A Kóbor Cirmi vendégei voltunk – beszélgetés Flecker Istvánnal
December 13-án, pénteken, Luca napján – nagyon ritka összeállás – a miskolci Kóbor Cirmi, azaz Civil Rádió Miskolc vendégei voltunk, podcast estjükön. Az est témája volt természetesen a Luca nap, a boszorkányság, a hiedelmek és banonák, s Veres Attila íróval betekintést nyerhettünk a „weird“ elnevezésű irodalmi műfajba is.
LMBTQ+ programunk keretében pedig Flecker Istvánnal beszélgethettünk a közönség előtt – akivel fantasztikus élmény volt megismerkedni, beszélgetni, s nem csupán arról, hogy milyen volt a hetvenes vagy a nyolcvanas években melegnek lenni, léteztek-e akkor meleg közösségek, s mennyiben volt más vidéken az LMBTQ+ közösség élete, mint mondjuk Budapesten, hanem beszéltünk a zsidóság megélésről, és a slam poetry-ről is.

A digitális intelligencia kutatása, vállalatok és egyetemek...
A Civil Rádió és a Társadalmi Innovációs Nemzeti Laboratórium (TINLAB) közös podcast sorozatot indított, amelynek középpontjában a társadalmi innováció áll. A hetedik adásban a vállalatok és az egyetemek közös pontjaival, valamint a digitalizáció társadalmi hatásaival és munkaerőpiaci megjelenésével foglalkoztunk.
Vendégeink:
Obermayer Nóra, a Pannon Egyetem egyetemi tanára, fő kutatási területei többek között a tudásmenedzsment, Ipar 4.0, mesterséges intelligencia, feltörekvő technológiák, HR, közösségi média, mindemellett a TINLAB egyik kutatási alprojektjének vezetője. Vallja, hogy a szervezetek sikerességének kulcsa a folyamatosan megújuló tudás hatékony kezelésének képességében rejlik.
Gedeon Valéria jogász, branch manager. Az ELTE-n végzett, több mint tíz éve dolgozik a Randstad Hungarynál, korábban a vállalati pénzügyek, jog, gyógyszeripar, valamint a szolgáltató központokban működő többnyelves pozíciókra specializálódott csapatokat vezette, jeleneleg az IT területet irányítja. A Randstad a világ vezető HR-szolgáltatójaként erős nemzetközi tudásbázissal rendelkezik, folyamatosan kutatja és formálja a munkaerőpiac változásai. Valéria kiemelten figyel az etikus munkaerőtoborzásra és a munkavállalók mentális egészségére is.

Egy mohácsi középiskola, a Kisfaludy Károly Gimnázium, ahol Katona Kriszta – az iskolavezetés és a tanári kar közreműködésével, de alapvetően a gyerekek bevonásával kezdeményezett egy folyamatot: a gimnáziumban lehetséges változásokhoz terveztek és kezdtek el megvalósítani egy remek közösségi költségtervezést. Az egyre gyakoribb, hogy települési önkormányzatok indítanak részvételi tervezést, amelyben az önkormányzati költségvetés egy kisebb részének felhasználását a helyi lakosság bevonásával közösen terveztetik meg.
Ám a fiatalok ilyen ügyben – az iskolai változásokba, a költségek felhasználásába történő tudatos aktivizálásról – eddig nagyon keveset hallottunk. A tapasztalatok átadására egy fővárosi, de más települési intézmény is meghívta a diákokat és segítőjüket.

Két srác, akik a városi élet civil alakítói
A városi életet formáló, részben alakító két civil szervezetnek a Közlekedő Tömeg és a Járókelő Egyesületeknek egy-egy fiatal önkéntese a Demokrácia MOST! műsorának vendége a Civil Rádióban.
Fónai Kende 16 évesen alakította meg néhány hasonló korú társával a Közlekedő Tömeg nevű szervezetet, bár mostanra többnyire a Járókelő kereteiben dolgozik. Erdősi Mátyás – aki mostanában érettségizett – 14-15 évesen kezdte a Járókelőben ezt az aktivista tevékenységet, most is annak a budapesti irodájában ügykezelő önkéntes.
Szívügyük a város. A Járókelő egy közhasznú hibabejelentő, amely mostanában érte el a 100 ezredik megoldott ügyet. Ezeket összegyűjtik és továbbítják az illetékesekhez, majd részben az ügykezelők visszatérnek, utána járnak, hogy történik-e változtatás, megoldódnak-e ezek a helyzetek.
A Közlekedő Tömeg egy civil érdekvédelmi szervezet, akik azért alakultak, mert úgy látták, a közösségi közlekedést használó utasok érdekei nincsenek eléggé képviselve, s az egyesület kereteiben azóta a közlekedési és várostervezési kérdésekben tesznek kritikai ajánlásokat.
Erről beszélgettünk, hogy honnan volt ezekhez a szervezeteknek a működtetéséhez ambíciójuk, tudásuk, hogy ilyen szakmai aktivitást vállaljanak, s hogy komolyan vegyék őket a hivatalos intézmények is a változásokat érintő kérdésekben.

