Milyen nem itthon élni és milyen hazajönni?
„Hol jártál? – Három földrészt számoltam, és körülbelül tízszer költöztem az elmúlt hét évben. Skandináviától Dél-kelet Ázsián át Kelet-Afrikán keresztül Nyugat-Európáig. … Különböző célokkal költöztem egyébként, Dániában például tanultam, nem formális oktatásban. Majd később Dél-kelet Ázsiában, Indonéziában éltem egy ösztöndíj program keretében. Aztán most a tanulmányaimat Svédországban végeztem. Kutattam, illetve szakmai gyakorlatot szereztem Etiópiában majd ezek után Svédországban is szereztem munkatapasztalatot. És most az elmúlt két évben Franciaországban dolgoztam nemzetközi szervezetnél. – Mi az a szak, amelynek a jegyében jártál szerte ebben a világban? Ez a vízügyek? – Nemzetközi fejlesztés, globális tanulmányok, ezek az alapok. Ez mivel egy elég tág szakterület, interdiszciplináris is, tehát nyilván választani kell valamit. Természeti erőforrások kezelése, és ezen belül a vízpolitikával kezdtem el foglalkozni. És már a kutatásaimat is ebben a témában végeztem.”

A diplomák súlya napjainkban (2019)
„A diploma alapvetően oklevelet takar, jelent, ami valójában a hitelesítés funkcióját szolgálja. Én azt gondolom, hogy a diploma, vagy a felsőfokú diploma valahol azt a tudást hitelesíti, amit a diploma kiadására hivatott intézmények, egyetemek, mint átlagos tudást, beleplántáltak. – Olyan, mint az érettségi? Az érettségi ugye a felnőttség vizsgája szokott lenni. Vagy ennek több is szokott lenni a jelentése? – Van hasonlóság. De annyiból más, hogy az érettségi az sztenderd. Elvileg bármelyik intézményben megszerzett érettségi mögött tartalom van. Az, hogy valakinek van érettségije, az nagyjából mindegy, hogy a Városmajori Gimnáziumban vagy a Nyékládházi Szakközépiskolában szerezte meg az érettségi bizonyítványát. A felsőfokú képzésnél nem teljesen így van. Mert hogy az intézmények jogosultak a diploma kiadására. És valahol az intézmények egymástól eltérő szakmai presztizse is megjelenik a diplomában.”
„Hiába ugyanaz a képzés, hiába ugyanaz a diploma, ugyanaz a sztenderd, ugyanarra a szakmára képesít, de mégis nem mindegy, hogy az ELTÉ-ről van az a diploma vagy egy kisebb képzési helyről. – Mi itt a különbség? A tartalom? Jobbakat tanítanak? Jobbak a tanárok? … Ezek az összevetések milyenfajta háttérre vannak? Másfajta a presztizs? – Amögött a presztizs mögött, amit presztizsnek hívunk és egy-egy intézmény mögött levő eredménynek, tulajdonképpen minőségnek az összegzése nagyon is kézzelfogható, ha úgy tetszik, akkor know-how-k, vagy szakemberek, vagy saját szakmájukban elismert szaktekintélyek vagy akár infrastruktúra áll…”

Még lehet, hogy pedagógus lesz belőle…
„A tanárképzésen azt tanultuk, hogy legideálisabb az, ha hét percenként váltjuk az órai aktivitások típusát. Na most a tapasztalatom azt volt, hogy annyira nem kivitelezhető, mert a hét perc nagyon rövid. … Alapvetően az órán ilyen három-négy etapban gondolkodtunk. A tanárnő is ezt mondta nekem. Ilyen tíz-tizenöt perces etapok. Amit úgy kell elképzelni, hogy mondjuk – ilyen ritkán volt, de – kiadok egy feladatot a tankönyvből. Ezt megcsinálják. Az minimum hét perc. Utána leellenőrizzük. Akkor bele kell kalkulálni, hogy nem értenek mindent, rákérdeznek valamire. Külön nyelvtani részhez, ha valamit nem értenek, azt elmagyarázni a táblán. Ez minimum negyedóra.”
„Nem biztos, hogy tanár leszek. Ez az, amit biztosan tudok. Most, hogy elkezdtem a gyakorlatot, azt biztos, hogy még sokkal motiváltabb lettem, hogy tanítsak. De nem igazán kiforrott bennem ez a kérdés. – Ez még nem egy eldöntött kérdés, mert ha én továbbtanulok Franciaországban, az kétéves mesterképzés lenne. Hogy utána mi következik, azt nem tudom. Arra nincs még forgatókönyvem.”

