Nagy-Budapest 75 – a második városegyesítés évfordulója
Különleges fotókat és dokumentumokat tett közzé a Fővárosi Szabó Ervin Könyvtár, amely virtuális kiállítással ünnepli a második városegyesítés évfordulóját.
A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! című műsorában erről a témáról beszélgettünk két vendégünkkel Kiss Borbálával a Budapest gyűjtemény vezetőjével és Ongjerth Richárd urbanistával.
75 évvel ezelőtt, 1950-ben, a főváros területe és lakossága is jelentős mértékben gyarapodott – joggal nevezhető ez az esemény Budapest második születésnapjának.
A csatlakozó huszonhárom település közül négy külön is bemutatásra kerül, mivel jól példázzák a városfejlődés eltérő útjait. Így megismerhető Újpest, az egykor önálló iparváros; a hagyományos mezőgazdasági, borászati központ múlttal rendelkező Budafok; Pesthidegkút, a falusias karakterű kistelepülés, és Mátyásföld, a tudatos tervezés eredményeként létrejött nyaralótelep.
Beszélgetésünkben az első egyesítést (a Pest, Buda, Óbuda városok egyesítéséből létrejött Budapestet) követő 1950-ben történt másodikról esett szó bővebben.
Arról, hogy bár szakemberek készítettek erre vonatkozó elő-tanulmányokat, de politikai döntések pecsételték meg mindkét változtatást; hogy milyen remélt előnyöket kalkuláltak az ide csatolt városoknak és kistelepüléseknek a kapcsolódásával; s milyen városszerkezeti és közigazgatási lépések kísérték ezt a folyamatot.
Az egyes kisebb településrészek identitásának a kérdései, a szomszédsági egységek szuverenitása hogyan alakult.
Szó esett arról is, hogy később egyes területek, városrészek leszakadási szándékai is felmerültek; a 2000-es években – éppen a szuverenitás megerősítésére is – a városrészi önkormányzatok lehetséges esélyei és megvalósulása is a várospolitika részei voltak.
Lehetett-e volna mindez másképpen is? – erről is szó esik ebben a beszélgetésben.

Megnyílt a Józsefvárosi Lakótér
Megnyílt Magyarország első olyan önkormányzati irodája, amelynek feladata a bérházak lakóközösségeinek támogatása és megerősítése.
A Civil Rádióban Pikó András polgármesterrel beszélgetünk ennek az új intézménynek a kialakításáról.
„A VIII. kerületben nagyon sok nehéz helyzetű család él, sokféle gondjuk közül a lakhatási problémák a leggyakoribbak – említi az interjúban Pikó András – Az gyakori, hogy elmondják a problémáikat, de a gond, ha itt megállunk.” Éppen ezt igyekszik meghaladni az iroda, szociális munkások, jogi segítők, egyéb szakemberek állnak rendelkezésre, de a közösségi önsegítés is fontos erőforrás lehet.
A megnyitást megelőzően már több fiatal közösségi szakembert dolgozott ezzel a programmal, sőt saját csoportot is alapítottak a bérlők érdekeik összefogására.
Ez a folyamat kap most támogató hátteret a Lakótérrel, de nagyon nehéz munkára vannak felkészülve a lakótéri munka koordinálására készülők.

Michael Wolff Tűz és düh – Trump a Fehér Házban
A könyv szerzője arra vállalkozik, hogy Donald Trump valódi személyiségét bemutassa, az elnökké választása előtti hetekről és a meglepetésszerű győzelem utáni hónapokról adjon képet. Hogy ez mennyire reális és mennyire nem, azt a kirobbant vita is jól mutatja. Nemcsak Amerikában megosztó személyiség az elnök, hanem hazáján kívül is. Olvasgatva a kritikákat a könyvről, jól látszik az a törésvonal, ami a könyv bírálói értékrendjében kimutatható. Az egyik típus szerint szemenszedett hazugság az egész, minden alapot, bizonyítékot nélkülöz, inkább pletykák gyűjteménye, mint oknyomozó munka a könyv. A másik fajta vélemény szerint a kötet nem alaptalanul mutatja be veszélyes őrültnek Donald Trumpot, akinek sem türelme, sem kapacitása nincs a dolgok átlátására. Tapasztalatlanságánál csak korlátoltsága nagyobb. Hát, nem könnyű eligazodni ilyen ellentétes vélemények között.

