Balatonnyi mennyiségű vizet hozott a hó
A vízmegtartás jelenségének fontosságával foglalkozik az ország.
Miközben az évek óta tartó aszályos időt a természet legnehezebb adottságaiként emlegetjük, az idei erőteljes havazás ennek a megváltoztatását kínálhatja. A hó a legjobb csapadékforma ebben az időszakban.
Hogy minél jobban hasznosuljon, fontos feltétel, hogy a talaj ne legyen túl mélyen átfagyva, hogy lassú legyen az olvadás és a harmadik feltétel a talaj minősége – hogy ne legyen túlzottan tömörödött.
Erről beszélgettünk a Civil Rádióban Halász Noémi földtudományi kutatóval, s arról, hogy főként az első két feltétel most jó adottságokat teremt.
Noémi beszélt arról is, hogy otthon, a kertben a tiszta havat lehetőleg az ottani növényekhez, ha kevés a hely, az árkokba, vagy mezőgazdasági területekre igyekezzünk eljuttatni. A tavak, folyók esetében a tiszta hó élővizeinkbe kerülése is fontos.
A magasabb vízálláskor különösen érdemes készülni a víz megtartására. Ehhez persze gyakran kevés a szűkebb körű elhatározás, a víz felelős megtartásához szélesebb összefogás megteremtése szükséges. És persze a nagyobb térségek esetében elengedhetetlen a kormányzati szintű programok, támogatások kimunkálása, politikai döntések, amellett, hogy a gazdáknak van még helyi szintű feladata ez ügyben.
Három jelentős civil szervezet került még szóba a beszélgetésben: a Vízválasztók mozgalma, a Zöldgerillák és a Talajmegújító Gazdák Egyesülete.

„…ez nagyon-nagyon nehéz kérdés, mert az, hogy jó iskola, nagyon nehéz definiálni. Tehát mit értünk az alatt, hogy jó iskola? Nekem az érzésem egy idő után – én tanítottam iskolában, tanítottam egyetemen, a nyelviskolában, mindenféle helyeken – az, hogy valami jó, azt általában úgy nézik Magyarországon, hogy kimeneti szabályozás van. Hogyha az óvodából sok gyereket felvesznek az általános iskolába, akkor az jó óvoda, ha az általános iskolából sok gyereket felvesznek a gimnáziumba, akkor… magyarul ez nem így működik, ez nem igaz. – Érdekes, a szülők azt szokták mondani, akkor jó az iskola, ha a gyerekem jól érzi magát az iskolában. – A szülők legnagyobb része, legalábbis az ambiciózus szülők azok úgy gondolják, hogy akkor jó az iskola, hogyha a gyerekük sikeres lesz. És a sikernek az egyetlen záloga – nagyon sok ember számára – az, hogy a továbbtanulásnak a kapui nyitva vannak, választási lehetősége van, hogy hová akar tovább menni.”
„…de én nem hiszem, hogy azok a jó iskolák, csak azok a jó iskolák, ahonnan a gyerekek nagy százalékban tovább tanulnak, mert mérhetetlenül sok olyan jó iskola van, aminek semmilyen fajta akadémikus lenyomata nincs, hanem amit az előbb mondtál, olyasmi van, hogy a gyerekek – hát, hogy jól érzik magukat, az egy dolog – de-de olyanfajta önismeretre, értékrendre, célokra jönnek rá. Tehát emberként lesznek többek. És nem a pontszámokban lehet mérni. És nálunk a pontszámokban és a jegyekben mérnek általában mindent.”

Három könyv az ünnepi asztal jegyében
Néha szívesen előveszünk egy-egy régen olvasott könyvet, amit szerettünk. Valami jó érzés kerít ilyenkor hatalmába. Miért is kedveltem akkor? Mit szerettem benne? Vajon kiállja az idő próbáját?
Aki rendszeresen hallgatja a Keménykötés könyvajánló műsort, az tudja, hogy csupa új megjelenésű könyvről van benne szó. Nagy ritkán ismétlés is bekerül a kínálatba, mert az élet hívásai éppen másfelé húztak engem. Nos, ilyen az ünnepi készülődés, sütés-főzés és az azt követő punnyadás. De hát a műsorstruktúra nem tűri, hogy lyuk keletkezzen, bizony hangzó anyagnak szólni kell. Így alakult, hogy elkezdtem régi műsorok között keresgélni, és találtam is ismétlésre alkalmas anyagot, ami az ünnepi asztal címet kapta, ezzel felkeltve az érdeklődésemet, így karácsony táján. Ahogyan meghallgattam az anyagot, emlékeztem mindegyik könyvre, és jó érzéssel ajánlom most fel ennyi év távlatából is.
Remélem, hogy velem tart ebben a múltban való kiránduláson!