Háló Mozi – iskolai drogprevenció a mozivászon előtt (2011)
„Egy biztos. Ha mi szeretnénk valamilyen szigorúan prevenciós, sőt szórakoztatóan prevenciós segítséget nyújtani a gyerekeknek, ki kell hozni őket az iskolából. Miért? Az iskola olyan, mint egy jó korlát. Rá lehet támaszkodni, de el is választ. A falaknak van valami szabályzó levegője… Tehát hová jöjjenek ők? Hát a moziba. A mozi az jó. A mozi az élet. Moziba menni jó. … Hát akkor a moziba vigyük ki őket. Miért a moziba? Mert …náluk természetes közeg. Tudják, hol van a popkorn automata, tudják hol van a film, hol lehet délután anyagot venni. Tehát feltérképezték.”

„- Milyen emberek ők? – Pont olyan sokfélék és egyediek, mint bárki más. Vannak bizonyos tipizálható történések az életükben, ami miatt ilyen helyzetbe keveredtek, de ezt is elmondhatnánk más, más életű emberekre is. Sajnos viszonylag sokan régóta mozognak ebben a rendszerben. Mindig magányosak. …és nem amióta, hogy erre a helyre kerültek, hanem valószínűleg sokkal régebb óta. Ez egy hosszú, elmagányosodási folyamat, ami a munkaerőpiacról való kikerülés, a párkapcsolattól, a családtól való eltávolodás… teljesen kimerítő okok miatt. Azt gondolom, hogy sokkal több ember hajléktalan, mint amennyit hajléktalannak gondol az ember.”
„Az élete legnagyobb részét arra kell, hogy felhasználja, hogy a különböző szolgáltatásokhoz hozzájusson. Mi a lakásainkon belül egy helyütt megtaláljuk az ágyat, a konyhát, az ételt, a mosdót, a vécét és a mosógépet, például. Mindezek különböző intézményrendszerekhez tartoznak és intézményenként adnak számukra több órás sorbaállást. El lehet úgy tölteni egy napot, hogy az ember nem tud mást, csak ebédelni valahol, délután menni kimosni a cuccait és este kerül olyan intézménybe, ahol esetleg alszik egy harminckét fős hálóteremben. Túlságosan sokat nem kapott.”

„Kezdjük az elején. Aki szeretne örökbe fogadni gyereket, …jelentkezni kell. Jelentkezhetnek házaspárok is és egyedülállók is. El kell menni a területi gyermekvédelmi szakszolgálathoz, és ott be kell jelentkezni. Rögtön az első alkalommal megkérdezik, hogy milyen típusú gyereket szeretne az illető. Meg lehet adni, hogy hány éves legyen. Mondjuk nullától hároméves korig. Fiú, lány vagy mindegy. Milyen egészségi állapotút tud elfogadni. Vállalja a testvéreket, milyen egyéb elképzelései vannak. Mi az, ami kizáró ok. Van egy alkalmassági vizsgálat. Pszichológus megvizsgálja…”
„Az egész procedúra lemegy egy három, négy, öt hónap alatt. És akkor utána a jelentkező kap egy határozatot, hogy alkalmas örökbefogadásra. Utána várakozni kell, amíg sorra nem kerül.”

