1969, Aczél-korszak, Budapest. A Párizsban élő Victor Vasarely a kiállítását rendezi a Műcsarnokban, miközben Major János grafikusművész már készül a megnyitóra egyszemélyes performanszával. Ezekben az években ugyanis a magyar neo – avantgarde és absztrakt művészet még a tűrt kategória peremén egyensúlyozott, nemhogy bejusson a Műcsarnokba. Tiltakozásként Major János a tömegben sétálva egy kis papírlapot mutatott fel a barátainak, ezzel az üzenettel: „Vasarely Go Home”.

„A fonyódi tájromboló beruházás közpénz-támogatását is firtatták a tüntetők”
Ezzel a címmel számolt be a Levegő Munkacsoport a közelmúltban a helyi civilek részvételével zajlott Balaton parti demonstrációról Fonyódon, a Balaton partján 99 lakásos, négyemeletes állítólagos lakásokat tartalmazó épület tervei kapcsán.
„A tüntetésen felszólalók elmondták: a The View nevű beruházás megvalósítása esetén újabb természetközeli partszakasz helyére kerülne beton, fokozva a tó ökoszisztémájának a pusztulását. Az alacsony magasságú házak közé olyan épülettömeg kerülne, amely alapvetően megváltoztatja a településképet és a balatoni tájkaraktert. A beépítés a gépjárműforgalom és parkolóhely-igény jelentős növekedésével járna, amit a beruházó úgy kíván „megoldani”, hogy leaszfaltozza a korábban fűvel szegélyezett békés utcákat kerítéstől kerítésig…
Németh Helga független önkormányzati képviselő arra hívta fel a figyelmet, hogy a beruházás megvalósítását az állam közpénzekből támogatja a Lakhatási Tőkeprogram révén. Ennek a programnak az a célja, hogy a lakásválságot enyhítse – elsősorban a fiatal családok lakásvásárlásának a segítésével – nem pedig az, hogy az adófizetők pénzéből újabb ingatlant szerezzenek azok, akiknek erre egyáltalán nincs szükségük a lakásproblémáik megoldásához. A beruházó ugyanis a tervezett ingatlant »második otthonként« hirdeti, ami arra utalhat, hogy az elsősorban üdülési célokat szolgál. Ha pedig ez így van, akkor nemcsak a Lakhatási Tőkeprogram által nyújtandó támogatás jogszerűtlen, hanem az is, hogy a beruházó az építkezés után csak 5%-os áfát fizetne, miközben az üdülőépítést 27%-os áfa terheli.

A Vízpart hangjai – Bert sétány – Valyo Egyesület
A Vízpart hangjai egy olyan alkotótábor, amelyben iskolás gyerekek és 60+-korúak vesznek részt. A két korosztály együtt dolgozik a Bert sétány felújításán. Ötleteik alapján megújul Újbuda eddig kihasználatlan Duna-partja.
Egy lelkes fiatalokból álló csapat hozta létre a Valyo egyesületet. Céljuk: Szeretnénk, ha az emberek használnák a Dunát és a Duna-partot. Ha az itt élő emberek magukénak éreznék a várost és folyót. BALOGH KATÁval beszélgettünk.

„A rendszerváltásnak önmagunkon belül is meg kell történnie.“- írja Goda Gábor alkotó – rendező – koreográfus, az Artus – Kortárs Művészeti Stúdió alapítója. Lehet-e új eredményeket várni, ha nem újítjuk meg magát a rendszert? Hol van a helyük a hazai kortárs táncművészetekben a független társulatoknak? Hogy lehet kialakítani egy olyan pályázati- és működési szisztémát, melyben a társulatok fennmaradása nem évről évre kérdésessé válhat?
Beszélgetésünk apropóját az adta, hogy Goda Gábor Nyílt levelet írt a FB-on annak kapcsán, hogy az ARTUS nem vette át az idei, 2026-os működési pályázaton (KIM_MUK) a kuratórium által megszavazott támogatási összeget, mely az igényelt 1/4-e volt, mivel azzal nem tudták volna megvalósítani vállalásaikat.

