A közügyekbe félrelökhetetlenül beleszóló közösségekért!
A Szentiváni Öko Szeglet Egyesület példája
2022 augusztusában 5585-en, rá másfél évre, 2024 márciusában 7029-en írták alá a petíciót az ipari park veszélyes gyárak befogadására alkalmas területtel való bővítése ellen Győrszentivánon, Győr egyik városrészében. A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorából egy elementáris tiltakozási folyamatot ismerünk meg.
Ez a tiltakozás egy olyan 4 millió m2 területen elhelyezkedő, jelentős mértékben zavaró hatású ipari övezet létrejötte ellen folyik, amely a tervezőik szerint alkalmas lenne különösen veszélyes, tűz-, robbanás-, és fertőzésveszélyes, bűzös vagy nagy zajjal járó tevékenységet végző gyárak befogadására.
A Szentiváni Öko Szeglet Egyesület évekkel korábban olyan egyszerűbb, békésebb tevékenységre alakult: mint szemét szedés, gyerekfoglalkozások és hasonlóak. Ám az évek során az őket érintő durva érdeksérelem kapcsán, egy nagyon tudatos, önmagát hatékonyan megszervező, az egész városrészt mozgósítani képes szervezetté alakultak.
Ahhoz, hogy eredményesek legyenek nagyon sokat tanultak a környezeti ártalmak, veszélyek fokozatairól, az aktivizmus, a civil cselekvés és protestálás helyben lehetséges gyakorlatáról, arról, hogy tudják önmaguk és a városrész egészének részvételét, átfogó mozgósítását megszervezni és a jogaik megvédését elérni.
Az Öko Szeglet Egyesület egy igazi aktivista akciósorozat – tehát folyamat – megvalósítását végezte és végzi ma is. A program eredményességéhez szükséges közösségi adományszervezéstől a háztól – házig végigjárt és felépített akciókig, levegőszennyezési és talajfertőzöttségig adatok hivatalos méréseinek elvégzéséig jutottak. És mindeközben önmaguk folyamatos megerősítését, a konfliktusok és az érdekküzdelmek végigvitelét – igazi közösségi részvételi folyamatot teljesítettek.
A sodró történet miatt is nagyon életszerű és érdekes meghallgatni az egyesület vezetőjét Szabó Andreát, aki ebben a podcastban beszél a munkájukról.

Mi mindenen múlik az, hogy belőlük jogkövető polgárok legyenek?
„Mi az, hogy jogszabály? Ha azt mondjuk, hogy jogkövető magatartást akarunk tanúsítani az életünk folyamán, és felnőttként ezt a mintát akarjuk a gyerekeinknek is mutatni… Nekem egyből eszembe jutott, hogy ismerek olyan embereket, akik minden jogszabályt betartanak, és én mégis azt gondolom, hogy ahogy ők élnek, az nekem nem annyira etikus… Mi az, amit a jognak kellene szabályoznia? Mert vannak olyan együttélési normák, amelyeket nem a jognak kellene szabályozni? Ez az egyik kérdésem. A másik pedig, hogy ha eljutunk oda, hogy a jog szabályoz bizonyos emberi magatartásokat, akkor a jogon belül melyik jogágnak?… vannak olyan területek, amelyen a büntetőjog világára esnek – a büntetés… De nem kell minden kérdést a büntetőjognak szabályoznia, és attól az lehet még egy tiltott magatartás.” Mi mindenen múlik az, hogy belőlük jogkövető polgárok legyenek? Mi a Duna Minimum? És mi az a Valyó?
Duna Minimum program azokat az önkormányzati hatáskörbe tartozó beavatkozásokat gyűjti össze, amivel, szebbé, jobbá, élhetőbbé válhat a Duna-part és minél több ember számára elérhetővé válhat a Duna.
A Civil Rádióban Lohász Cili a Város és Folyó Egyesület (VALYÓ) munkatársa beszélt a Valyónak azokról a javaslatairól, amelyek a dokumentumban megjelentek:
„A Duna Minimum programot azzal a céllal állítottuk össze, hogy szakmai ajánlást tegyünk minden a júniusi önkormányzati választásokon induló (fő)polgármester és képviselőtestületi jelöltnek. Egy űrlap kitöltésével lehet csatlakozni a Duna Minimumhoz, melyben a jelölt vállalja, hogy megválasztása esetén aktívan fog tenni azért, hogy a Duna-part szebb, jobb és barátságosabb legyen.”
A Duna mellett fekvő települések, kerületek önkormányzatai számára javasolt fejlesztési irányok:
-Az elérhetőség javítása – Akadálymentesen, gyalogosan, kerékpárral bejárható és megközelíthető Duna-part érinthető vízzel, sétányok és alsósétányok kialakításával.
– Zöld és kék közterületek fejlesztése – Közterek kialakítása a Duna-parton, vízi és zöld infrastruktúra ökologikus fejlesztése stégekkel, fákkal, padokkal, esőkertekkel.
– Folyékony köztér használata és vízminőség javítása – Megfelelő vízminőség biztosítása és biztonságos körülmények megteremtése a sportvíz használatra, mint a dunai fürdőzés és az evezős vízi közlekedés.
– A Dunával való kapcsolat erősítése és együttműködések – Közösségek, civil szervezetek, és hivatali szervek aktív partnersége a Dunáért.