Hogyan lehet jóvá tenni?
„Mindenféle konfliktus esetén történnek a kapcsolatainkban sérülések. A legfőbb feladata a resztoratív módszernek, hogy helyrehozza ezeket a kapcsolatokat, rendezze. – Régen is így csinálták az emberek, csak nem tudták, hogy ez az. Régen is rendezték a konfliktusokat, így is úgy is. Néha karddal, néha pofozkodással. Mindig volt valamiféle konfliktusrendezés… De mi ebben a jóvátétel? – Az, hogy a sérült kapcsolat mindenképpen rendeződjön, a sérült kapcsolat újra jó legyen. Mindenképpen ez a cél. – Az élet számtalan területén előfordulhat… – Minden területen vannak konfliktusok, akár közöttünk, barátok között is, házastársak között is, intézményekben kollégák között, vagy akár iskolában a diákok között, bárhol, mindenhol…”

Demenciatérkép
Egyre inkább népbetegségként tekinti a közvélemény a demenciát, amely főként idős korban jelenik meg az érintetteknél. Az ő életviteli képességük fokozatosan csökken, függőségük nő, gondoskodásra szorulnak. Ezért is, a demencia nem az egyén, nem a család és nem az adott közösség problémája, a demencia közügy – ezt már az érintettek segítségére létrejött szervezet honlapja foglalja össze.
A Feledhetetlen Alapítvány célja a demenciával élők és gondozóik támogatása.
Kimunkált programmal foglalkoznak ennek a célnak az elérésében.
A Civil Rádióban egy fontos programjukat mutatta be Ziffer Gabriella: a Demenciatérképet https://demenciaterkep.com/ .
Arról beszélgettünk, hogy egy kutatás előzte meg ennek lépésnek az előkészítését, amelyben főként hozzátartozókat kérdeztek meg a saját tapasztalataikról.
Hogy miben is segít ez a demenciatérkép? A betegség felismerésében, a családok gyakori tanácstalanságában kínál támaszt a jelenség megértésében és a döntéseikhez. Abban, hogy eligazodjanak az egészségügyben, azaz tisztázza az egészségügyi folyamat lépéseit és céljait.
Ezekről a tapasztalataikról és a Demenciatérkép program lehetséges folytatásáról kérdezte a Civil Rádióban Péterfi Ferenc a Feledhetetlen Alapítvány programvezetőjét Ziffer Gabriellát.

„Az ifjúsági ügyek kapcsán sok-sok mindenben vettem részt: civil szervezetekben, ifjúsági fejlesztésekben, nemzeti ifjúsági stratégiában. A másik pedig maga a civil tér. Valaha én voltam a szép emlékű civil alapprogramnak az ’elnök-bohóca’. Én vagyok az egyetlen bukott NCA-elnök az országban.”
„Képzettségem villamosmérnök. Van egy közgazdász diplomám, van egy tanári, egy jogi, egy egészségügyi szakmenedzser diplomám, de legbüszkébb azért arra vagyok, hogy mindez után, van egy doktorátusom pedagógiából, de mindez után kőműves szakmunkás lettem. A szakmunkás bizonyítványomban az van benne, hogy dr. Nagy Ádám kőműves szakmunkás.”
„Azon túl, hogy a fiatalok élethelyzetének a statisztikai típusú megközelítését is lássuk, vagy halljuk, azon túl (kellene) az ifjúság ügyeivel, ezek szervezettségével, ezek struktúrájával – bár sose dolgoztam az igazgatásban, teszem hozzá – de az igazgatási ügyeivel (foglalkoznunk, hogy) egy kicsit tisztábba kerüljünk, vagy tudjunk róla véleményt cserélni, mert ott sem feltétlenül rózsaszínű a helyzet.”
„Mennyire érzékeled, hogy valóban fontosak a fiatalok? – Semennyire. Hadd mondjak néhány példát, hogy válaszoljak a kérdésre. …meg lehet nézni például a fiatalokra – nem az oktatásügyre, vagy a családpolitikára – fordított éves költségvetést. Ez régen, még éves szinten, körülbelül fejenként egy-egy BigMac-nyi összeget tartalmazott. Mára már, volt, amikor egy sajtburger ára… mára körülbelül 100-120 forint, egy emberre visszavetítve, egy évre. Tehát nem jönne ki belőle egy fél hamburger sem. Körülbelül háromszáz millió forintot fordít Magyarország költségvetése erre. És hogyha a két-két és félmilliós népeséggel számolunk, a tíz-tizenkettőtől huszonöt harminc évesig, akkor bizony ebből 110-120 forint jön ki.”