Sicc Production és a Budaörsi Latinovits Színház koprodukciójában zenés előadás készült Janikovszky Éva Velem mindig történik valami című könyvéből. Az eredeti szöveghez a Budaörsi Jókai Mór Művelődési Ház gyerekversíró pályázatának verseiből történt válogatás. Janikovszky Éva kortalan style és az ifjú versírók tökéletes összhangban vannak.
A Janikovszky100 emléknap első produkciójaként hasalmas siker volt, egyformán a gyerekek és a felnőttek között. LIBER ÁGOSTON és VATAMÁNY ATANÁZ volt a beszélgetőtársam a darabról, és a gyerekek és a színház kapcsolatáról…

Janikovszky Éva és Sodró Eliza kapcsolata -KériJ
2026. április 23.-án lett volna Janikovszky Éva 100. születésnapja.
Ebből az alkalomból került – éppen 50. alkalommal – bemutatásra SODRÓ ELIZA előadásában a „Kizárólag az utókor számára” című monodráma. Alapja az napló, ami Janikovszky Éva 12-18 éves koráig íródott – felölelve 1938-1944-ig terjedő időszakot, ami alatt a fiatal lány felnőtté válik.

Emlékképek a Janikovszky100 emléknapról -Kéri Juli
A MOMkultban 2026. április 23.-án egésznapos összművészeti eseménysorozat zajlott Janikovszky Éva 100. születésnapjára emlékezve.
Az eseményen két különböző műfajban ősbemutatóra került sor, a harmadikban 50. előadása volt egy monodrámának és volt egy zenés előadás is. Janikovszy Éva díjjal jutalmaztak két színészt, de volt két váratlan díj is… Két alkalommal emlékezett Janikovszky János, az író fia is.
A nap minden eseményéről interjúk, bejátszások, vélemények hangzottak el, valamint Janikovszky Jánost is összegzésre kértem a nap végén…

Egy regény – vagy pontosabban történetek egymásutánja – eredetileg egy 900 ezer fős nyelvi közösségnek íródott. Ők a baszkok. Megnéztem mit ír erről a mesterséges intelligencia: A baszkok a spanyol–francia határ két oldalán, a Pireneusok nyugati részén élő, különleges kultúrájú elszigetelt népcsoport, akik Nyugat-Európa egyetlen nem indoeurópai nyelvét beszélik. A baszk nyelv (saját néven euskara) Európa egyik legnagyobb nyelvészeti rejtélye, ugyanis a kontinens egyetlen élő, izolált nyelve, amely bizonyítottan egyetlen más nyelvcsaláddal sem áll rokonságban. Hogy maga a szerző vagy élettársa fordította először spanyolra, nem tudjuk biztosan, de ma már számtalan nyelven beszélő olvasó kíváncsi, hogyan élnek az obabaiak. Izgalmas olvasmány.

Egy gyakorló pszichológus díványára kapunk meghívást, a könyv emellett még a terapeuta gondolataiba is betekintést ad. Érdekes helyzetekről olvashatunk, amik néha még a pszichológust is meglepik. Nem titkolja olvasója előtt, hogy ő maga is küzd a kiégés szorításával, éppen ezért ez az első kérdésem hozzá: van rá recept? A rossz hír az, hogy recept nincs. De létezik megoldási javaslat.
Megragadtam az alkalmat, és beszélgetésünk túlnőtt a könyv helyzetein. Néhány olyan kérdést is feltettem, ami pl. az aktuálpolitikát érinti vagy azt, hogy milyen esetben érdemes pszichológushoz fordulnunk.

Jamamoto Jukihisza: Egy kis tokiói virágboltban
Élfestett könyv, virágmintával. Jól illik rá az a Petőfinek tulajdonított mondás vagy verssor, hogy „aki a virágot szereti, rossz ember nem lehet”. Elvben tudjuk, hogy az ajándék virágnak van üzenete. Jónéhányat a könyv hátsó borítóján ki is emelt a tervező. A szövegben még a színről és a mennyiségről is sok szó esik. Úgyhogy utazást tehetünk a japán virágnyelv nem egyszerű útján.
Amikor Kikuko – a regény főszereplője – jelentkezik részmunkaidős dolgozónak egy virágkereskedésbe, a motivációs levelében így ír: “…a virágok nem csupán azzal okoznak örömet, hogy gyönyörködhetünk bennük, hanem a kommunikáció legmélyrehatóbb eszközei is, mert összekötik az embereket. Szerintem azzal, hogy virágot árulunk, ha csak egy kicsit is, gazdagíthatjuk a társadalmat.”
Az Európa Könyvkiadó adta ki Jamamoto Jukihisza Egy kis tokiói virágboltban című regényét. A fordítóval, Slánicz Balázzsal beszélgettünk.