Oliver Stone: Putyin interjúk
A könyv annak az interjúknak a lejegyzetelt változata, amelyet Oliver Stone Oscar díjas filmrendező készített Vlagyimir Putyinnal 2015 és 2017 között. Négyszer járt Stone Putyinnál, és így összesen 12 részt vettek fel. Az eredmény egy 4 órás film lett, amit először Amerikában, majd Oroszországban is vetítettek. A kötet a beszélgetések teljes szövegét tartalmazza, állítólag tabuk nélkül. Állítólag – mondom, mert az orosz elnök nagyon ügyesen kezelte a helyzetet, míg a filmrendező nagyon botcsinálta riporter volt. Az elnök akkor és arról beszélt, amiről ő akart, és olyan fénytörésben mutatta meg a gondolatait, ahogyan ő akarta. Stone pedig néha mikrofonállvány, néha a téma meghatározója volt.

A Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat folyóirata legújabb számáról szerveződik kerekasztal beszélgetés a szám tanulmányainak szerzőivel – ez az ürügye ennek az interjúnak.
A Civil Rádióban az egyik szerzővel Németh Nándorral beszélgetünk. És a beszélgetésben ajánljuk a print változatban és elektronikusan is elérhető és olvasható, megismerhető tapasztalatokat.
Felzárkóztató program zajlik a 300 legszegényebb, leginkább hátrányos helyzetű magyar településen.
A mostani számban az összekötő kapocs a tér, a kirekesztett közösségekben való lét, a perifériális helyzet.
A fejlesztői beavatkozás alapkérdései merülnek fel e beszélgetésben, a látszólag hasonló szegénységben, hogyan lehet a kívülről érkező segítőknek megismerni és megérteni a minden településen másféle sajátosságokat, a helyi élet adottságait – amely miatt minden egyes településen az éppen „odavaló” megoldást megtalálni.
A beavatkozást végzők és a helyiek kapcsolatában a sikeres közös munkához szükséges bizalmi helyzetet kiépíteni a tartós jelenlét során.

Nem mindegy, hogy a jövő szakemberei milyen körülmények között szerzik meg a szaktudást, s milyen alapokat kapnak a későbbi szakmájukhoz. A villamossági piac meghatározó szereplője, a több mint harmincéves szakmai múlttal rendelkező, debreceni központú Daniella Kereskedelmi Kft., a társadalmi felelősségvállalás iránti elköteleződését saját alapítványán keresztül valósítja meg. A vállalat 2022-ben hozta létre a Daniella Villamosság Talentum Alapítványt, amely a 2024/2025-ös tanévben 12 szakképző intézmény számára állított össze ajándékcsomagokat, összesen 30 millió forint értékben, ezzel több mint 1300 leendő villamossági szakember oktatását támogatva.

Suliban Maradni Program középiskolások számára az érettségi megszerzésére
A középiskolát nem mindenkinek könnyű végigcsinálni, főleg, ha nem minden adott az ember életében ahhoz, hogy simán menjenek a dolgok. A Suliban Maradni Program a Józsefvárosban azért jött létre, hogy azokat a fiatalokat segítse, akik nehezebb helyzetből indulnak, hogy elérjék az érettségit, ami igazán megnyitja számukra a kapukat a jövő felé.
A Civil Rádióban bemutatott Suliban Maradni Program célja, hogy segítséget nyújtson a 25 év alatti fiataloknak az érettségi megszerzésében. A program keretében támogatást kaphatnak azok, akiknek még egy vagy két tanévük van hátra az érettségiig.
A Karácsony Sándor Közalapítvány kereteiben folyó kezdeményezés két évig tartó havi ösztöndíjat és a folyamat egészére kiterjedő mentori segítséget kínál a résztvevőknek.
Van egy különös és fontos sajátossága ennek a kezdeményezésnek, hogy annak anyagi hátterét Udvarhelyi Tessza, a Józsefvárosi Önkormányzat alpolgármestere finanszírozza: alpolgármesteri fizetésének harmadrészét különíti el és juttatja folyamatosan a Közalapítványnak.
Talán másoknak, az adni tudás többletével rendelkező sokaknak jelenthet példát ilyen gesztus – ez a jelenség is része a beszélgetésünknek.