Egy asztal és két szék – Utcajogász a Blaha Lujza téren, Budapest szívében
az Utcajogász Egyesület ilyen „felszereléssel” tartja szociális ügyekben ingyenes jogi segítségnyújtását bajbajutottaknak minden pénteken 3-tól 5-ig.
Erről a különleges szolgáltatásukról beszélgettünk a Civil Rádióban az Utcajogász Egyesület három önkéntesével. 15 éve indult – alapvetően a lakhatásról és hasonló szociális kérdésekről a legelesettebbeknek – ez a segítő munka.
A Demokrácia MOST! műsor vendégei: Dietz Henrietta, Erdőhegyi Márta és Kiss Natália voltak, akik közel 20 társukkal végzik ezt a missziót. Emberhez méltó bánásmód, szociális igazságosságért folytatott küzdelem, kilakoltatások megelőzése, lakhatással összefüggő eladósodottság, hajléktalanság… ezek és hasonlóak voltak azok a kérdések, amelyek beszélgetésünkben vissza-vissza tértek, s az, hogyan lehet már a meghallgatással, bátorítással is erőt és önbizalmat erősíteni az ügyfeleikben – a gyakorlati jogsegély mellett.

A Dzsumbujban is felnőttek a gyerekek
„Dzsumbuj Help. A napokban … fiatalok összeálltak és megpróbálták megidézni azt a 2014-ben megszűnt lakótelepi részt, a Dzsumbujt. Pontosan azért, mert azt próbálták tulajdonképpen visszaidézni, hogy vajon mi történhetett ott és hogy mennyire más ez a világ Dzsumbuj nélkül. Ha jól emlékszem, te is ott voltál. – Igen, ez egy projekt, amit azok a fiatalok elkezdtek tavaly valamikor. Már egy éve, vagy egy picit több is, hogy dolgoznak rajta. És az volt a céljuk, hogy egy ilyen hirhedett szegénytelepet megpróbáljanak élővé tenni. Hogy ne múljon el. Hogy ne gondoljuk, hogy ezek nem voltak, és hogy nincsenek ma is. Hogy megpróbálják vele élővé tenni azt a problémát, a szegénységet, a gyerekszegénységet, de nagyon a saját szemléletükkel. Tehát a mai fiatalok, huszonévesek harminc egy-két évesig bezárólag. Hogy mit gondolnak azokról… Nagyon érdekes…”
Dzsumbuj. Én csak annyit tudok, hogy 1935-ben jött létre és 2015-ben szűnt meg. De ezen kívül, hogy ez micsoda? Nem sokat tudok róla. – 1935-ben építették, nagy szociálpolitikai vívmányként, a nagyon nyomorúságos Mária Valéria és ehhez hasonló nyomortelepeken élők számára. … egy szobák voltak, és azokba három-négy családot is beraktak. Voltak kritériumok, hogy dolgozniuk kellett, legalább valakinek és legalább három gyerekük legyen. Ezek jól megépített házak voltak tulajdonképpen… nem voltak még közművesítve akkoriban. Aztán ahogy úgy ment az élet előre, meg az idő, meg a technika… közben volt egy világháború… a Dzsumbujnak a képe is változgatott… Mi már nagyon a végén kerültünk oda. Én is Ambrus Pétertől, Szalai Júliától meg elmondásokból értesültem.., meg a lakóktól…”