Néha szívesen előveszünk egy-egy régen olvasott könyvet, amit szerettünk. Valami jó érzés kerít ilyenkor hatalmába. Miért is kedveltem akkor? Mit szerettem benne? Vajon kiállja az idő próbáját?
Aki rendszeresen hallgatja a Keménykötés könyvajánló műsort, az tudja, hogy csupa új megjelenésű könyvről van benne szó. Nagy ritkán ismétlés is bekerül a kínálatba, mert az élet hívásai éppen másfelé húztak engem. Nos, ilyen az ünnepi készülődés, sütés-főzés és az azt követő punnyadás.
De hát a műsorstruktúra nem tűri, hogy lyuk keletkezzen, bizony hangzó anyagnak szólni kell. Így alakult, hogy elkezdtem régi műsorok között keresgélni, és találtam is ismétlésre alkalmas anyagot.
A könyv a másnaposság „tudományos” igényű feldolgozásáról szól. Emlékszem a beszélgetésre, milyen nagyon jól szórakoztunk közben! Ez a hanganyagon is hallatszik, jókat nevetgélünk…
Remélem, hogy velem tart a múltban való kiránduláson!

Ha nehézségem akad egy gondolat szabatos megfogalmazásakor, már nyúlok is a chat gpt-hez. Most is így tettem. A kérdésem az esszé volt. Ezt válaszolta: Az esszé jelentése egy rövid, személyes hangvételű, elmélkedő írásmű, amely egy adott témát (irodalmi, tudományos, filozófiai, hétköznapi) dolgoz fel szubjektív, gondolkodtató, gyakran szépírói eszközökkel, így átmenet a tudományos értekezés és a szépirodalom között. A szó a franciából ered, jelentése „próbálkozás“ (essai), ami arra utal, hogy a szerző gondolatait, véleményét fogalmazza meg, nem feltétlenül a végleges igazságot.

Amikor olvastam ezt a kötetet, eszembe jutott egy velem történt jelenet. Velencében voltunk barátainkkal, lakóhajóval. A kikötőben egy másik hajón oroszul beszélő fiatal párok voltak. A párom felkerekedett, és középiskolás nyelvtudását fitogtatva meglátogatta a fiatalokat. Elszavalta Tatjána levelét Anyeginhez. Nagyon furcsán néztek rá, majd az egyikük megkérdezte, honnan tudja ezt? Elmondta, hogy ő az a nemzedék, aki még kötelezően tanult oroszul a középiskolában. A kérdező meghajtotta a fejét, és bocsánatot kért. Azért jutott eszembe ez a történet, mert arra gondoltam, hogy talán él a fiatalokban valamiféle bűntudat azok miatt a tettek miatt, amiket nemzetük az emberiség ellen elkövetett.

A szerző fiatal angol nőként látogatott Münchenbe és látta, hogyan fanatizálódnak a vele egykorúak. „… a többi férfi és lány…mind csak egyetlen pillanatra szerették volna látni a kis embert a szögletes homlokába hulló hajtincsével, ahogy az ellenállhatatlan osztrák akcentusával szónokol hozzájuk…Hitler olyan volt számukra, mint egy megváltó vagy isten. Ahogy dacosan kitartotta a kezét a tömeg felé, és ott állt moccanatlanul az arcok tengere fölött, egy új világ, egy új sors hatalmas és félelmetes jelképének tetszett.” A könyv 1933-ban jelent meg. A szerző 1941-ben halt meg.

A mesékről legtöbben gyerekkorunk kedves esti történeteire gondolunk – pedig a mesék felnőttként is tudnak kapaszkodót, irányt és válaszokat adni. A jövő útja: a kisléptékű önellátás – ájurvédikus táplálkozás
2022 szeptemberében elindítottunk egy közös rovatot a Krisna-völggyel, hogy a Civil Rádió hallgatói elsőkézből értesüljenek a kisléptékű önellátás útjáról, lehetséges lépéseiről. A rovat négyhetente szombaton reggel fél 9 táján hallható.
Ebben az epizódban az ájurvédikus egészségmegőrzésről, ezen belül is a táplálkozásról beszélgetünk Bánki Viktória ájurvédikus tanácsadóval. Megtudhatjuk, hogy melyek az ájurvédikus táplálkozás alapvetései, ismérvei, mivel lehet kiváltani, pótolni télen a nyáron megtermő zöldségeket, gyümölcsöket, hogyan lehet télre átmenteni/tárolni a zöldségeket, gyümölcsöket, és mennyire munkaigényes az ájurvédikus ételek készítése.