Indul a FREEDOM!
A napokban megnyílik a FREEDOM.
Sokan emlékezhetnek 2020-21-ben a Színház- és Filmművészeti Egyetem körüli küzdelmekre, amelynek végén az onnan kiváló hallgatók, tanárok és barátaik alakítottak a további közös munkára egyesületet. A Freeszfe elnöke Forgács Péter, az Egyetem korábbi tanára lett.
Ő volt a Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! című műsorának vendége.
Az azóta végzett közös munkáról is beszélgettünk, de kiemelten az új székhelyükről, a volt Szabolcs utcai Általános Iskola épületében a Freeszfe által elinduló FREEDOM nevű közösségi térről.
Az ott szervezett színházi és egyéb képzésekről, arról, hogy fontos a működtetőknek a Szabolcs utcai környezetével való harmonikus együttműködés is – amihez a beágyazottság elérésére, a helybeliek bevonására első lépésként az ottani szomszédságot is meg kívánják ismerni. Így, a több érdeket összeillesztve szeretnék megtalálni a hely szellemét ebben az újjáalakuló közösségi térben.
A Fővárosi Önkormányzattól bérlik ezt az épületet, melynek működtetését szervezik most, és a januári igazi nyitásra készülnek.

Felvállalt alkotói munkámat egy családi tragédia indította el. Hat éve halt meg a fiam, aki akkor még
csupán húszéves volt. Halálát olyan súlyos családi események, sőt társadalmi és szociológia helyzet
generálta, hogy azt éreztem, nekem írnom, beszélnem kell azokról. Nemcsak saját lelki gyógyulásom
érdekében, hanem azért is, mert felismertem, hogy míg élt a fiam, addig nem tudtam hatékonyan és
megfelelő határozottsággal állás foglalni olyan nehéz kérdésekben, mint például családon belüli
erőszak, önfelvállalás (és ezalatt értem a saját érdekeim, saját érzéseim felvállalását, de a nemi
identitás kérdését is akár), vagy épp a kábítószerfogyasztás, függőség kérdése.

Janikovszky Éva és Sodró Eliza kapcsolata (Kéri J)
2026. április 23.-án lett volna Janikovszky Éva 100. születésnapja.
Ebből az alkalomból került – éppen 50. alkalommal – bemutatásra SODRÓ ELIZA előadásában a „Kizárólag az utókor számára” című monodráma. Alapja az napló, ami Janikovszky Éva 12-18 éves koráig íródott – felölelve 1938-1944-ig terjedő időszakot, ami alatt a fiatal lány felnőtté válik.

Meddig lehet lelkesedésből és elhivatottságból dolgozni, ha közben az ember úgy érzi, a szakma sem áll ki mellette? Ladjánszki Márta – táncos, koreográfus, modern táncpedagógus – elkeseredett, majd az általa vezetett L1 Egyesület visszafogottabb sajtóközleményben állt ki a független táncművészeti társulatok mellett. Az L1 Nem nyert a „Minősítéssel nem rendelkező, Budapest fővárosi színház- és táncművészeti előadó-művészeti szervezetek az előadó-művészeti szervezetek támogatásáról és sajátos foglalkoztatási szabályairól szóló 2008. évi XCIX. törvény szerinti, 2026. évi szakmai program megvalósításának és működésének támogatása“ pályázaton, ami gyakorlatilag ellehetetlenítette a munkájukat.

