Hogyan tovább L1, avagy a kortárs tánc helye és helyzete
Meddig lehet lelkesedésből és elhivatottságból dolgozni, ha közben az ember úgy érzi, a szakma sem áll ki mellette? Ladjánszki Márta – táncos, koreográfus, modern táncpedagógus – elkeseredett, majd az általa vezetett L1 Egyesület visszafogottabb sajtóközleményben állt ki a független táncművészeti társulatok mellett. Az L1 Nem nyert a „Minősítéssel nem rendelkező, Budapest fővárosi színház- és táncművészeti előadó-művészeti szervezetek az előadó-művészeti szervezetek támogatásáról és sajátos foglalkoztatási szabályairól szóló 2008. évi XCIX. törvény szerinti, 2026. évi szakmai program megvalósításának és működésének támogatása“ pályázaton, ami gyakorlatilag ellehetetlenítette a munkájukat.

Jodi Picoult: A bálna éneke
A regény a termékeny bestsellerszerző első munkája, még 1992-ben írta. Ahogyan a fordító mondja, érdeklődéssel vette a kezébe, kíváncsi volt, hogy milyen gyerekbetegségek jellemzik az eső kötetet. De elismeréssel szólt róla. Mintha már ekkor a teljes írói kelléktár a szerző rendelkezésére állt volna.
Amikor olvastam a regényt, fel sem tűnt annak kora, pedig fontos momentum, hogy a női karakter öccse az autóval hozzá igyekvő testvérét és annak lányát, élménnyel akarja keresztül vezetni Amerikán. Így nem a legrövidebb úton, hanem látnivalókon, emlékeken keresztül navigálja őket. Postahivataltól postahivatalig tart az út. Itt várják a utazókat az újabb úticélok és biztató, szeretettel teli levelek. Ha ma íródna a regény, vajon most hogyan segítené őket az útjuk során?

Lars Elling: A tóvidék hercegei
Képzeljünk el egy házat. 8/a és 8/b a házszám. A két ház lakója egy testvérpár. Évtizedek óta nem állnak egymással szóba. A 8/a-ban él az idősebb testvér a fia családjával. A kamasz unoka kerüli a földszinten évek óta haldokló nagyapát, akihez inkább unalomból, mint együttérzésből kezd bejárogatni. És az Öreg, mesélni kezd. 1914-ben az apjuk kiküldte őket a norvég tóvidékre, hogy megtanuljanak magukról gondoskodni. A háború árnyéka már rávetült a korra. És amikor ez már ment, egy újabb teherrel megemelte a tétet, ami tragédiával végződött. A felelősség egymásra hárítása, azóta is terheli a kapcsolatot.

Melanie Cheng: Az üreg
Nem kifejezetten hagyományos házi kedvenc a nyúl, de azért hébe-hóba előfordul. A deprimált családban szeretne a gyereknek örömet okozni az apa, amikor a covid-járvány alatt meghozza a nyulat. Deprimált a család, mondtam, aminek oka a gyász. Balesetben elveszítették egészséges kisbabájukat. Ráadásul az anyai nagymama eltörte a csuklóját, segítségre szorul. Még szerencse, hogy elkészült a vendégház. A nyúl és a nagymama gondozása nem könnyű, de legalább kizökkent mindenkit a már-már megszokott csüggedtségből.

A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorában Pikó András polgármester a vendégünk
Szinte hetenként foglalkozunk a Civil Rádióban Józsefvárossal, ahol mindig történik valami a civilek mozgósítására, bevonására. Különféle kisebb intézmények működnek a szolgáltatások személyessebbé tétele érdekében, ahol a diskurzusra, az érintettek párbeszédére is lehetőség nyílik.
De mennyivel nehezebb az önkormányzat dolga, ha nem csak rendezvényekre hívják a polgárokat közönségnek, de a beleszólás, a javaslattétel válik mindennaposabbá, természetes gyakorlattá a helyi közügyek alakításában?
Megvalósulhat-e a jó önkormányzás települési szinteken például azzal, ha a helyi problémák megfogalmazásában, s esetenként azok orvoslásában, megoldásában válnak aktívvá az ottlakók?
Remélhető-e, hogy a kormányzat és a helyi önkormányzatok az igazán fontos ügyekben olajozottabban együttműködjenek? Az elvett helyi adóbevételek és különféle funkciók – iskolafenntartás, egészségügyben való közreműködés, szociális kérdések, településrendezési és fejlesztési kérdésekről való döntések – vissza kerülhetnek a települési- vagy ahhoz közeli szintekhez?

