„Mindannyian látjuk, hogy milyen volt a rendszerváltozás előtti Magyarország és látjuk azt, hogy az azóta eltelt két évtized Magyarországon. És nyilvánvalóan nagyon sok változás történt. Az oktatás és az egészségügy az a két igazán kiemelt terület, szerintem, ahol folyamatos értékcsökkentés, értékrombolás zajlik. Ami azt jelenti, hogy mind a szabályozókban, mind a két nagy területre fordított forrásokban, mind pedig az ehhez szükséges emberi erőforrásokban, én úgy gondolom, hogy itt komoly mértékű minőségromlás zajlik. – Veszélyeset mondasz, mert azt mondod, hogy rosszabbak a tanárok, mint régen? – ez csak ennek egy része bizonyos szempontból. Én arra gondolok konkrétan: Nyilván az oktatásban szükség van arra, hogy – főleg azok, akik fejlődő fiatal embereket, fiatal lányokat nevelnek, okítanak, mondjuk a pedagógusok – ha nincsenek kellően felkészült, motivált, jó szakembergárda. Teljesen mindegy, hogy a bölcsödétől egészen az egyetemi katedrákig megyünk. De ha nincsenek megfelelő pedagógusok, akkor azt gondolom, főleg az átalakuló összetételű magyarországi fiatalságon belül, előbb-utóbb eljutunk arra a pontra, hogy bizonyos feszültségek, amik várhatóan folyamatosan jönnek majd elő, arra nem lesznek jó megoldások.”
„Rossz séma az, hogyha azt mondom, az én fiatalkoromat, tehát amikor a nyolcvanas évek, a rendszerváltás idején általános iskolás, majd középiskolás voltam, összehasonlítani a mai időkkel. Nem lehet azt mondani, hogy bezzeg az én időmben milyen jó tanárok voltak, és mi milyenek voltunk. De a mostaniak pedig teljesen nem olyanok, mert ez sincs a suliban, meg az sincs a suliban. Tehát a szakmai gárda csapni való, a gyerekeket pedig meg kell nevelni. …- – Valami csak történt… Azt mondod, hogy megváltozott valami…? – Sommásan: Szerintem igazán nem változott semmi. Szerintem nem lettek jobbak a tanárok, nem lettek rosszabbak a tanárok, nem lettek rosszabbak a diákok és nem lettek jobbak a diákok.”
„Nem módszer, nem kommunikációs eszköz és nem megoldás, hogy beront a szülő és lerendezi a tanárt. Vice versa, amikor a tanár egész egyszerűen nem tud szót érteni, vagy nem találja meg azt a csatornát, ami nem vezet odáig, hogy bejöjjön a szülő.”

A jövő útja: a kisléptékű önellátás – Boldog Boci Fesztivál
2022 szeptemberében elindítottunk egy közös rovatot a Krisna-völggyel, hogy a Civil Rádió hallgatói első kézből értesüljenek a kisléptékű önellátás útjáról, lehetséges lépéseiről. A rovat négyhetente szombaton reggel fél 9 táján hallható.
Ma egy közelgő ünnepségről, az április18-án megrendezendő Boldog Boci Fesztiválról beszélgetünk Mérő Mátyással, Madhupati dász-szal. Bemutatja nekünk a Tehénvédelmi központot, az ott működő ökörhajtású járgányházat, és megtudhatjuk azt is, hogy mitől boldogok a bocik.

Amerikai Függetlenségi Nyilatkozat
„Magától értetődőnek tartjuk azokat az igazságokat, hogy minden ember egyenlőként teremtetett, az embert teremtője olyan elidegeníthetetlen jogokkal ruházta fel, amelyekről le nem mondhat, s ezek közé a jogok közé tartozik a jog az élethez és a szabadsághoz, valamint a jog a boldogságra való törekvésre. Ezeknek a jogoknak a biztosítására az emberek kormányzatokat létesítenek, amelyeknek törvényes hatalma a kormányzottak beleegyezésén nyugszik.”
Július 4-én lesz 250 éve, hogy a Kontinentális Kongresszus elfogadta az Amerikai Függetlenségi Nyilatkozatot, amelynek talán legismertebb sorait idéztük a dokumentum bevezetőjéből.
Hahner Péter történész, a Rubicon Intézet főigazgatója a függetlenségi nyilatkozat keletkezésének körülményeiről, a benne tükröződő eszmékről és az Amerikán is túlmutató jelentőségéről beszélt a Civil Rádió szombat reggeli műsorában.