Péter története
Péter, állatorvos. Harminchárom éves és kiegyensúlyozott, mivel nyíltan vállalja homoszexualitását a világ-, a családja- és elsősorban önmaga előtt. Nem volt ezzel soha problémája, de nem volt egyértelmű számára még tinédzser korában, hogy a fiúk vonzzák. Aztán egy kapcsolat, egy határozott férfival egyértelűsítette, hogy csakis egy (másik) férfival tudja elképzelni a párkapcsolatot.
Beszélgetés másságról, az LMBTQI közösségről és az önelfogadás útjáról, amelyen Péter, egy 33 éves állatorvos megosztja saját tapasztalatait. Péter beszél a gyermekkori felismerésekről, amikor először érezte, hogy különbözik másoktól, és a nehézségekről, amelyekkel szembe kellett néznie az önazonosság útján. Hogyan próbálta meg elfogadni saját szexualitását egy sokszor konzervatív környezetben, hogyan formálódott önképe, és milyen szerepet játszottak ebben barátok és közösség. Rámutat arra, hogy a társadalmi előítéletek, a család megjegyzései és a személyes félelmek komoly akadályokat jelentenek, de hangsúlyozza, hogy fontos ezen felülkerekedni és elfogadni önmagunkat.

Anita és Reni története
Anita a világot váltja meg minden nap az állatorvosi rendelőben, ahol asszisztensként dolgozik, Reni a párkapcsolatban „éli meg magát“. Kiegészítik egymást és olyan elfogadóak egymással, amilyen – vallják – csak egy nő tud lenni egy másik nővel. Reninek sosem voltak kétségei szexuális orientációját illetően, Anitának azonban Reni az első női partnere. Három éve vannak együtt.
A beszélgetés során megosztják, hogyan találtak egymásra, és miként alakult ki köztük a kötődés az első találkozásaik alkalmával. Anita megosztja, hogy kapcsolatuk előtt férfi partnerei voltak, míg Renáta már gyermekkora óta tisztában volt az orientációjával. Mindketten hangsúlyozzák, hogy kapcsolatukban nagy szerepet kap az egymás iránti tisztelet és önazonosság. Vízrelépés: Gyúróról a teológiára | E. K. J.
Udvaros Dóra hosszabb útkeresés után kapott Istentől elhívást a lelkészi szolgálatra. A teológiára a Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálatnál hajléktalanok között végzett munka tapasztalataival ment, ahol a cigánymisszió irányába is megdobbant a szíve. Az ötödéves teológus hallgató hitbeli útjáról, terveiről és a társadalom peremén élők felé való szeretetéről beszélt nekünk.

Kiút a depresszióból – egy fiatal története | E. K. J.
Gábriel Marcell egyetemi hallgató buddhista-hinduista vallásos háttérből érkező fiatalként hallott a kereszténység tanításairól és Istenéről a Sztehlo Gábor Evangélikus Gimnáziumban. Elmondása szerint Jézus Krisztusra volt szüksége ahhoz, hogy a depressziótól és a pornófogyasztástól megszabaduljon, és egy egészen új úton indulhasson el.

Tudatos és fenntartható fogyasztás
A Civil Rádió és a Társadalmi Innovációs Nemzeti Laboratórium (TINLAB) közös podcast sorozatot indított, amelynek középpontjában a társadalmi innováció áll.
Az adásban a tudatos és fenntartható fogyasztásról beszélgetünk. Vendégeink Buvár Ágnes, az ELTE Pedagógiai és Pszichológiai Kar (Ember- és Környezet Tranzakció Intézet, Fenntarthatóság és Pszichológia Kutatócsoport) tudományos munkatársa és Zsirai Viktória, a Tudatosan jó webshop alapítója, a Social Impact Award 2023-as fődíjasa.

