Kóbor Cirmi, azaz Civil Rádió Miskolc vendégei voltunk, podcast estjükön. Az est témája volt természetesen a Luca nap, a boszorkányság, a hiedelmek és banonák, s Veres Attila íróval betekintést nyerhettünk a „weird“ elnevezésű irodalmi műfajba is.
LMBTQ+ programunk keretében pedig Flecker Istvánnal beszélgethettünk a közönség előtt – akivel fantasztikus élmény volt megismerkedni, beszélgetni, s nem csupán arról, hogy milyen volt a hetvenes vagy a nyolcvanas években melegnek lenni, léteztek-e akkor meleg közösségek, s mennyiben volt más vidéken az LMBTQ+ közösség élete, mint mondjuk Budapesten, hanem beszéltünk a zsidóság megélésről, és a slam poetry-ről is.

Beszélgetés az LMBTQ+ közösség helyzetéről és szakmai támogatásáról
December 6-án szerveztük nyitott beszélgetésünket a Magyar Pszichológiai Társaság LMBTQ+ szekciójával együtt, amelynek legfőbb témája az LMBTQ+ közösség helyzete és az LMBTQ+ kliensekkel való munka sajátosságai voltak, illetve beszéltünk arról is, hogy a pszichológusoknak milyen speciális felkészültsége van szüksége az LMBTQ+ kliensek támogatására.
Beszélgető partnereink Dr. F. Lassú Zsuzsa, szexuálpszichológus, egyetemi docens, a Magyar Pszichológiai Társaság LMBTQ+ Pszichológiai Szekciójának elnöke, valamint Beda Balázs, a Háttér Társaság mentális egészség programjának vezetője volt.
Az esemény a II. kerületben található Habitat for Humanity Közösségi Irodájában volt, a beszélgetés házigazdája Görög Mása, a Civil Rádió szerkesztő-műsorvezetője volt. A beszélgetés keretét a Pszichológiai Társaság LMBTQ+-szekciója által fordított és szerkesztett, „Az Amerikai Pszichológiai Társaság útmutatója a szexuális kisebbségekhez tartozó kliensekkel folytatott pszichológiai munkához” kötete adta.
A beszélgetés során természetesen előkerült az LMBTQ+ közösségeket érintő előítéletek, a diszkrimináció, különösen a munkahelyi, egészségügyi és oktatási területeken. Az Amerikai Pszichológiai Társaság útmutatójának magyar kiadása volt az egyik apropója a találkozónak. Az útmutató 16 szempontot foglal magába, amelyek középpontjában a pszichológusok önreflexiója és a kisebbségi stressz kezelése áll. A beszélgetés során szó esett a jogi környezet korlátairól, valamint az iskolai és munkahelyi pszichológiai támogatás hiányáról is, valamint a pozitív narratívák erejéről, és a társadalmi szemlélet formálását célzó aktivitás és szolidaritás jelentőségéről.
Programjaink célja, hogy az LMBTQ+ emberek láthatóságának növelésével és a társadalmi párbeszédek előmozdításával segítsük az elfogadást és a sztereotípiák lebontását.

A digitális intelligencia kutatása, vállalatok és egyetemek...
A Civil Rádió és a Társadalmi Innovációs Nemzeti Laboratórium (TINLAB) közös podcast sorozatot indított, amelynek középpontjában a társadalmi innováció áll. A hetedik adásban a vállalatok és az egyetemek közös pontjaival, valamint a digitalizáció társadalmi hatásaival és munkaerőpiaci megjelenésével foglalkoztunk.
Vendégeink:
Obermayer Nóra, a Pannon Egyetem egyetemi tanára, fő kutatási területei többek között a tudásmenedzsment, Ipar 4.0, mesterséges intelligencia, feltörekvő technológiák, HR, közösségi média, mindemellett a TINLAB egyik kutatási alprojektjének vezetője. Vallja, hogy a szervezetek sikerességének kulcsa a folyamatosan megújuló tudás hatékony kezelésének képességében rejlik.
Gedeon Valéria jogász, branch manager. Az ELTE-n végzett, több mint tíz éve dolgozik a Randstad Hungarynál, korábban a vállalati pénzügyek, jog, gyógyszeripar, valamint a szolgáltató központokban működő többnyelves pozíciókra specializálódott csapatokat vezette, jeleneleg az IT területet irányítja. A Randstad a világ vezető HR-szolgáltatójaként erős nemzetközi tudásbázissal rendelkezik, folyamatosan kutatja és formálja a munkaerőpiac változásai. Valéria kiemelten figyel az etikus munkaerőtoborzásra és a munkavállalók mentális egészségére is.