A fiatalok nincsenek benne a közgondolkodásban? Az ifjúságügy...
„…ma nem tudjuk, hogy ki a gazdája az ifjúságügynek, pontosabban tudunk, államtitkárság-szintjén irányítják valamennyi részét, de költségvetésben nem értelmezhető és az elmúlt időben nagyon keveset lehetett hallani… – Bár annyival azért moderáljuk ezt a dolgot, hogy az első FIDESZ kormányban is ugye egy diplomaajándék volt ez a minisztérium, ugye finoman fogalmazva, de kétségkívül nagyobb költségvetéssel, mint a mai. Ugye az ifjúságügyre, tehát a szűken értelmezett ifjúságpolitikára, ami nem tartalmazza az oktatás, vagy a család, vagy a lakáshoz jutás költségeit, 2004-ig volt felfelé növekvő trend, és 2004-től csökkenő. Nagyon érdekes, hogy egyébként a Medgyesi utáni, tehát az első Gyurcsány kormánynál kezdett először csökkenni. Hogy van-e összefüggés aközött, hogy az ifjúsági miniszterből lett miniszterelnök vagy nincs, azt meghagynám a kedves hallgatóknak. …- De azért most mi a helyzet? Hogy ha így gondolkodunk, akkor gyakorlatilag van-e az ifjúságnak egyszerűen például igazgatása? Van-e az ifjúsággal kapcsolatosan politikai akarat, egyáltalán szándék? – Ez két külön kérdés. Hogy az ifjúságnak nincsen igazgatása, az nem olyan borzasztó nagy baj. Tehát itt ugye nem alapvetően hatósági feladatokról van szó. Nem szükséges igazgatás. Az hogy nincs olyan módszertani intézmény, nincs olyan közbeszéd, közpolitika csinálás, hogy csúnyán fejezzem ki magam, az már talán nagyobb gond. Ez már valóban nincsen. Tehát sikerült az elmúlt három évben megszüntetni azt az egyébként nagyon felelmásan működő módszertani háttér intézményt, ami valaha volt mobilitás néven futott. Bár abban sosem volt köszönet, amíg létezett. De talán a léte bizonyos szinergiákat azért ébresztett. Mára ez már egyáltalán nincs. Ez a költségvetés is – szép fogalmazás, hogy nem értelmezhető. Magyar költségvetési támogatás alig-alig van fiatalok, ifjúsági szervezetek, ifjúság és közéletiség kapcsán. Uniós pénzek vannak a rendszerben, illetve egy-egy ’rendszeren kívüli’ támogatás.”
„Nem is szeretném a civilt meg az ifjúságot együtt emlegetni, mert az önmagában is izgalmas összefüggés, de igazából az a helyzet, hogy ha az összes adatot nézzük, és most nem szeretnék, számokkal, adatokkal operálni, de tény, hogy a szocializációs feltételek romlottak. Sok fiatal elmegy külföldre…. – A magyar ifjúság 2012 a legfrissebb kutatás, aminek a kötetei sorra jelennek meg az ezzel kapcsolatos tanulmányok. Január 26-án lesz az utolsó ilyen hivatalos harmadik kötetnek a bemutatása. Ennek kapcsán szerintem ami igazán érdekes, riasztó talán az az, hogy bizonyos régiókban a szokásos ifjúsági problémákat – most idézőjelbe tegyük a szokásost… Tehát mindig megkérdezi a kutatás azt, hogy mit tekintenek a legnagyobb problémának a fiatalok. Ez a legnagyobb a munkanélküliség, a lakáshoz jutás, családalapítás köré csoportosul. Ez mostanra, bizonyos régiókban a kilátástalansággá változott.”

