Miért akarunk, miért nem akarunk tanulni
A tanulási képesség nem ugyanaz, mint az iskolai sikerre való képesség.
Az életbenmaradás lényege a tanulás.
A mai iskola nem tölti be azt a szerepét, hogy a társadalmi reprodukciót segítse – pedig ez lenne a fő szerepe.
Egyáltalán nem biztos, hogy ma több ismeret kell az életbenmaradáshoz, mint a régi időkben.
A gyermekek tanítására létrehozott intézmények (az iskolák) megfelelnek-e a célnak, amelyre létrejöttek?
A társadalom minden tagja tudás-átadó is – akár csak azzal, hogy példa.
Tud-e az iskola alternatívákat mutatni, hogy a gyermek lássa a lehetőségeit?
Mi az iskola és a család közötti „munkamegosztás”?
Mit ad a gyermeknek a csoportos oktatás, ahol rájuk van bízva a szereposztás?
Nem az újfajta tudás befogadása lenne a lényeg, hanem az újfajta viselkedés.
Az iskola ideálja nem a remekül repülő sas vagy remekül futó nyúl, hanem a tyúk: tudjon kicsit csapkodni a szárnyával, tudjon kicsit lépkedni…

Milyen legyen a közoktatásból sikeresen kilépő fiatal?
Hogyan mérhetőek a kifejlesztett képességek – vagy nem is kell mérni őket, mert a tevékenység során kiderülnek?

Új tanév – új rendszer?
Hogyan indul az új tanév? Azt már tudjuk, hogy marad, ám átalakítják a Klebelsberg Központot és a tankerületi rendszert, változik a szakképzés, de hogy ez pontosan hogy fog működni, arról nincsenek pontos információk.

Kik működtetik az iskolát?
Ki tartozik az iskola személyzetéhez a pedagóguson kívül? Vannak technikai alkalmazottak, és továbbá a nevelést-oktatást közvetlenül segítők, a pedagógiai asszisztensek, a pszichológusok, fejlesztőpedagógusok és még többfélék.
Hányféle intézményben foglalkoznak a tanuló gyermekekkel?
Nem a tanulói létszámhoz, hanem az aktuális feladatmennyiséghez kellene igazodni.
Miről kellene szólnia az oktatással kapcsolatos politikai vitának?
Tananyagok, tankönyvek: központosított vagy szabadjára engedett?
Eltérő sebességű tanmenetek kellenek az eltérő tanulási képességű gyermekeknek. [Csapó Benő: a képességek különbsége a tanulási idővel kompenzálható.]
A tanmenet eddig 90%-ban volt meghatározott; 60% lenne az indokolt.

A KOLPING PEDAGÓGIA ALAPJAIRÓL – magyarországi intézményrendszerei
A Kolping rendszer pedagógiai lényegéről beszélgettünk a Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorában vendégeinkkel a Kolping Intézményfenntartó Szervezet főigazgatójával Inotai Györggyel és Fülepi Henriettával, aki a szociális rendszerük vezetője.
Egy alapjaiban befogadó és elfogadó szeretetre, mint alapértékekre épülő szervezetről beszéltek vendégeink, amely Magyarországon számtalan általános- és középiskolát, főként szakképző jellegű intézményeket, de óvodát is működtet; ám a szociális szakellátással foglalkozó intézményeik is vannak.
Alapértékeikként az odafordulást, a személyes viszonyokra épülő, a megtartó közösségeket szem előtt tartó szellemiséget tekintik. Főként kisebb létszámú oktatási intézmények jellemzik a Kolping iskolákat, ilyeneknek a működtetői. Jellemzően a rászorult, hátrányos helyzetű gyerekek befogadását végzik – intézményeik is főként ilyen környezetben találhatóak. Ehhez – Inotai György kiemelte – a munkatársak számára is ennek a megtartó közösségi háttérnek a megteremtése adja a munkájukhoz szükséges biztonságot, ilyen közeg a fő jellemzőjük.
Egyházi hátterű a hazai oktatási és szociális ellátásra létrehozott Kolping Intézményfenntartó Szervezet (KOSZISZ), a Magyar Katolikus Püspöki Konferencia alapította. Fontos kiemelni egyrészt a nagyfokú autonómiájukat, s azt is, hogy felekezeti, de hitbeli elkötelezettség sem feltétele a rendszerbe való bekapcsolódásnak: a tanulók, a szociális ellátásban részesülők, de a munkatársak esetében sem.