TINLAB – Közösségi önkormányzás
A Társadalmi Innovációs Nemzeti Laboratórium újabb kísérleti fejlesztését mutatjuk be.
A Közösségi önkormányzás fontos alapelve, hogy a települési önkormányzásba beépítsék az aktív, érvelő, vitatkozó párbeszédet, a helyi lakosság bevonását a döntéshozatali folyamatokba. A helyi erőforrások megismerése és felhasználása nagy mértékben segítheti a közös döntéshozást, fejlődést és fejlesztést. Sok esetben találkozhatunk olyan önkormányzatokkal, akik motiváltak a közösség bevonására, azonban nem ismerik azokat az eszközöket és technikákat, amelyekkel ez megvalósítható lenne.
Beke Márton, kísérleti fejlesztő a Vas vármegyei Bérbaltaváron segíti a települési önkormányzat és a helyi közösség munkáját. Erről kérdeztük a Civil Rádióban.

LIFT Fesztivál
A Labrisz Egyesület 2005 októberében rendezte meg Magyarországon az első leszbikus kulturális fesztivált filmvetítésekkel, műhelyekkel, irodalmi műsorral, leszbikus herstory kiállítással és leszbikus bulival. A fesztivált, amelynek fő célja, hogy kreatív alkotásokon keresztül segítse elő a láthatóbbá válást, és oldja a leszbikusságot érintő sztereotípiákat. A 2024-es program itt tekinthető meg: LIFT program.
A LIFT Fesztivál 2024. november 22-24. között kerül megrendezésre az Itt és Most Közösségi Térben.

„Jogilag nem lehetséges Magyarországon béranyaság… – Ez azt jelenti, hogy van egy törvény, amely azt jelenti, hogy tilos béranyának lenni, vagy esetleg más módon tilos? Mert úgy olvastam, hogy nincs ilyen, és ezt is mondták nekem. – A helyzet úgy néz ki, hogy a PTK (Polgári Törvénykönyv) kifejezetten rögzíti, hogy ki minősül a gyermek anyjának. A gyermek anyja az, aki a gyermeket megszüli. Őt kell tehát anyakönyvezni. Hogy ha más személyt anyakönyveznek, akkor az családi jogállás megváltoztatásának számít, és a Büntető Törvénykönyvbe ütközik.”

Egészséges utcák – Healthy Street Design Check
Mikor érezzük jól magunkat egy városban, egy utcán, a városi közterületeken?
Az ’egészséges utcák’ a városfejlesztés lehetséges mérlegelésének egy lehetősége. Alkalmas a közterek státuszának, a használók jóérzésének megteremtésére.
Egy angol, városokkal foglalkozó – egyébként egészségügyi – szakember Lucy Saunders foglalta össze ennek a legfontosabb jellemzőit.
A Járókelő Közhasznú Egyesület egy városokkal foglalkozó budapesti szervezet, ők fordították le ennek a szakmai leírását, s saját maguk is kezdeményeztek pl. 2023-ban a Damjanich utcában egy többnapos gyakorlati projektet ebben az ügyben.
Utóbb olyan sikert futott be ez a kezdeményezés, hogy egyre többen foglalkoztak ezzel, s a Fővárosi Önkormányzat 2024-re 24 milliárd Ft-ot fordít egy pályázat keretében az egészséges utcák mozgalmának szélesítésére.
De melyek az egészséges utcák legfőbb szempontjai? Egyszerű átkelni a gyalogosoknak az utcán; vannak védett – árnyékos helyei; az emberek otthonosan, jólérzik magukat; tiszta a levegő; van hely megállni, pihenni; nem túl zajos; biztonságban érzik magukat az ott lévők; kerékpározható.
Civilek és önkormányzatok hogyan tudnak a változásért együttműködve változásokat kezdeményezni a saját városrészükben? – erről szól ez a mozgalom és a Civil Rádióban elhangzott beszélgetés is.
A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! című műsorában Dalos Eszter a Járókelő Egyesület képviseletében és Koller-Posztós Ágnes voltak a vendégeink, ebben beszélgettünk arról, hogyan lehetnek élhetőbben a városaink, köztereink, egészségesek az utcáink.