Klímabarát városok, növekvő feszültségek:
a zöldítés felhajtja az árakat
„A zöld átállás nemcsak jobb életminőséget hozhat, de drágább lakhatást is: ha nem lép az állam, az energetikai felújítások, parkosítások és a lakóterület sűrítése sokszor épp az alacsonyabb jövedelműeket szorítják ki” – jelzi a Másfélfok sajtóközleménye.
A Városkutatás Kft. munkatársai európai példákon mutatják meg, hogyan indítja el a zöldítés a lakások felértékelődését és a lakosság kicserélődését – valamint azt is, miként lehet ezt erős állami beavatkozással megfékezni.
A kutatók – Gerőházi Éva, Teller Nóra és Tosics Iván – figyelmeztetnek: „A tapasztalatok szerint nálunk a hatások egyelőre visszafogottabbak, de egy jelentősebb zöld fordulat itthon is komoly társadalmi feszültségekhez vezethet”.

Budapest újragondolja a csapadékvíz szerepét a klímaváltozás korában
A 2021–2026 között megvalósuló projektet a XII. kerület Hegyvidéki Önkormányzatavezette, partnerei fővárosi és más kerületi önkormányzatok.
A LIFE Városi Eső projekt célja, hogy a hirtelen lezúduló esők ne kárt, hanem hasznot hozzanak — a csapadékvíz ne azonnal elfolyjon, hanem helyben maradjon, beszivárogjon és újrahasznosuljon.
Az utóbbi években Budapest egyre gyakrabban szembesül szélsőséges időjárási eseményekkel: felhőszakadásokkal, villámárvizekkel és hosszú aszályos időszakokkal. A burkolt felületek és leterhelt csatornarendszerek miatt a lehullott csapadék gyorsan távozik, miközben a talajvízszint csökken, a zöldfelületek kiszáradnak.
- A LIFE Városi Eső projekt többféle budapesti környezetben – sűrűn beépített belső városrészben, hegyvidéki területen és kertvárosias környezetben – tesztelt vízmegtartó megoldásokat.
- A projekt tapasztalatai és adatai hozzájárulnak a fővárosi csapadékstratégia megalapozásához.

A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorában Pikó András polgármester a vendégünk
Szinte hetenként foglalkozunk a Civil Rádióban Józsefvárossal, ahol mindig történik valami civilek mozgósítására, bevonására. Különféle kisebb intézmények működnek a szolgáltatások személyessebbé tétele érdekében, ahol a diskurzusra, az érintettek párbeszédére is lehetőség nyílik.

Megvalósulhat-e a jó önkormányzás települési szinteken azzal, ha a helyi probléma megfogalmazásában, s esetenként azok orvoslásában, megoldásában válnak aktívvá az ottlakók?
Remélhető-e, hogy a kormányzat és a helyi önkormányzatok az igazán fontos ügyekben olajozottabban együttműködjenek? Az elvett helyi adóbevételek és különféle funkciók – iskolafenntartás, egészségügyben való közreműködés, szociális kérdések, településrendezési és fejlesztési kérdésekről való döntések – can you see a településivagy ahhoz közeli szintekhez?

Parasztszalon Ravazdon – ahol a helyi történetek életre kelnek
Ebben az epizódban egy egészen különleges kezdeményezést ismerhetünk meg: a Ravazdi Parasztszalont, amely egy kis faluban teremti újra a közösségi beszélgetések régi, szalonszerű világát.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy ez a tér egyszerre kulturális és közösségi:

Klímahackathon – ötletekből megoldások egy nap alatt
Ebben az epizódban egy különleges részvételi formáról, a Budapest Klímahackathonról beszélgetünk:
hogyan lehet egyetlen nap alatt valós társadalmi problémákra közös válaszokat keresni.

A hackathon egy intenzív, csapatalapú esemény, ahol fiatalok dolgoznak együtt konkrét kihívásokon –

A résztvevők nemcsak ötletelnek, hanem kidolgozott javaslatokat készítenek:
költségekkel, érintettekkel és megvalósítási lépésekkel együtt.
A cél a gyakorlati megoldások megtalálása: olyan projekteké, amelyek segíthetnek csökkenteni a kibocsátást vagy alkalmazkodni a klímaváltozáshoz.