„Keressük az 1944-es budapesti ostrom lappangó fényképeit!”
Képmentési akció Budapest ostromának nyolcvanadik évfordulója alkalmából
„Keressük az 1944-es budapesti ostrom lappangó fényképeit!” jelzi a felhívás
A Fortepan és az Eidolon Centre közös „képmentési akciót” indít, amelynek célja, hogy rátaláljanak azokra a lappangó, magánkézben lévő, vagy archívumok feldolgozatlan anyagaiban rejtőző eddig nem látott fotográfiákra, amelyek a második világháború budapesti ostroma során készültek.
Várják mindazok jelentkezését, akik birtokában olyan fotóemlék van, amely 1944-ben készült az ostrom alatt álló városban, vagy bármilyen módon kapcsolódik Budapest ostromához.

Közös építés – Közösségépítés (TINLAB)
A Köveskálon megvalósuló TINLAB kísérleti fejlesztés célja, hogy megismertesse a helyi lakosokkal az épített környezet értékeit, ezáltal erősítve az érintettek kulturális identitását. Új innovációs módszerek segítéségével tárják fel a lokális kulturális örökséget, az itt élők minden korosztályának bevonásával. Mindezt játákos formában, valamint a szemléletformálás, a bevonás és a közösségi elköteletőzédés jeygében teszik. A helyi épített környezet megismerése és az azzal kapcsolatos kötődés kialakítása, részvételi technikák alkalmazásával később alkalmas lehet arra is, hogy a helyiek beleszólhassank az őket érintő infrastrukturális fejlesztésekbe.

KonyhaKaland – online főzés a saját konyhádban egy tapasztalt séf segítségével
2024-ben 480 résztvevő – gyermekek és szüleik – vesznek részt a KonyhaKaland programban.
“A gyermekem eddig ódzkodott mindenféle konyhai művelettől, ráadásul az én sütőtökkrémlevesemet sem ette meg, na de az övét!” – idézi a tapasztalatokat Soós Viktória pszichológus.
A Civil Rádióban elhangzó interjúban arról beszél a szakember, hogy a főzéspszichológia tanulsága: ha ő készíti, nagyobb eséllyel meg is eszi.
Soós Viktória szerint „nem elég, hiába szajkózzuk, hogy több zöldséget és gyümölcsöt kell enni, ha alapvető konyhai készségek hiányoznak. A KonyhaKaland program éppen ezt a szakadékot igyekszik áthidalni. A főzés online zajlik, tapasztalt séf segítségével sajátíthatnak el a családok finom, kizárólag növényi alapú ételeket. A cél nem a “megtérítés” a vegánságra, hanem bemutatni azt, hogy a zöldségeket és gyümölcsöket nagyon sokféleképpen lehet elkészíteni és elfogyasztani.”

Részvételi költségtervezés – középiskolásokkal
Egy mohácsi középiskola, a Kisfaludy Károly Gimnázium, ahol Katona Kriszta – az iskolavezetés és a tanári kar közreműködésével, de alapvetően a gyerekek bevonásával kezdeményezett egy folyamatot: a gimnáziumban lehetséges változásokhoz terveztek és kezdtek el megvalósítani egy remek közösségi költségtervezést. Az egyre gyakoribb, hogy települési önkormányzatok indítanak részvételi tervezést, amelyben az önkormányzati költségvetés egy kisebb részének felhasználását a helyi lakosság bevonásával közösen terveztetik meg.
Ám a fiatalok ilyen ügyben – az iskolai változásokba, a költségek felhasználásába történő tudatos aktivizálásról – eddig nagyon keveset hallottunk. A tapasztalatok átadására egy fővárosi, de más települési intézmény is meghívta a diákokat és segítőjüket.

Két srác, akik a városi élet civil alakítói
A városi életet formáló, részben alakító két civil szervezetnek a Közlekedő Tömeg és a Járókelő Egyesületeknek egy-egy fiatal önkéntese a Demokrácia MOST! műsorának vendége a Civil Rádióban.
Fónai Kende 16 évesen alakította meg néhány hasonló korú társával a Közlekedő Tömeg nevű szervezetet, bár mostanra többnyire a Járókelő kereteiben dolgozik. Erdősi Mátyás – aki mostanában érettségizett – 14-15 évesen kezdte a Járókelőben ezt az aktivista tevékenységet, most is annak a budapesti irodájában ügykezelő önkéntes.
Szívügyük a város. A Járókelő egy közhasznú hibabejelentő, amely mostanában érte el a 100 ezredik megoldott ügyet. Ezeket összegyűjtik és továbbítják az illetékesekhez, majd részben az ügykezelők visszatérnek, utána járnak, hogy történik-e változtatás, megoldódnak-e ezek a helyzetek.
A Közlekedő Tömeg egy civil érdekvédelmi szervezet, akik azért alakultak, mert úgy látták, a közösségi közlekedést használó utasok érdekei nincsenek eléggé képviselve, s az egyesület kereteiben azóta a közlekedési és várostervezési kérdésekben tesznek kritikai ajánlásokat.
Erről beszélgettünk, hogy honnan volt ezekhez a szervezeteknek a működtetéséhez ambíciójuk, tudásuk, hogy ilyen szakmai aktivitást vállaljanak, s hogy komolyan vegyék őket a hivatalos intézmények is a változásokat érintő kérdésekben.