Szociális biztonságot keres? A hónap végéig akciósan megvásárolhatja!
Képzeld el, hogy egy jóléti állam polgáraként szükséged van valamilyen segítségre, például lakbértámogatásra, családtámogatásra vagy egészségügyi ellátásra. Ahhoz, hogy ezeket megkaphasd el kell látogatnod egy központi raktárba, ahol a szükséges támogatást leveheted a polcról. Korábban ez állampolgári jogon járt, azonban most egy fontos dolog megváltozott: a legnagyobb segítséget jelentő ellátásokért már fizetned kell vagy pedig csak hitel formájában kaphatod meg őket. A többi, jól megszokott támogatás vagy lekerült a kínálatból, vagy már nem jelent érdemi segítséget. Ez azt jelenti, hogy az állami ellátások igénybevételének legfőbb feltétele az anyagi, vagyoni helyzeted lett. Üdvözlünk a piacosított szociálpolitika korszakában!

A helyben élő nők számára szerveznek közösségi gyűlést első ízben Magyarországon a II. és a VI. kerületben
Mit tartanak fontos helyi ügynek, miről lenne szükséges helyi párbeszédet szervezni a saját lakókerületükben – erre készülnek egy budai és egy pesti önkormányzat kezdeményezésére.
Örsi Gergely, a II. kerület polgármestere beszélt a Civil Rádió délutáni magazinjában arról, miért tartják fontosnak egy ilyen meghatározott célcsoport megkeresését és „párbeszédbe hívását” a kerület dolgairól.
Az országban többfelé történt már ezzel a sajátos módszerrel hasonló kezdeményezés: „széles merítéssel” keresnek többlépcsős találkozókra résztvevőket, akik a helyi változásnak a megfogalmazására kapnak nyilvános lehetőséget: témákat, ügyeket, új szolgáltatásokat tárgyaltak meg a résztvevők több kisvárosban, de a Fővárosi Közgyűlés felhívására az elmúlt években.
Azt keresik a kezdeményezők, hogyan lehet szélesíteni a közbeszédben megszólalók, szereplők körét, s a diskurzusok tematikáját a felmerülő lehetséges témákról.
Örsi Gergely – s hasonlóan VI. kerületi kollégája Soproni Tamás és munkatársai – a részvétel lehetséges fokozásának érdekében, új ügyek és új szereplői csoportok, jelen esetben a nők véleményét meglátásait kívánják közvetlen megszólítással megismerni, s nyilván a megvalósításba is bevonni, elkötelezni őket.
A nőknek felteendő kérdésről érdeklődve Örsi Gergely így fogalmazott: „Ha elmondanám, hogy én miket gondolnék egy ilyen folyamatban a nőktől megkérdezni, akkor pont ennek a módszernek a nagyszerűségét és hatásfokát csökkenteném. Hiszen itt pont arra vagyunk kíváncsiak, hogy ők mire kíváncsiak, s ők min változtatnának, ezért szólítjuk meg most első lépésként őket.”