Milyen volt 2016-ban gyereknek lenni Magyarországon?
„Gyermekjogi jelentést adtak ki nem túl régen, talán egy hónapja, ami nem fordult még elő eddig Magyarországon. Mi tette ezt szükségessé, miért kellett ezt a jelentést kiadni? – Azóta éreztük fontosnak, hogy legyen egy éves összefoglalója annak, hogy mi történt gyerekjogi szempontból Magyarországon, mert az volt a tapasztalatunk, hogy ezen a területen nyolc évenként az ENSZ Gyermekjogi Bizottsága előtt számot kell adni arról, hogy mi történt. Ugye ez egy kötelező mechanizmus. Az ENSZ Gyermekjogi Egyezmény aláírásával minden tagország vállalja, hogy meghatározott időközönként a kormányzat is, meg a szülői szervezetek is beszámolnak arról – két külön jelentésben – hol tartunk, előrelépés volt-e a korábban átment problémákban és ennek mentén a Bizottság meghatároz úgynevezett konkrét érkezésű és záró észrevételeket. És a záró észrevételek kijelölik azt az utat, amelyek az ENSZ Gyermekjogi Bizottsága szerint a legfontosabb tennivalókat jelentik.”

Akkor miről beszélünk?
„A parlamentnek létezik az információs szolgálata. A képviselők meg az érdeklődő állampolgárok kapnak egy rövid leírást a helyzetről. Ez teljesen nyilvános információ, az interneten elérhető mindenki számára. Magához a törvényhez kapcsolódóan vannak ezek (az információk) feltéve. És van egy gyermekétkeztetés anyag most, amiben azt lehet olvasni, hogy Magyarországon nagyjából harminchatezer – ötvennégyezer gyerek rendszeresen éhezik – ez az OECD 2015-ös felméréséből van. Több mint kétszázezer pedig idén nem jut megfelelő mennyiségű élelemhez. Ők a kríziséhezők, vagy időszakos éhezők. Szakemberek megkülönböztetnek mennyiségi és minőség alultápláltságot. Előbbihez, a mennyiségi alultápláltsághoz: itt a nem megfelelő étrend elhízáshoz vezet. És utána még ezt fokozza, hogy mindez hogyan növeli a krónikus betegségeket. Idéz egy másikat: az OECD tagországokat érintő, 2014-es Gallup kutatás szerint a gyermekes családok negyvenhét százalékának gond az élelmiszerek beszerzése. Magyarország ezzel az OECD tagországok között Törökország után a második legrosszabb helyen áll. Na most azt szeretném kérdezni, hogy akkor miről beszélünk? – Akkor ők ezt ők (parlamenti képviselők) ugyanúgy olvashatták, mint ahogy te felolvastad. – Így van. Ez így van. Tehát akkor miről beszélünk? Mi folyik itt? Akkor milyen fajta háború folyik itt, most idézőjeles háború, a szegény szegénygyerekek kárára?”

Mennyire iskola még az iskola?
„A tudás megszerzésének megjelentek olyanfajta erős lehetőségei, amitől az oktatásnak is egészen máshol lehetne a hangsúlya. Nem állítom, hogy ebben az értelemben ez mindent megváltoztat, de vannak olyan oktatási módszerek és nagyon izgalmas módszerek, amelyek a máshol megszerzett tudást megtanítják integrálni… a tudásátadásnak nem az iskola a fő színtere, hanem bárhol megszerzett ismereteknek a strukturálása az ő feladata. A tanárnak az a feladata, hogy hogyan lehet beépíteni azokat az ismereteket, amelyeket tulajdonképpen innen-onnan szedett a fiatalember. És azokat hogyan lehet befordítani a napi gyakorlatába, akár a történelemképébe, akár a biológiaképébe…
Ott kezdjük szerintem, hogy tudásátadásról manapság már nem nagyon beszélhetünk, hiszen pontosan tudjuk azt, illene tudnunk és illene tudomásul vennünk, hogyha nem is szeretjük a következményeit, hogy a tudást minden gyerek maga konstruálja, és ehhez kellene alkalmazkodnia az iskolának. Ehhez képest az információnak (nem feltétlenül tudásnak nevezzük) ezerféle csatornája nyílt meg…, amint információ érkezik hozzá és ezzel valamit kezd, valami kezdenie kell, és az ember önkéntelenül kezd vele valamit, és valóban az iskolának arra kellene felkészítenie és alkalmassá, képessé tenni a gyereket, hogy a saját tudáskonstrukciójának a folyamatát menedzselje. És ehhez képest valóban megtanítani mérlegelni, kritikusan gondolkodni, mérlegelni a forrásnak a hitelességét… és mindazok a dolgok, amiról beszélünk. De ehhez képest az iskola, … most is ott tart, hogy tudatosan ragaszkodik ahhoz, hogy egyfajta tudásmonopóliumra, egyfajta tudásosztónak a privilégiumára igényt tart. … egy bizonyos típusú tudást ismer el, azt is egyfajta előemésztett módon, ahogyan azt a pedagógus interpretálja…”