RE-formáló Egyesület -Smudláné Fazekas Margit (SÁ)
Ez a közösség egy baráti társaságból alakult, amelynek minden tagja fontosnak tartja az önkéntes segítő munkát. Az „Enni adok-enni kapok” feliratú, kihelyezett ételdobozok biztosítják az anyagilag hátrányos helyzetben élők számára a mindennapi legszükségesebb élelmet. Az első ilyen dobozt 2017-ben a XXII. kerületben helyezték ki, Smudláné Fazekas Margit, az egyesület vezetője saját kerítésére, ami azóta is jól működik. Az ötlet nem tőle származik, de ő találta ki azt a rendszert, amely az önkéntesekre építve, legálisan és jól funkcionál. Ezt bizonyítja, hogy mára már országos hálózatban végzik a munkájukat és már a 70. doboz is használatba került. Hogyan sikerülhetett ezt kiépíteni? A dobozok mindennapos gondozása mellett más tevékenységet is folytatnak. Színvonalasan végzett munkájukat a főváros is elismerte. A sikereket gondok is kísérik, de a bizalom az emberek jóságában továbbra is táplálja a segíteni akarást.

„Kétarcúnak hívják az aszódi javítóintézetet, mert miközben korlátozzák a fiatalok szabadságát, mindent megtesznek értük, hogy jobb emberré váljanak. A nevelőknek néhány évük van arra, hogy a gyerekekkel megismertessék azokat az értékeket, amelyeket otthonról nem hozhattak magukkal.
Az aszódi javító az ország egyetlen nagy “letöltős” intézete, a többi “csak” előzetes, illetve többfunkciós. Nem börtön, itt nem büntetik a fiatalokat, hanem “a szabadságukat korlátozva nevelik” őket.”

A pszichiátriai betegek ellátása gyakran ütközik nehézségekbe. Kevés az ellátóhely, a megfelelő program, amivel javítani tudják életminőségüket, a közösségek, ahol otthon érezhetik magukat és szükség esetén szakmai segítséget is kaphatnak. Ráadásul ez a betegség stigmatizál, így a társadalom sem segít túlságon abban, hogy az ilyen betegséggel élők élete könnyebb legyen. A Sotéria Alapítvány éppen ezeknek a problémáknak a megoldására működteti a Matéria klubházat, ahol pszichiátriai betegek nappali- és közösségi ellátását végzik. Sok szakmai és közösségi programmal, oktatással, egyéni és csoportos foglalkozással támogatják a hozzájuk járókat. A hosszantartó betegség egy új, nehezített életformát jelent a betegséggel élő ember és családja számára. Ez gyakran felemészti a család energiáját, idejét és persze anyagi nehézségekkel is lehet számolni. Jó lenne, ha ebben a helyzetben lenne lehetőségük egy kis pihenésre, hosszabb kikapcsolódásra. Pont ezt a célt szolgálja az IdőHáz projekt, mely összekapcsolja az ingyenesen felajánlott szálláshelyeket és a pihenésre vágyó súlyos krónikus betegséggel élőket. Az IdőHáz jelenleg IV. stádiumú daganatos betegségben szenvedők, SM / SMA / ALS, DMD (Duchenne-féle izomdisztrófia / gyermekkori izomelhalás) és Angelman szindrómával élők számára nyújt pihenési lehetőséget. „A didgerido (ejtsd didzseridu) egy ausztrál hangszer, eredetileg. Egy sámán hangszer. És az ausztrál aboriginal lakosok, tehát, akik ott laktak, ők használták. Eredetileg eukaliptusz fából van, amit termeszhangyák rágnak ki. És az ausztrál sámán meg elmondja, hogy ezt hol találja meg. És akkor elindul az egyik irányba, amíg meg nem talál egy fadarabot. Aminek a közepét kivájták a termeszhangyák nagyon szép simára. A legegyszerűbben egy cső, tulajdonképpen, amibe az ember szépen belefúj, és akkor egy nagyon finom, búgó, jó hangja van. Szertartásokat, meg ilyenek csináltak vele, vagy ezekhez zenéltek hozzá. Sok legenda is van. Az egyik az nagyon lírai, hogy a tábortűznél, amikor a sámán belefújt abba a didgeridoba, akkor a termeszhangyák kifújódtak bele a tűzbe, felszálltak izzva, és belőlük lettek a csillagok.”