Számít, ki meséli el – 15 éves az Uccu Alapítvány
Az Uccu Alapítvány 15 éves jubileuma kapcsán beszélgetünk egy olyan szervezetről, amely a roma kultúra és identitás bemutatásán keresztül dolgozik a társadalmi előítéletek csökkentésén.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy az Uccu programjai – iskolai foglalkozások és városi séták –
közvetlen találkozásokon keresztül segítenek árnyalni a roma közösségekről alkotott képet.
A jubileumi gála három idődimenzió mentén mutatta be a szervezet munkáját:
múlt, jelen és jövő – eredmények, tapasztalatok és új tervek egyaránt megjelentek.

50 éves toronyház – amikor egy lakóépület kulturális ikonná válik

Számít a hangod – mit akarnak valójában a fiatalok?
Ebben az epizódban egy izgalmas ifjúsági kezdeményezésről hallhatunk: a „Számít a hangod” programról, amelynek célja, hogy valóban meghallja és megértse a fiatalok igényeit.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy a hagyományos megszólítási módszerek egyre kevésbé működnek – különösen a Covid utáni időszakban.
Ez a program ezért nem kész válaszokkal érkezik, hanem kérdez: workshopokon, személyes találkozásokon keresztül térképezi fel, mi foglalkoztatja a 16–30 éves korosztályt.

Ebben az epizódban a biodiverzitás kérdését hozzuk közel a mindennapokhoz: mit jelent a biológiai sokféleség – és miért kulcsfontosságú a saját településeinken is.

Mire költsünk egy milliárdot? – így dönt Budapest a közösségi...
Ebben az epizódban a közösségi költségvetés működésébe kapunk betekintést: hogyan dönthetnek a budapestiek arról, hogy mire menjen el 1 milliárd forint közpénz.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy több száz lakossági ötlet közül választották ki azokat, amelyek végül szavazásra kerültek – és amelyek közül most 16 projekt valósulhat meg.
A folyamat lényege az, hogy a döntés a lakosok kezében van: az önkormányzat csak azt vizsgálja, hogy egy ötlet megvalósítható-e.

Az egy egyre élesedő társadalmi konfliktusról beszélgetünk: az akkumulátoripari beruházások és a környezetvédelem feszültségéről.
Több mint 40 civil szervezet közösen lépett fel, hogy szigorúbb szabályozást, átláthatóságot és valódi ellenőrzést követeljen az érintett hatóságoktól.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy a jelenlegi rendszerben sokszor hiányzik a független monitoring, és az adatok sem hozzáférhetők a nyilvánosság számára.
Komoly probléma az is, hogy a büntetések nem elrettentőek: a szabályszegések gyakran „megérik” a cégeknek, mert a bírságok alacsonyak.
Az epizód kitér arra is, hogy a helyi lakosság sok esetben kimarad a döntésekből, miközben közvetlenül érinti őket egy-egy beruházás hatása.
A civilek szerint a megoldás kulcsa a nyilvánosság: minél több ember figyel ezekre az ügyekre, annál nehezebb figyelmen kívül hagyni a problémákat.
A beszélgetés rávilágít arra, hogy a környezetvédelem ma már nemcsak szakmai kérdés, hanem közösségi és demokratikus ügy is, ahol az állampolgári részvételnek komoly szerepe lehet.

Ebben az epizódban egy érzékeny és sokakat érintő témáról beszélgetünk: hogyan viszonyulunk az időskorhoz – és mit árul el erről a nyelvünk.
A beszélgetés egy egyszerűnek tűnő, mégis mély kérdésből indul:
mit jelent az, hogy „öreg”, és miért érezzük ezt sokszor leértékelőnek?
Kiderül, hogy a szavaink nemcsak leírnak, hanem formálnak is: hatással vannak arra, hogyan gondolkodunk az idősebb emberekről – és végső soron saját jövőnkről is.
A másik fontos téma a demencia: hogyan lehet erről beszélni, hogyan lehet együtt élni vele, és milyen támogatásra van szüksége azoknak, akik érintettek – akár betegként, akár hozzátartozóként.