Ki mit vár az iskolától?
Az oktatás: lassan manőverező anyahajó, nem pedig ide-oda kanyarodni tudó motorcsónak.
A sikeres országok társadalmi párbeszédre építették az oktatás nemzeti minimumát.
Milyennek szeretnénk látni az iskolából sikeresen kikerülő fiatalt?
Mit vár az oktatástól a politika, a szülő, a munkaerőpiac?
Le kell küzdeni a családi hátrányokat: ennek a hiánya az oktatás jelenlegi legnagyobb hibája.
Vendégmunkások vannak ott, ahol egyébként munkanélküliek vannak – de nem alkalmasak az adott munkára.
A család azt akarja, hogy a szocializáció feladataiból is átvegyen az iskola – ugyanakkor tiltakozik, ha a tanuló az otthonitól eltérő mintákat lát.
A társadalom szétszakadt: óriási a különbség a két véglet között.

Látássérült és látó kerékpárosok tandem kerékpártúrája a Balaton körül
Idén 15. alkalommal szervezi a Mozdulj! Közhasznú Egyesület ezt a többnapos Balaton körüli bringázást. Ebben az évben 70 fős a stáb: a látássérültek és a segítőik csapata. Tálas Marianna főszervező, az egyesület elnöke – aki maga is tandemes résztvevője volt korábban körbejárásnak -, a Civil Rádió délutáni magazinjában beszél a korábbi tapasztalatokról, a sikereikről, a kezdeményezésről.
Úgy érzik, hogy a társadalom gyakran még mindig kívülállónak tartja magát ebben a viszonylatban. Az integráció is igazi, mindennapi megapasztalásáról szólt. Arról, hogyan alakítja egymás igazi megbecsülését és elfogadását is egy-egy ilyen kaland.

Rendszerváltók Vesztesége – a gyógyulástól az újjáépítésig
Június elején tartotta a Napfogyatkozás Egyesület és a Civil Kollégium Alapítvány közös kezdeményezését: a Rendszerváltók Vesztesége Platform első, kísérleti alkalmát.
Erről a különleges folyamatról beszélgettünk a Civil Rádió Délutáni magazinjában Kánya Kingával, a Napfogyatkozás Egyesület szakemberével.
„A résztvevők nagy nyitottsággal és intenzitással dolgoztak együtt: személyes történeteket osztottak meg, veszteségeket neveztek meg és teret adtak annak, ami sokáig kimondatlan maradt” – mondta el Kánya Kinga. „Megerősödtünk abban a hitünkben, hogy a magyar demokrácia újraépítéséhez nemcsak intézményekre, hanem a veszteségek kölcsönös elismerésére és a társadalmi szolidaritás erősítésére is szükség van.”
Péterfi Ferenc interjújában szóba került a nagy kataklizma veszteseinek – itt nem a politikai elit tagjaira, hanem főként a szavazói és aktivista bázisára utaltunk – a szükséglete; esetenként a kijózanodás és az ő gyászuk is a társadalmi szolidaritás része. De erre is tekintettel és készenlétben van a szakmai szervezetek veszteség-feldolgozási szándéka.

Uccu Alapítvány – párbeszéd roma és nem roma fiatalok között
A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! című adásának a Budapesten alakult Uccu Alapítvány három tagja volt a vendége. Szénási Szilvi, Farkas Gabi és Dógi Richárd, akikkel az alakulásról és a mai működésről beszélgettünk.
Elmondásuk szerint az informális (tehát nem formális, nem hivatalos) oktatás megismerésével és ennek segítségével párbeszédek szervezésével kezdődött a történetük a kétezres évek első évtizedében.
Céljuk, hogy csökkentsék a romákkal kapcsolatos tévhiteket és előítéleteket, hogy mindannyian egy befogadóbb és nyitottabb világban élhessünk – írják önmagukról a weboldalukon.
Az Alapítvány 2010-ben, az akkori cigányellenes hangulatban jött létre, a romák elleni támadások, gyilkosságok idején. A szervezet kialakításában nem romák mellett, többségében maguk a roma fiatalok is részt vettek.
Akkor és azóta is abban hiszünk, hogy a cigányellenesség kapcsán az emberek jó része nem tudja, hogy kik a cigányok – említik a vendégeink. A reális cselekvés, hogy ez ellen úgy tegyünk, hogy erősítjük a párbeszédet romák és nemromák között. Ennek az egyik legerőteljesebb terepe, életkort tekintve nem a felnőtt korosztály, hanem a fiatalok. El kell kezdeni beszélgetni, aminek a helyszínei az iskolák voltak.
A budapesti csapathoz az elindulás óta több mint 40 roma fiatal önkéntes csatlakozott.
A szervezet által kezdeményezett iskolai foglalkozások volt a mi beszélgetésünknek is a fő témája. Azt hangsúlyozták, hogy a roma fiatalok tudnak a leghitelesebben képviselni, beszélni a roma identitásról, kultúráról. Ez a párbeszéd, ennek a szélesítése.
Önkéntesek, gyakornokok, majd trénerek, a kezdeményezők ezeknek a párbeszédeknek a szereplői.
Iskolai megkeresések után beszélgetésekből mindennapi történetekből bomlik ki a párbeszéd a résztvevők között. A foglalkozások tartói (a trénerek, akik mindig roma identitásúak) személyes narratívákból mutatnak be nézőpontokat.
A beszélgetésben még szó esett a közeli időkben elkezdődött városi sétákról, amelyek szintén a megismerést, a kapcsolatok-történetek átélését, s ezeken keresztül a megértést segíthetik.
Budapest egyik legsokszínűbb kerületébe hívjuk az érdeklődőket közös barangolásra – mondják. Célunk, hogy a séta során testközelből ismerjék meg a nyolcadik kerület egy speciális részét és az ott élőket.