„Háromféle ifjúsággal találkozom a mindennapjaim során. Az egyikkel: a romkocsmák népe, a húsz és negyven közötti fiatal felnőttek, sok nyelvet beszélnek és a középosztályt jelenítik meg, azt is kulturális értelemben, és nem inni mennek ezekre a helyekre, hanem valamilyen kulturális aktivitás miatt. …aktív, proaktív, Európával szinkronban levő, jól öltözött … közösséggel. Aztán találkozom, a másik szerepemből adódóan, a családi vállalatoknak a medi-zsenijeivel, tehát a következő generációval. – Ehhez két mondatot mondjál, nekem is nehezen érthető… – igen. A világban egy olyan fontos felismerés zajlott itt az elmúlt időszakban, amit válságnak is nevezhetünk, vagy változásnak, hogy vannak olyan vállalkozási formák, amelyek jobban állják a változást, mint mások, stabilabbak. Ezek a családi vállalatok. Azért, mert hogy ott nagyon tradicionális értékek vannak. Összetartóbb a közösség. Tehát számos olyan dolog van, amiben értik egymást. – Jobban lehet egymást tehermentesíteni. – Igen, de sok veszélye is van. A családi vállalkozásban dolgozni nem könnyű, mert egy helyen mérnek téged, családtagként, munkatársként, érzelmi partnerként. És ha jól teljesítesz, akkor te szuperman vagy, és ha nem, akkor borzasztó a helyzet. Az igazi probléma vagy zűr akkor van, amikor át kell adni egy vállalatot. Az egyik generációtól a másiknak. És most nálunk bumm van, mert az alapító generáció, aki 87 és 93 között alapított, az most kell, hogy átadja, mert nyugdíjas lesz… és találkozom nagyon radikális, nagyon keserű, nagyon-nagyon kemény és az erőszakot egyre jobban elfogadó, nagyobb közösséggel. … tizennégy harmincöt közöttit érzékelem. – Ők a negatív hírek főszereplői általában a médiában. – Hogyha az év értékeiről beszélünk, akkor a negatív hírből volt bőven…”
Kátai Gáborral 2011. december közepén a Civil Rádióban visszatekintettünk az éppen lezáruló évre, arra az időszakra, amikor alig észrevehetően már elkezdett hűlni a fiatalok körül a levegő. Gábor figyelemre méltó észrevételei, megállapításai azonban mára visszaható következményeket és tanulságokat tartalmaznak.

Később igyekeztek a túlzottan erőskezű birodalomegyesítőről elfeledkezni… 1974-ben Mao Ce-tung még él, amikor véletlenül rátalálnak a hajdani császárt védelmező terrakotta hadseregre, és lassan kibontakozik egy birodalom története. De az öröklétet hajszoló Qin Shi Huangdi sírkamrája – bár a régészek pontosan tudják, hol van – még érintetlen, és talán örökre az is marad.

„… ha már akadálymentes a Drogstop székhelye, akkor mindenképpen szerettünk volna még abba a pályázatba (ez egy támopos pályázat volt) együttműködő partnerként (bevonni) fogyatékossággal élőkkel foglalkozó szervezeteket. Akkor elkezdtem telefonálni a negyedik kerületben. Olyan válaszok jöttek vissza, hogy hú, a drog szó biztos meg fogja ijeszteni a klienskörüket. Meg hogy egyáltalán miért említjük ez a két fogalmat együtt. Ezt visszajeleztem Szepinek (a Drogstop vezetőjének). Ő csodálkozott azért, mert, más egészen mást jelzett vissza, hogy neki igenis a munkája során vannak olyan tapasztalatai, hogy a fogyatékossággal élők körében is vannak szerhasználók. Aztán megismerkedtem egy lánnyal, aki a mozgásjavítóban tanult és tőle hallottam először az izomsorvadásos fiatalok önpusztító életéről a halál kapujában. És ez volt, azt hiszem, egy nagyon-nagyon erős élmény, hogy na jó, akkor kezdjünk ezzel a témával valamit.”
„Fogyatékossággal élőkkel foglalkozni elég megterhelő pálya. Nagyon szeretnénk megmutatni olyan módszereket, amikkel maga a szakember tud önmagán könnyíteni. – Miért megterhelő? – Mert elég kilátástalan helyzetben élnek az intézményben lakó emberek. Sajnos a szociális háló, meg általában a hozzátartozók élethelyzetéből adódóan is. Van az a pár év, amit egy rehabilitációs intézményben eltöltenek ezek az emberek, amit nagyon szeretnek és sok mindent megtanulnak, hogy önállóan tudjanak élni. És amikor ennek a pár év rehabilitációnak vége, akkor nagyon kevés út van, amin tovább tudnak haladni. És pláne nagyon kevés olyan út van, ami megfelelő egy ember számára. …Szerintem így egy szakember, aki végigküzdi ezt, elég eszköztelennek és tehetetlennek érzi magát, ami elég frusztráló tud lenni..”

Hidvégi Máté 70. születésnapja alkalmából jelent meg a Szerencsés realista – az Avemar története című kötet, mely Hidvégi Máté és Hidvégi Áron Arnold – apa és fia – közös munkája. A kötet valójában egy életút története, mely egyben kortörténet is.

A mindennapokba észrevétlenül beépülő függőségről
A függőség sokfélesége vesz körül bennünket és családjainkat. 2025-ben a Médiaunió ezt az ügyet választotta ki, hogy kampányok segítségével aktivizálja az embereket.
A Civil Rádió magazinjában dr. Marjai Kamilla pszichológus, pszichopedagógust kérdeztük a most futó kampányukról. A mindennapokba beépülő függőségekről, a segítségnyújtás lehetőségeiről beszélt vendégünk. Arról, hogy céljuk, hogy minél több érvényes és hiteles információval lássák el azokat, akik a serdülő korosztállyal érintkeznek és persze az étintetteket.
Egyebek között a segítségnyújtás alternatíváit igyekeznek bemutatni és tabusított jellegét kívánják oldani. Tehát a segítséghez hozzásegíteni az érintetteket.