Jodi Picoult: A bálna éneke
A regény a termékeny bestsellerszerző első munkája, még 1992-ben írta. Ahogyan a fordító mondja, érdeklődéssel vette a kezébe, kíváncsi volt, hogy milyen gyerekbetegségek jellemzik az eső kötetet. De elismeréssel szólt róla. Mintha már ekkor a teljes írói kelléktár a szerző rendelkezésére állt volna.
Amikor olvastam a regényt, fel sem tűnt annak kora, pedig fontos momentum, hogy a női karakter öccse az autóval hozzá igyekvő testvérét és annak lányát, élménnyel akarja keresztül vezetni Amerikán. Így nem a legrövidebb úton, hanem látnivalókon, emlékeken keresztül navigálja őket. Postahivataltól postahivatalig tart az út. Itt várják a utazókat az újabb úticélok és biztató, szeretettel teli levelek. Ha ma íródna a regény, vajon most hogyan segítené őket az útjuk során?

Képzeljünk el egy házat. 8/a és 8/b a házszám. A két ház lakója egy testvérpár. Évtizedek óta nem állnak egymással szóba. A 8/a-ban él az idősebb testvér a fia családjával. A kamasz unoka kerüli a földszinten évek óta haldokló nagyapát, akihez inkább unalomból, mint együttérzésből kezd bejárogatni. És az Öreg, mesélni kezd. 1914-ben az apjuk kiküldte őket a norvég tóvidékre, hogy megtanuljanak magukról gondoskodni. A háború árnyéka már rávetült a korra. És amikor ez már ment, egy újabb teherrel megemelte a tétet, ami tragédiával végződött. A felelősség egymásra hárítása, azóta is terheli a kapcsolatot.

Melanie Cheng: Az üreg
Nem kifejezetten hagyományos házi kedvenc a nyúl, de azért hébe-hóba előfordul. A deprimált családban szeretne a gyereknek örömet okozni az apa, amikor a covid-járvány alatt meghozza a nyulat. Deprimált a család, mondtam, aminek oka a gyász. Balesetben elveszítették egészséges kisbabájukat. Ráadásul az anyai nagymama eltörte a csuklóját, segítségre szorul. Még szerencse, hogy elkészült a vendégház. A nyúl és a nagymama gondozása nem könnyű, de legalább kizökkent mindenkit a már-már megszokott csüggedtségből.

Klímabarát városok, növekvő feszültségek:
a zöldítés felhajtja az árakat
„A zöld átállás nemcsak jobb életminőséget hozhat, de drágább lakhatást is: ha nem lép az állam, az energetikai felújítások, parkosítások és a lakóterület sűrítése sokszor épp az alacsonyabb jövedelműeket szorítják ki” – jelzi a Másfélfok sajtóközleménye.
A Városkutatás Kft. munkatársai európai példákon mutatják meg, hogyan indítja el a zöldítés a lakások felértékelődését és a lakosság kicserélődését – valamint azt is, miként lehet ezt erős állami beavatkozással megfékezni.
A kutatók – Gerőházi Éva, Teller Nóra és Tosics Iván – figyelmeztetnek: „A tapasztalatok szerint nálunk a hatások egyelőre visszafogottabbak, de egy jelentősebb zöld fordulat itthon is komoly társadalmi feszültségekhez vezethet”.

Számít, ki meséli el – 15 éves az Uccu Alapítvány
Az Uccu Alapítvány 15 éves jubileuma kapcsán beszélgetünk egy olyan szervezetről, amely a roma kultúra és identitás bemutatásán keresztül dolgozik a társadalmi előítéletek csökkentésén.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy az Uccu programjai – iskolai foglalkozások és városi séták –
közvetlen találkozásokon keresztül segítenek árnyalni a roma közösségekről alkotott képet.
A jubileumi gála három idődimenzió mentén mutatta be a szervezet munkáját:
múlt, jelen és jövő – eredmények, tapasztalatok és új tervek egyaránt megjelentek.
Az epizódban szó esik a jövőbeli célokról is: több foglalkozás, pedagógusok bevonása és egy olyan médiaplatform létrehozása,
ahol roma emberek saját történeteiket mondhatják el.
Külön hangsúlyt kap az is, hogy a fiatalok megerősítése és az emberi jogi tudás átadása kulcsfontosságú a programokban.
A szervezet eddig több tízezer embert ért el, és folyamatosan keresi az új utakat, hogy még szélesebb közönséget szólítson meg.