A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorában Pikó András polgármester a vendégünk
Szinte hetenként foglalkozunk a Civil Rádióban Józsefvárossal, ahol mindig történik valami a civilek mozgósítására, bevonására. Különféle kisebb intézmények működnek a szolgáltatások személyessebbé tétele érdekében, ahol a diskurzusra, az érintettek párbeszédére is lehetőség nyílik.
De mennyivel nehezebb az önkormányzat dolga, ha nem csak rendezvényekre hívják a polgárokat közönségnek, de a beleszólás, a javaslattétel válik mindennaposabbá, természetes gyakorlattá a helyi közügyek alakításában?
Megvalósulhat-e a jó önkormányzás települési szinteken például azzal, ha a helyi problémák megfogalmazásában, s esetenként azok orvoslásában, megoldásában válnak aktívvá az ottlakók?
Remélhető-e, hogy a kormányzat és a helyi önkormányzatok az igazán fontos ügyekben olajozottabban együttműködjenek? Az elvett helyi adóbevételek és különféle funkciók – iskolafenntartás, egészségügyben való közreműködés, szociális kérdések, településrendezési és fejlesztési kérdésekről való döntések – vissza kerülhetnek a települési- vagy ahhoz közeli szintekhez?

Együtt a gyerekekért – szülők és pedagógusok közös tere
Ebben az epizódban egy fontos és sokakat érintő kérdés kerül a középpontba:
hogyan tud együttműködni szülő, pedagógus és intézmény azért, hogy minden gyerek – különösen a sajátos nevelési igényűek – megfelelő támogatást kapjon.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy a kihívás egyre nagyobb:
egyre több gyereknek van szüksége extra figyelemre és speciális módszerekre az iskolában.

A hangsúly nem a problémákon, hanem a megoldásokon van: módszerek, jó gyakorlatok és együttműködési modellek kerülnek előtérbe.
Az epizódban egy friss kutatás eredményei is megjelennek, amelyek a pedagógiai asszisztensek helyzetét és szerepét vizsgálják – és konkrét javaslatokat is megfogalmaznak.

Számít a hangod – mit akarnak valójában a fiatalok?
Ebben az epizódban egy izgalmas ifjúsági kezdeményezésről hallhatunk: a „Számít a hangod” programról, amelynek célja, hogy valóban meghallja és megértse a fiatalok igényeit.
A beszélgetésből kiderül, hogy a hagyományos megszólítási módszerek egyre kevésbé működnek – különösen a Covid utáni időszakban.
Ez a program ezért nem kész válaszokkal érkezik, hanem kérdez: workshopokon, személyes találkozásokon keresztül térképezi fel, mi foglalkoztatja a 16–30 éves korosztályt.
Az epizód rávilágít arra, hogy a részvétel nemcsak jelenlétet jelent:
a fiatalok nemcsak résztvevők, hanem alakítói is lehetnek a programoknak.
A kezdeményezés országos szintű: több városban, több partnerrel – köztük egyetemi szereplőkkel – dolgoznak együtt, hogy minél szélesebb képet kapjanak.
Kiemelt cél, hogy a fiatalok hangja ne vesszen el: a felmérés eredményeit később konkrét programokba és szakmai munkába is beépítik.
A beszélgetés azt is megmutatja, milyen nehéz ma elérni a fiatalokat – és hogy a személyes találkozásoknak még mindig kulcsszerepe van.