A hazai civil szektorról – fejlesztők és kutatók műhelytalálkozója
Az ősz végén szerveztek a Társadalomkutató Központban szakértői párbeszédet a NIOK és a házigazda intézmény képviselői arról, milyen elméleti jelenségek, trendek és milyen hazai gyakorlat alakult ki az elmúlt időszakban Magyarországon a civil szektor szervezetei és törekvései körül. Az elmélet, a tudomány és a civil társadalom gyakorlatának kapcsolatáról, amely túlmutat a napi működéseken.
A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! című műsorában erről beszélgettünk vendégégeinkkel Gerencsér Balázzsal a NIOk igazgatójával és Gerő Márton kutató szociológussal, az est másik előadójával.
Valaha a KSH kiindulást és tájékozódást: hátteret kínált alapvető szakmai kérdésekben a hazai nonprofit szektorról az évenkénti készült összefoglalóiban, de ez a fontos munka az elmúlt időszakban megszűnt.
A források hiánya, a politika megjelenése – különösen a forráselosztás kérdésében -, s az ebből adódó feszültségek, de leginkább a társadalomkritikát is mutató szerveződések küzdelmei, a politika erősen gyanakvó jellege teremt nehezen megélhető helyzetet a szektor szervezeteiben, de általában a közélet iránt érzékeny közösségekben is.
Szóba került a helyi önkormányzatokhoz való viszony, de része volt a beszélgetésnek a nagy polarizálódásból is következő szerkezetváltozás alakulása.

Vajon milyen szülő lehet az állam?
„Milyen szülő tulajdonképpen az állam? Milyen szülő lehet az állam? …amikor 1997-ben a gyermekvédelmi törvény kijött, akkor elképesztően nagyot vállalt az állam… amikor nem működik egy család, mert nem működik jól egy szülő, ő átvállalja a szülő felelősségét és nem hagyja magára a gyerekeket. Ez volt 1997-ben az indítás. Ezért alapkérdés, hogy milyen szülő lehet-e egyáltalán az állam? – Nagy kérdés itt az, hogy tisztázott-e minden szereplő számára, akár a gyerekjogi egyezmény, akár az alkotmány vagy a jogszabályok alapján, hogy mik a kötelezettségei az államnak. És mit jelent maga az állam, ebben az esetben. Hiszen nyilvánvalóan itt többféle szintje van a döntéshozatalnak és a jogszabályok, illetőleg a szabályok végrehajtásának és a megfelelő erőforrások biztosításának.”
„Ez egy nagyon furcsa ellentmondás, hogy míg a családokon, a szülőkön, az egyéneken számonkérhető, hogy teljesítik-e a szülői, családi kötelezettségeiket a gyerekekkel szemben, addig ugyanez nem vonatkozik az intézményre, az önkormányzatra, illetőleg az államra. amelyik pedig ugyanúgy a törvényben meghatározott kötelezettségekkel rendelkezik.”

A Mikulás Ságújfalun
A hagyományban ajándékokat osztó Mikulás előképe a mai Törökország területén napjainkban is létező Myra városának egykori püspöke, Szent Miklós. A város neve korunkban Demre.
A nógrádi Ságújfaluba 2024 decemberében ismét Miklós püspök érkezett Mikulásként. Igaz, ő még hál’ Istenek nem szent. dr Beer Miklós, nyugalmazott római katolikus váci megyés püspök, a Szent Ferenc Szegényei alapítvány megteremtője, a szervezet nevében látogatta meg a falu gyermekeit.

Régi „mozisokról“ Forgács Balázzsal (Torda Judit)
A mai technikai feltételek mellett, minden információhoz, filmhez hozzáférünk. Mégis sokan választják a mozi adta közösségi élményt, még akkor is, ha a popcornos zacskó a fülünkbe zörög. Van, akinek szenvedélye lett a régi mozik történetének felkutatása. Forgács Balázs kitartóan járja a vidéket és találkozik, beszélget régi „mozisokkal” . Kamaszkorában a „mozi illata” vonzotta. De, gyermekkori álma is megvalósult, hiszen, akit „a mozdony füstje megcsapott” az felnőttként ezt a hivatást választja.

Az etruszk rovásírásról Fabó László (Áment Zsóka)
Az etruszkok eredete ismeretlen, ez volt a vélekedés még nem is olyan régen. Pedig egy évszázada tudjuk, hogy az etruszkokhoz a magyaroknak közük van: részben a rovásírásuk – melyből a latin nyelv is fejlődött –, részben a nép mentalitása révén: vallásában és viselkedésében találunk nyomokat erre. Hogyan lehet olvasni az etruszk rovásírást?
Milyen különös hasonlóságot lehet észrevenni, ha összevetjük a magyar rovásírással? Erről hallhatnak a felvételen, amely Fabó László villamosmérnökkel készült. Ő érdeklődésből már évtizedek óta foglalkozik a magyar és etruszk rovásírás olvasatával.