50 éves toronyház – amikor egy lakóépület kulturális ikonná válik
Ebben az epizódban egy különleges évforduló kapcsán beszélgetünk: az újpalotai toronyház 50 éves lett, és ennek apropóján egy egész kerületi programsorozat épül köré.

Hétrétország – ahol a művészet és a hétköznap találkozik
Az Őrség egyik legkülönlegesebb összművészeti eseményéről, a Hétrétország programjáról hallhatunk – egy olyan fesztiválról, amely nemcsak előadásokat kínál, hanem egész tájegységeket kapcsol össze élménnyé.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy a program több szakaszra épül: az első napok a dalköltészetről szóltak, ahol koncertek, beszélgetések és műhelyek próbálták körbejárni, mit is jelent ez a nehezen definiálható, mégis egyre erősödő műfaj.
A dalköltészet itt nem stílus, hanem szemlélet: különböző zenei világok találkoznak, mégis van bennük valami közös, amit a résztvevők ösztönösen felismernek.
A fesztivál második része a fiatal filmeseké: vetítések, közös elemzések és szakmai találkozások zajlanak, ahol különböző egyetemek hallgatói mutatják be munkáikat.
A harmadik szakasz a színházé: hagyományos és kísérleti előadások, bábszínház, sérült színészekkel dolgozó társulatok és formabontó produkciók váltják egymást.
És ami mindezt összeköti: a nyitott porták rendszere, ahol nem előadásokat látunk, hanem magát az életet – találkozásokat, beszélgetéseket, hétköznapi történeteket.
Ez a fesztivál egyszerre kulturális esemény és közösségi tér, ahol a művészet és az emberi kapcsolódás szinte észrevétlenül fonódik össze.

Vissza a középkorba – élő történelem Esztergomtól Zsámbékig
Egy különleges időutazásra hívjuk a hallgatókat: a Fékomadta Fesztivál világába, ahol a középkor nem kiállítás, hanem megélt élmény.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogyan kel életre egy többnapos történelmi játék: lovagok indulnak útnak korhű öltözetben, fegyverekkel és kísérettel, hogy végigjárják a múlt útvonalait Esztergomtól egészen Zsámbékig.
Ez nem hagyományos fesztivál: kézművesek, zenészek, újrajátszó csapatok és középkori szereplők együtt teremtenek egy olyan világot, ahol a látogatók valóban belecsöppenhetnek a korszak mindennapjaiba.
A programok között lakomarekonstrukciók, régészeti bemutatók, koncertek és interaktív foglalkozások is szerepelnek – sőt, még egy felépített vár ostroma is megelevenedik.
A fesztivál különlegessége, hogy minden érzékre hat: zene, látvány, mozgás és történetek egyszerre idézik meg a középkori gondolkodást és életformát.
Az epizód azt is megmutatja, hogyan kapcsolódnak be helyi közösségek és nemzetközi résztvevők egy ilyen eseménybe, és hogyan válik a történelem közös, élő tapasztalattá.

Fű, patak, közösség – hogyan gondolkodunk a városi természetről?
Ebben az epizódban a Rákos-patak menti zöldterületek használatáról és jövőjéről beszélgetünk, egy látszólag egyszerű, mégis sokakat megosztó kérdés mentén: mennyire kell „rendezettnek” lennie a természetnek egy városban?
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy a kaszálás gyakorlata nemcsak esztétikai kérdés, hanem komoly ökológiai következményekkel is jár. Szó esik arról, hogyan hat a növényzet visszavágása a beporzókra, a talajra és a városi mikroklímára, és miért lehet néha jobb, ha a természetet egyszerűen békén hagyjuk.
Megismerhetjük a Rákos-patak szerepét mint ökológiai folyosót, és azt is, hogyan változik ez a tér a különböző kerületekben. A beszélgetés kitér a lakossági elvárások és a természetvédelmi szempontok közötti feszültségekre is.
Felmerül a kérdés: mennyire van beleszólása a helyi közösségeknek abba, hogy mi történik a környezetükben? És vajon hogyan lehetne aktívabban bevonni az embereket ezekbe a döntésekbe?