A közösségi részvétel hónapja
Egy műfaj feltámasztása – KÖRKAPCSOLÁS a Civil Rádióban nov. 6. 18 órától volt hallgatható
A Civil Rádióban harmadik alkalommal szervezünk körkapcsolásos élő rádióműsort – egy letűnt műfajt újraélesztve –, amelyben több magyarországi kis- és nagyobb település, városok ügyei szólalnak meg egymás után. Eger, Ács, Komárom, Miskolc, Győrszentiván, Ete, Bana, a Börzsöny – Duna – Ipoly régió, Nyíregyháza, Üllő – csak párat említve e felsorolásban, amelyeket egymás után kapcsolva igyekszünk bemutatni a települések egy-egy fontos, közösséget érintő ügyét.
Körkapcsolásos műsorunk a Civil Tudósítói Hálózat harmadik ilyen típusú műsora júliusa óta – az önkormányzati választás előtt tartott élő műsorunkban a civil indulók lehetőségeiről beszéltünk, október elején pedig az árvízi összefogásban betöltött civil szerepvállalásokat igyekeztük körül járni településről településre.

Ma Magyarországon rengeteg előítélettel találkoznak a romák és azok, akik az LMBTQ csoporthoz tartoznak. A Keskeny út a boldogság felé két egymást szerető roma fiú története. Oláh Kata dokumentumfilmje öt évig készült, s most bemutatják egy sor közösségben, ahol a vetítés után a film alkotóival és szereplőivel is tudnak beszélgetni a nézők. Orsi története
Ebben az érzelmekkel teli és őszinte rádióműsorban egy fiatal leszbikus lány, Orsi, osztja meg személyes utazását önmaga felfedezése felé. A hallgatók betekintést nyerhetnek abba, hogyan fedezte fel szexualitását, hogyan birkózott meg konfliktusokkal, társadalmi elvárásokkal, és hogyan kezdte meg az első lépéseket afelé, hogy elfogadja másságát. A műsorban beszél arról, mikor és hogyan jött rá, hogy a saját neméhez vonzódik, milyen volt szembesülni ezzel a felismeréssel egy olyan világban, ahol a heteronormativitás a megszokott. Hogyan találkozott először olyan lányokkal, akik hasonlóan éreztek, milyen tapasztalatok érték az első leszbikus kapcsolata során, milyen kihívásokkal nézett szembe, amikor párt keresett, milyen tapasztalatai voltak az online ismerkedéssel, vagy épp a meleg közösségben való helykereséssel. A műsor egyaránt foglalkozik a személyes és társadalmi szintű küzdelmekkel: hogyan sikerült a család és barátok körében is felvállalnia magát, milyen támogatást vagy épp ellenállást tapasztalt, és milyen hatással volt minderre a közösségi elfogadás és a változó társadalmi hozzáállás.
A hallgatók érzelmileg mély történeteket hallhatnak arról, milyen nehézségekkel járhat a leszbikusság felismerése és megélése, valamint arról, milyen erő és bátorság szükséges ahhoz, hogy valaki felvállalja önmagát és megtalálja helyét a világban.

De milyen könyveket olvashatunk – hallgathatunk, ha elmegyünk az élő Könyvtár valamelyik rendezvényére? Kik azok, aki saját történetüket nyíltan mesélik azoknak, akik érdeklődnek, és leülnek velük beszélgetni? Milyen együttműködés zajlik most az Élő Könyvtár és a Háttér Társaság között, aminek köszönhetően bárki jobban megismerheti az LMBTQI emberek világát?

A III. FENNTARTHATÓ VÁROSOK KONFERENCIA-ÉS EXPO-n kerül sor Magyarország legújabb, formabontó önkormányzati szövetségének, az Élhető Települések Országos Szövetségének a bejelentésére. A szakmai szövetségbe önkormányzatok, hazai kkv-k és szakmai szervezetek tartzonak. A biszfenol teljes betiltását követelik az Európai Uniótól – mondja Dénes Júlia a Tudatos Vásárlók Egyesületének munkatársa a Civil Rádióban, de a nyilatkozataikban is ezt követelik.
A biszfenol A-ról számos kutatás bizonyította, hogy már egész alacsony dózisban is felboríthatja a hormonrendszer működését, károsíthatja mind a női, mind a férfi termékenységet. A teszteket osztrák testvérszervezetükkel együtt végezték 166 féle alsónemű vizsgálatával, s kiderült, hogy a minta körülbelül egyharmada (33%) tartalmazott kimutatható mennyiségű biszfenolokat.
Ez a mérgező anyag megtalálható a legtöbb műszálas alsónemüben, biztonságot a pamut termékek használata jelenthet, de közben követelik a termékek piacról történő kivezetését.
Tudományosan bizonyított, hogy a vegyszer a ruházatból az izzadságba beoldódik, és nem fér kétség a bőrön keresztüli felszívódás lehetőségéhez sem, a ruhaneműkre mégsem vonatkozik semmilyen EU-s vagy hazai biszfenol – tartalom korlátozás.