Új részvételi évtized? – amikor a civilek és az önkormányzatok...
Ebben az epizódban a részvételiség kérdését járjuk körül: mit jelent ma az, hogy a helyi közösségek beleszólhatnak a saját ügyeikbe – és valóban működik-e ez a gyakorlatban?
A beszélgetés apropója egy szakmai nap, amely a részvétel új hullámát vizsgálja, és azt, hogy hogyan alakult át az elmúlt években a civil–önkormányzati együttműködés.
Kiderül, hogy egyre több helyen jelennek meg olyan modellek, ahol az állampolgárok nemcsak véleményeznek, hanem aktívan részt vesznek a döntések előkészítésében.
De ez nem egyszerű folyamat: több időt, több párbeszédet és valódi nyitottságot igényel – cserébe viszont jobb, megalapozottabb döntések születhetnek.
Az epizódban szó esik konkrét példákról, részvételi eszközökről, közösségi tervezésről és arról is, hogyan lehet a kutatási eredményekből valódi társadalmi változás.
A művészetek szerepe is megjelenik: közösségi alkotások, falfestések és kulturális terek mutatják meg, hogy a részvétel nemcsak politika, hanem közös élmény is lehet.

Színpadra lép a közösség – színház a periférián
Ebben az epizódban egy különleges kezdeményezésről hallhatunk: a TeatROM fesztiválról, amely észak-magyarországi, többségében roma közösségekben hozza közel a színházat – és valójában nemcsak előadásokat, hanem lehetőséget is kínál.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, milyen kihívások között születik meg egy ilyen esemény: bizonytalan finanszírozás, utolsó pillanatban szervezett programok – és mégis működik.
A színház itt nem „előadás”, hanem eszköz: arra, hogy történetek szülessenek, hogy kimondhatóvá váljanak addig névtelen élmények, és hogy a résztvevők saját hangjukat is megtalálják.
Az epizódban szó esik arról, hogyan kapcsolódnak be a helyi közösségek – gyerekek, fiatalok, családok –, és hogyan válik maga a találkozás is közösségi élménnyé.
Nem csak nézők vannak: a cél, hogy a résztvevők maguk is alkotókká váljanak, kipróbálják a színház nyelvét, és saját történeteiket formába öntsék.
A beszélgetés rávilágít arra is, hogy a művészet milyen szerepet játszhat olyan helyeken, ahol kevés a lehetőség – és hogy a minőség, a valódi figyelem és jelenlét mennyire kulcsfontosságú.
Egy érzékeny és őszinte betekintés egy hosszú évek óta épülő munkába, ahol a színház valódi társadalmi eszközzé válik.

Ebben az epizódban egy frissen megjelenő tanulmánykötet kapcsán beszélgetünk arról, hogyan jelenik meg a szolidaritás a társadalom peremén élő közösségekben.
A beszélgetés középpontjában a tér és a társadalmi helyzet kapcsolata áll:
hogyan határozza meg a lakóhely, a település mérete vagy elszigeteltsége az emberek lehetőségeit és életútját.
Az epizódból kiderül, hogy a felzárkóztatási programok nem működhetnek egységes sablonok mentén:
minden település más, minden közösség saját logikával és problémákkal rendelkezik.
Szó esik arról is, milyen nehéz mérni a társadalmi változásokat – hiszen nemcsak számokról van szó, hanem bizalomról, kapcsolódásról és lassan alakuló folyamatokról.
A „jelenlét” módszere éppen erre épít: nem kívülről hozott megoldásokat erőltet, hanem helyi megértésre és hosszú távú kapcsolatokra.
A beszélgetés külön kitér a demográfiai különbségekre is, amelyek sokszor felülírják az előzetes feltételezéseket arról, hogy hol milyen beavatkozásra van szükség.
És talán a legfontosabb kérdés is elhangzik:
lehet-e valódi változást elérni úgy, hogy a helyi közösségek ne csak célcsoportok, hanem aktív alakítói legyenek a folyamatnak?