A Hősök tere kezdeményezés egy magyarországi civil szervezet, amely 2012-ben indult azzal a céllal, hogy elősegítse az aktív állampolgárságot és a civil bátorságot. A kezdeményezés alapgondolata az, hogy mindenki képes pozitív hatást gyakorolni a környezetére, és hogy a társadalmi felelősségvállalás tanulható és gyakorolható.

Újabb körkapcsolás – nyári táborok!
Hatodik alkalommal jelentkezett élőben a Civil Rádió Körkapcsolás című műsora, május 28-án. A kétórás adás során az ország legkülönbözőbb pontjairól kapcsoltuk a Civil Tudósítói Hálózat tagjait, akik színes, nyári programokról tudósítottak – táborokról, műhelytalálkozókról, közösségi eseményekről, felnőtteknek és gyerekeknek egyaránt.

SkillJump – Kompetenciák a KKV szegmensben
A „SkillJump avagy a kompetencia alapú tudáshasznosítás a KKV szegmensben“ egy olyan innovatív megközelítés, amely sgítséget nyújt a vállaltoknak abban, hogy soft-skillek, kompetenciák alapján választhassák ki munkavállalóikat, vezetőiket. Tóth Annamária, Startup-mentor olyan kompetenciákat azonosított kutatásában, amelyek feltérképezik a munkáltatók és munkavállalók rejtett és meglévő készségeit és képességeit, segítik a projektekben való hatékony együttműködést. A fejlesztés eredményeit már igazolták vállalatok HR-munkatársai, a következő lépés egy olyan mérőeszköz kifejlesztése, amely kiegészíti a munkaerő felvételi folyamatokat.

Árvízi védekezésben a Magyar Vöröskereszt
Miközben az árvízi védekezés során sokan a gátakon dolgoztak, a háttérben egy másik, ugyanolyan fontos munka is zajlott: elsősegélynyújtás, étkeztetés, logisztikai támogatás. Ebben az adásban Nagy Tibor, a Magyar Vöröskereszt fővárosi katasztrófavédelmi szakreferense mesél arról, hogyan vett részt a szervezet az idei védekezésben – nemcsak Budapesten, hanem országosan is. Szó lesz az önkéntesek szerepéről, a Margitszigeti bázisról, valamint arról is, miért nem mindig látványos, de mégis pótolhatatlan a civil háttérmunka. Péterfi Ferenc interjúja.

Civilek az árvízi védekezésben – Komárom-Esztergom
Hogyan élik meg az emberek a védekezést ott, ahol az árvíz tényleg elérte a településhatárokat? Monostori Éva terepmunkájának összefoglalójában Komárom-Esztergom megye több árvíz által fenyegetett településén beszélgetett önkéntesekkel, civilekkel, egyházi vezetőkkel. Vízgazdálkodás a Krisna-völgyben
A vízgazdálkodás kérdése ma már nemcsak a nagy folyók mentén élők problémája, hanem mindenkié – így a Krisna-völgyé is. Ebben az adásban Pártha Dásszal, azaz Pőcze Vilmos környezetgazdálkodási igazgatóval beszélgetünk arról, hogyan válhat a természetes vízmegtartás és a környezettudatos életmód a mindennapok részévé. Szó lesz regeneratív mezőgazdaságról, nádgyökérzónás szennyvíztisztításról, csapadékvíz gyűjtésről és arról is, hogyan lehet egy település lakóinak vízfogyasztását drasztikusan csökkenteni.