Civilek az árvíz idején – KÖRKAPCSOLÁSOS összeállítás a Civil Rádióban
Sok hír, tudósítás hangzott el a Dunai árvíznek a közelmúltban kialakult eseményeiről. Mi most kiemelten azt keressük, hogy a különféle helyeken a civil szereplők hogyan élték meg, miket tapasztaltak, s számukra milyen érdekes történések zajlottak körülöttük.
A Civil Rádió Tudósítói Hálózatát második alkalommal vonjuk be egy-egy kérdés szélesebb megtárgyalásába, pláne, hogy ez az árvíz is hosszú szakaszon érintette a hazai lakosságot. Tőlük hangzott el az a pikánsnak is értékelhető történet, hogy Nagymarosnál már felépítették a mobil gátat, mire megérkezett a miniszterelnök, s le volt zárva a víz felöli terület. Ám ekkor kibontották az egyik elemet, hogy a politikus belülre kerülhessen a látványosabb fotózás kedvéért. A fotózkodást követően némi zavar keletkezett ezen a helyen az ideiglenes gát visszaépítésének kérdéséről.
A bajokról, de a jó történésekről is igyekszünk ebben az összképben bemutatni, helyi emberek nézőpontjával elemezni a történteket. Jellemző, hogy a beszélgetésekben a víz nem csak veszélyforrásként, hanem helyben megtartandó, fontos természetvédelmi kérdésként is felmerül.
Arra is példákat hozunk, hogy nem csak közvetlenül a folyó mellett kerestek lehetőséget önkéntesek a segítségre, hanem távolabbról – esetünkben a Krisnavölgyből, Egerből, Nyíregyházáról is – fontos érték volt a szolidaritás, az együttműködés.

A Demokrácia MOST! második Körkapcsolásos tudósítását Péterfi Ferenc és Zsolt Péter szerkesztette és vezette a műsor kereteiben.

Mi motiválja leginkább a fiatalokat az önkéntességre? Milyen kihívásokkal néz szembe a magyar önkéntesség a Covid után? Hogyan járul hozzá az önkéntesség a társadalmi befogadáshoz és sokszínűséghez? Ezekre a kérdésekre keresi a választ és kínál lehetőségeket az InclusEU nemzetközi projekt, melynek Magyarországi szervezője a Szubjektív Értékek Alapítvány. A projektről Kovács Péterrel, a projekt szakmai vezetőjével és Rózsa Viviennel, a projekt főkoordinátor-helyettesével beszélgetett a Civil Rádióban Görög Mása.

CEGLAB – Community Exchange Gearbox Lab
Önkéntesség egy kicsit másképp:
A projekt során olyan, fiatalok bevonását célzó önkéntes közösségi munkára ösztönző rendszer alkotása valósul meg, amely a fiatalok számára is motiváló, miközben könnyen használható és csökkenti a bürokráciát, a helyi vállalkozások ügyfélinterakcióit és marketingsikerességét növeli. A rendszer közvetítő közeg és kísérleti közösségi akciók összessége, amely során a fiatalok részvételét a közösségépítés mellett helyi vállalkozásoknál beváltható kriptotokenekkel ösztönzik. A kísérleti projekt segít módot találni egy térség, település, környék közösségének összefogására. A kísérleti projekt helyszíne Cegléd városa. – Olvasható a Társadalmi Innovációs Nemzeti Laboratórium honlapján a CEGLAB projekttel kapcsolatban.

Hol tart a KRESZ módosítása – avagy kötelező lesz-e a bukósisak?
Sokéves előkészítés után mára belátható közelségbe került a KRESZ módosítása, ami erőteljesen érinti a kerékpáros közlekedést – a szabályok módosításáról számos hír, információ kering. Ebben a beszélgetésben Kürti Gábor, a Magyar Kerékpárosklub elnöke segítségével megkíséreljük áttekinteni a kerékpáros KRESZ csomag aktuális tartalmát. A Kerékpárosklub ugyancsak kivette a részét a műhelymunkából!
Kürti Gábor egyébként egy – a Kerékpárosklub honlapján olvasható – cikkben foglalta össze a lassan egy évtizede zajló műhelymunka állomásait, eddigi akadályait és jelenlegi állását.