„Tartozunk, én mindenképpen, Ferge Zsuzsának azzal, hogy egy már a kilencvenes évein túl megfogalmazott gondolatát elmondjam, ami nagyon rövid és úgy szólt: ’Manapság mindenkit megillet a tisztelet, lefelé viszont senkit.’ Tehát hogy a hatalom gondolkodás nélküli tisztelete egy rendiessé váló társadalomban, ahol csak a lojalitás számít. Hát ezt így is lehet jellemezni. És ez egyre jobban látszik.”
„Ma, már egy hosszabb ideje Magyarországon, hát nem lehet azt mondani, hogy egy felelős társadalompolitikai gyakorlat zajlana egyáltalán az egész országban. Különösen nem a szociális és gyermekvédelem területén.”
„A gyerekek megérdemelnék a tiszteletet. …amikor, annak idején törvényről beszéltünk, a 97-es gyermekvédelmi törvényről, az pont azt a többletet vitte be, hogy a gyerekek a megkülönböztetett figyelmet kapják az államtól. Azt a figyelmet, ami akkor is jár nekik, hogy ha a szülőkkel nem jönnek ki rendesen. Ez akkor is olyan korszerű volt, mint ahogy ma sem érti – szerintem – a döntéshozók jelentős része, hogy mennyire másról szól a törvényi elvárás, mint a mai gyakorlat. – Hát sajnos ez teljesen igaz. A mai napig nem nőttünk fel a törvény szelleméhez.”

A „Minden gyerek kicsi kincs” címmel megjelenő kedves könyvecskét ajánlja a Civil Rádióban elhangzó interjúban Gyurkó Szilvi, aki a gyermekjogok egyik legelismertebb hazai szakértője és a kötetet kiadó Hintalovon Alapítvány alapítója.
“Szeretnénk az Európában széles körben ismert ún. Bugyiszabályokat mesekönyv Magyarországra is elhozni” Hatévnyi előkészítés után megjelenik a gyerekek egészséges testképét, a testi határaik tiszteletben tartását támogató könyv Szabó T. Anna meséjével, mondókájával, meg egy szülőknek szóló rövid magyarázattal.
Külön gyönyörűség, hogy a mondókából dal és videó is készül, hogy minden óvodás Palya Beával együtt énekelhesse, megtanulhassa, “…ruha alatt senkit senki titokban nem piszkálhat”. Szerintünk, nagyon fontos és jó ez a projekt.
A kiadói ajánlásban olvasható információkat érzékletesen egészíti ki Gyurkó Szilvi Péterfi Ferenc interjújában. A kötet szerzőinek közös elköteleződése mellett arról is beszél, hogy egy induló kampány keretében olyan árusítást terveznek, amellyel a vásárlók hozzásegíthetnek különféle gyerekekkel foglalkozó intézményeket is, akiknek erre nem lenne pénzük, hogy ők is hozzájussanak ehhez a fontos könyvecskéhez.

Muzslai-Bízik Hanna több mint tíz éve várja férjével együtt a gyermekáldást. Hanna elmondja interjúnkban, hogy miképpen harcolnak a vizsgálatok, bizonytalanságok, küzdelmek között gyermekért, a házasságukért és Istenkapcsolatuk újjáépítéséért.
Fájdalmas tapasztalatait kezdte el leírni, végül kiutakat és biztatást is meg tudott fogalmazni „Várva várlak” című könyvében, amelyen keresztül a gyermekre vágyó párok és a környezetükben élők támogatását tűzte ki célul.