Civilek a helyi önkormányzati választásokon – rendkívüli...
A Civil Rádió a Tudósítói Hálózat kereteiben egy „körkapcsolásos” műsort rendezett 2024. május 29-én.
A műsorban több helyről olyan kezdeményezést muttatunk be, ahol kimondottan civil szervezeti körből támogat egy egyesület, vagy alapítvány induló(ka)t a helyi önkormányzati választásokon.
Programjukból elsősorban a települési önszerveződés, a helyi erőforrásokra és a helyi emberekre való odafigyelés, a közösségi érdekérvényesítés céljait ismerhettük meg – többféle megközelítésben.
Az elhatározásuk megszületése az indulásra, a helyi mozgósítás módja, a programjuk lehetséges kimunkálásának közösségi módja – esteleg a helyiekkel való folyamatos interaktivitás elképzelései, illetve garanciái, amik különösen fontosak…

- Mennyire funkcionális az iskola: mennyire készít fel az életre? Mennyire szolgálja a társadalom újratermelődését?
- Az iskolával van a baj vagy attól, hogy mit rendel a társadalom az iskolától?
- Mit kérünk számon az iskolán, ami másnak a dolga lenne?
- Milyen tanulás-segítő funkciók azok, amelyek nem az iskola feladatai – és akkor ezek milyen szereposztásban valósulhatnak meg?

- Még nem pakoltunk ki az asztalra mindent, ami a főzéshez kell – mit tegyünk most?
- Mi az a minimum, amelyet a teljes oktatási környezetnek meg kellene adnia?
- Tudjuk-e, hogy mit várunk el attól a világtól, amelybe a mai tanulók belenőnek?
- Mennyire viszi előre a világot, ha a hatalom azzal hitelesíti magát, hogy mi volt régen?
- Az a társadalom megy előre, amelyik előre akar menni.

A közelmúlt egyik fontos híre, hogy megalakult a Gyerekasztal, s bár a kezdeményezés elnevezésében benne van az egyház, de a kerekasztal tagjai egyházon belül és azon kívüli szereplők is. A katolikus egyházon belüli gyerekvédelmi törekvések megerősödése a céljuk.
Az elinduló feltárás szeretné elérni, hogy az „elhallgatás kultúrája” helyett a párbeszéd kultúráját építse, elköteleződni a határok a negatívumok körül, az áldozatközpontú magatartás segítése a diskurzus kereteiben.
A tiszta szembenézés része, hogy országjelentés elkészítését is fontosnak és céljuknak tartják. Ez utóbbi nem az egyházzal szembeni támadásként értelmezhető, hanem a transzparencia megvalósulását, amely segíthet a változás elérésében is.

Bemehetnek-e a civilek az iskolába?
A Civil Közoktatási Platform véleményezett egy törvénytervezetet, amely erősen korlátozza (megakadályozza) hogy civil szervezetek szakértői és felvilágosító tevékenység folytatására bemehessenek az iskolákba.
Három és fél évvel ezelőtt került be a köznevelési törvénybe az a rendelkezés, hogy csak olyan civil szervezet vagy magánszemély tarthat a köznevelési intézményekben szexuális kultúrával, nemi élettel, nemi irányultsággal, szexuális fejlődéssel, a kábítószer-fogyasztás káros hatásaival, az internet veszélyeivel és egyéb testi és szellemi egészségfejlesztéssel kapcsolatos foglalkozást, amelyet az erre kijelölt szerv nyilvántartásba veszi.
Erről beszélgettünk Ercse Krisztina oktatáskutatóval a Civil Rádió délutáni magazinjában. Ez az életszerűtlen feltétel teljesen lehetetleníti, hogy valós és szakértő segítséget kapjanak a fiatalok ezekben az életfontosságú kérdésekben.
A fiatalok katasztrofális tájékozottsága és mentális állapota ellenére három és fél éve nem voltak ilyen foglalkozások, mivel ilyen nyilvántartás nem készült.
Most zárult annak a jogszabálytervezetnek a társadalmi vitája
A beszélgetésben felvetettük, hogy milyen káros az iskolák mindenféle el/bezárása, miközben éppen a teljes kinyitásnak kellene megtörténnie az életre, a befogadó társadalmi környezetre. Másrészt a bizalmatlanság intézményes továbbépítése történik a közoktatási szabályozás ilyen lépéseivel is.