„A jó iskola lehetőséget teremt a gyerekeknek és a pedagógusoknak, hogy egymással együttműködve kiteljesedhessenek. – ezeket a sorokat az iskola weboldaláról idézzük. –
A jó iskola vonzza a gyerekeket, ahová reggelente boldogan, várakozással telve indulnak. Biztonságot ad, a tanító nénik és bácsik szeretettel, odafigyeléssel veszik körül a gyerekeket. Olyan közösségi hely, ahol a gyerekek sok barátot szereznek, tanítói támogatást kapnak kapcsolataik alakításához. Mindenki jó valamiben, és mindenki valami másban jó. A jó iskola minden gyereket egyediségének megfelelően segít saját útján. Érdekes, sokszínű környezetbe várja a gyerekeket, ahol mindenki megtalálja a saját érdeklődésének megfelelőt.”

Egy választás után mindig felvetődik a kérdés, mit tesz a régi és az új hatalom, és mihez kezdünk ebben az új helyzetben mi magunkkal. Erről is szól Zuzana Čaputová volt szlovák államelnök és Erik Tabery beszélgetőkönyve, a Megőrzött méltóság (Európa Könyvkiadó, 2025, Vályi Horváth Erika fordítása), amely egy válságos korszak belső lenyomatát adja.
A mélyinterjú-kötet nem betanult politikai program felmondása, se nem önigazolás, inkább egy együttgondolkodás közben rögzített reflexió arról, mit jelent felelősséget viselni egy eldurvuló közegben. Magyar olvasóként nehéz kívül maradni, a kiadvány ugyanis folyamatosan visszaveri a saját, megélt tapasztalatainkat is. Hol húzódnak a határok a nyilvános térben, mit jelent méltósággal jelen lenni a politikában, és milyen szerepe van a nyelvnek mindebben?

Háromnapos, ingyenes képzést indít a Civil Kollégium Alapítvány azoknak, akik változtatni szeretnének a saját közösségük életén. A szervezők szerint egyre többen érzik, hogy nem elég elégedetlennek lenni – tudni kell cselekedni is.
„Sokan már érzik, hogy tenni kellene valamit.”
Ez a mondat jól összefoglalja, miért indul újra és újra a közösségszervező képzés.
Mert az elégedetlenség önmagában kevés.
A kérdés az, hogy:
hogyan lesz belőle változás.

Szülők, pedagógusok és szakértők közösen keresik a válaszokat arra, hogyan lehetne befogadóbb az iskolarendszer egy vasárnapi konferencián. A szervezők szerint az inklúzió nem elméleti kérdés, hanem mindennapi tapasztalat – vagy épp annak hiánya.
„Nem írhatjuk azt, hogy inkluzív oktatás, mert ilyen nálunk nincs.”
Erős mondat – de pontosan ez adja a konferencia kiindulópontját.
Miközben a szakmai diskurzusban egyre gyakrabban jelenik meg az inklúzió fogalma, a gyakorlatban sokszor még az integráció sem működik megfelelően.

Tizenöt projektben próbálják ki valós környezetben az egyetemi kutatások eredményeit a Társadalmi Innovációs Nemzeti Laboratóriumban. A cél: ne csak tanulmányok szülessenek, hanem működő megoldások is.
Sok kutatás sosem jut el a gyakorlatig.
Megmarad publikációnak, konferencia-előadásnak, elméleti modellnek.

Az ELTE kutatása szerint a közösségi média nemcsak időrabló, hanem szorongást is okoz – különösen a fiataloknál. A háttérben az agy jutalmazási rendszere és a „kimaradástól való félelem” áll.

A közösségi média használata ugyanis nem véletlenül nyúlik el. Az, hogy valaki percek helyett órákig görget, nem egyszerűen önfegyelem kérdése.

Kátyúk, kidőlt fák, rossz közvilágítás – a Járókelő évek óta segít eligazodni a budapesti hiba-bejelentések útvesztőjében. Most úgy tűnik, a főváros is rendszerbe emelné azt, amit eddig civilek csináltak.
Ha valaki Budapesten talál egy kátyút vagy egy kidőlt közlekedési táblát, általában nem az a legnagyobb kérdés, hogy baj van-e.

Központi mérések, iskolaelőkészítés erősítése és a vegyes csoportok visszaszorítása: szakértők szerint az új óvodai alapprogram nem a gyerekek fejlődését segíti, hanem tovább növeli a rendszer problémáit. A tervezet még véleményezhető, de már most komoly vitákat váltott ki.

Nem lesz kötelező külön „iskola-előkészítő” csoportba tenni a nagycsoportosokat, de a szakértők szerint a módosított szabályok még mindig komoly kockázatokat hordoznak. A vita középpontjában az áll: mit jelent valójában az iskola előkészítése az óvodában.
Több ezer pedagógus és szülő tiltakozása után a kormány részben visszalépett egy vitatott óvodai szabálytól.
Nem teszik kötelezővé, hogy az 5–6 éves gyerekeket külön csoportba szervezzék „iskola-előkészítés” címén.
A szakértők szerint ez egyértelmű siker.