Az ideális iskola hat eleme
„- Mi kellene, hogy az iskolában jól működjenek a dolgok?
– Először is az kéne, hogy valami köze legyen a gyerekekhez, és köze legyen a kultúrához. Az iskola mégiscsak arra való, hogy a kultúrába bevezesse a gyerekeket. És hát ezt úgy kéne csinálnia, hogy ismerje a gyerekeket, akikkel foglalkozik, és ismerje a kultúrát, amit átad. Ehhez képest a mi iskolánk úgy néz ki, mint egy predigitális kövület és köze nincs a mai gyerekekhez.
Az iskola én azt gondolom egyébként sohasem volt ideális, mert sokkal inkább kiszolgálta azt az igényt, hogy komforttá tegyük a gyerekeket, aminek megvan mindig az előnye is. De ebben a világban egyre inkább fontos, hogy képes legyen valaki problémákat megoldani, önálló helyzeteket kezelni. Az állandóan változó világban már kevés az, ha valaki valamit betanul és azt utasításra elő tudja adni.”

Kiberbűnözők az egészségügyben
Míg egy banki adat néhány pár dollár a feketepiacon, az egészségügyben keletkezett páciensadatok már több száz, akár több ezer dollárt is érhetnek. Ezek a támadások nemcsak az adatbiztonságot fenyegetik, hanem akár az egész egészségügyi infrastruktúra működését is, s minden támadás veszélyt jelenthet a páciensekre is. „Az egészségügyben a kiberbiztonság alapvetően nem technológiai, hanem betegbiztonsági kérdés, amin emberi életek és akár országok egészségügyi rendszerének hozzáférése múlhat.“ – mondja Dr. Palicz Tamás egészségügyi kiberbiztonsági szakértő
Az egészségügy az egyik legveszélyeztetettebb terület. Éves szinten a több száz milliót is meghaladja a kibertámadásban érintett áldozatok száma, a kiberbűnözők által okozott kár pedig eléri az 50 milliárd eurót.
A magyar egészségügyben is évről évre nő a különféle kibertámadások száma. A kérdés nem az, ahogy a kiberbiztonsági szakértők állítják, hogy megtörténik-e, hanem az, hogy mikor, s hogy vagyunk rá felkészülve. Ezért is fontos, hogy idén életbe lépett a NIS2 , az uniós kiberbiztonsági irányelv alkalmazása, mely mostantól az egészségügyben érintett intézmények és vállalkozások számára is kötelező, így remélhetőleg pozitív változásokra számíthatunk.

Szegényen is élni kell… mire szocializál a szegénység?
„Muszáj ezzel azért is foglalkozni, mert a számok semmit nem jelentenek. A számok leginkább a benne levőknek jelentenek a legkevesebbet…. nem nagyon tudom, hogy az emberek eleget tudnak-e arról, hogy milyen az a szegénység önmagában, hogyan lehet benne élni. Talán olyan sztereotípiák működnek, hogy ha valaki éhes, akkor lehet. hogy szegény, és hogy ha jól lakott, akkor meg nem szegény – nagyon leegyszerűsített képletek működhetnek… – Ahányan vagyunk, annyiféleképpen fogalmaznánk meg, hogy mi az a szegénység. Most nem kutatói szempontból és nem szakmai szempontból, hanem ha megkérdeznénk embereket. Erre nekem egy nagyon markáns élményem, hogy egyszer még itt, Budapest egy külső kerületében, jó pár évvel ezelőtt interjús kutatást csináltunk. és ott voltam egy családnál, akik tényleg, nagyon, minden szempontból szegénynek számít. És volt az interjúnak egy olyan kérdése, hogy ő hogyan ítéli meg az ő helyzetét. És akkor gondolkodott egy negyven körüli asszony már unokákkal. Tehát egy sok generációs család. És úgy gondolkodott és egy idő után azt mondta, hogy hát tudja, mi nem vagyunk szegények. Mert bezzeg a Józsiék… és akkor elmondta, hogy ők hogy szegények.”

Egy műholdszakértő mérnök tanúsága Istenről | Szegfű Katalin
Dr. Gschwindt András a Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem címzetes egyetemi docense, hatvan éve tanít a Műegyetemen. 1970 óta foglalkozik űrkutatással, szerepe volt az első magyar műhold kidolgozásában, megépítésében. A Gábor Dénes-díjas mérnök Mezőberényben született egyik ágon szlovák, másikon német evangélikus családban. Egyebek mellett arról is kérdeztük, hogy milyen hitbeli alapok vezetik őt életében, munkájában.