Gyerekkereskedelem, gyerekprostitúció, gyereksorsok (2015)
„Már beépül a magyar jogrendszerbe minden olyan intézmény, jogszabály, szabályozás, ami a gyerekkereskedelmet szabályozza. – Szabályozza vagy tiltja? – Nyilvánvalóan tiltja. Én itt egy kicsit az elején belemennék ebbe a definíció problémájába. Ugyanis szerintem a hallgatók, vagy a hallgatóknak egy jó része, valószínűleg ha azt a szót hallja, hogy gyerekkereskedelem, akkor felmerülnek olyan dolgok benne, hogy nem tudom, a szegény országokból eladják a gyerekeket pénzért gazdag országokba és ott adoptálják őket. Vagy valami hasonló dolgok jutnak az eszébe. De mondjuk az, hogy például gyerekprostitúció, az nem biztos, hogy rögtön eszébe jut valakinek erről a fogalomról. Miközben mondjuk a Magyarországon a legfontosabb, vagy a legpregnánsabb példa a gyerekkereskedelemben az a tizennyolc alatti gyerekek prostitúciója.”
„A lányprostitúció azért az elmúlt években rettenetesen megnőtt. Akár a hazai, de a külföldi is. – Ezt honnan lehet tudni? …- Hát nem a statisztikákból, a bűnügyi statisztikákból tudjuk, mert elsősorban a gyerekekre vonatkozóan, de a felnőttekre vonatkozóan is, bizonyos dolgokat ott is tilt a törvény. A gyerekek esetében teljes mértékben a gyerekprostitúció minden formája tiltott… Tegyük helyre a fogalmat, a hallgatók szerintem gyereknek a tizennégy év alattiakat gondolják. De a törvény szerint tizennyolc alatt mindenki gyereknek számít. … Mindenféle intézmények máshogyan definiálják a maguk számára, miközben törvényileg tizennyolc év alatti a gyerek. De ugye sokszor valóban a tizennégy és tizennyolc közöttieket már fiatal korúnak tekintik. Miközben ilyen jogi kategória ebben az esetben nincsen. … A bűnügyi statisztikák nem mutatják meg azt, hogy milyen mélységű és milyen kiterjedésű a jelenség. Ugyanis évente pár esetet regisztrálnak, ami azt jelenti, hogy pár esetben indul eljárás vagy történik ítélet egyáltalán. Ez a pár eset évente négy-öt-hat esetet jelent. Ilyen szintre kell gondolnunk, miközben településenként, egyes régiókban tényleg ilyen százas nagyságban vagy akár több, még magasabb…”
„Uniós direktívában is szerepel, hogy amennyiben gyanú merül fel – emberkereskedelemről, gyerekkereskedelemről van szó – abban az esetben a rendőrségnek nyomoznia kell. Na most már itt megbukik a dolog, mert a rendőrség nem nyomoz. – Mert nincs gyanú? Vagy miért? – De, gyanú az van, ugyanis nagyjából mindenki tudja, hogy mi zajlik. Tehát tudja a rendőrség, tudják az intézmények. Nagyon sok áldozat a gyermekvédelemből kerül ki. Tehát a gyerekotthonokból, nevelőszülőktől stb. Tehát az intézményrendszer az nagyon erősen érintett ebben a dologban. …. Interjúztunk ezekkel az intézményekkel és mindenki elmondta, hogy igen, tudjuk. Tehát tudjuk, hogy a kislányokat ott várják a stricik az intézet előtt, tudjuk, hogy beültetik az autóba. Megkérdezzük, hogy igen, akkor miért nem tesznek feljelentést. Akkor többféle válasz van. Az egyik az, hogy hát nincs bizonyítékunk. Mire? Hát most mondta, hogy ott áll az autó? – És? – Az neki nem… Azt is szokták mondani, hogy önkéntesen… – Gyerekekkel kapcsolatosan ha önkéntes, akkor is bűntett… igen ez különbözteti meg a felnőtt prostitúciótól. Tehát a gyerekek esetében, a gyerekkereskedelem a kényszerítés és a kizsákmányolás fogalmai tartoznak ide. Tehát ha belegyezett is, az nem változtat a jogállásán.”

A Kozák téri Ifjúsági Ház, s az ott kialakuló cigányklub története
Szabó András barátomat hívtam a Demokrácia MOST! műsorába, a Civil Rádióba, hogy idézzük fel azt az 1972 körüli a 3-4 évet, amikor őt, pályakezdő népművelőként kinevezték a XV. kerületi Kozák téri Ifjúsági Ház vezetőjének. Az intézmény – a környéken lakók összetételéből és helyzetéből eredően – jórészt cigány fiatalokkal (és idősebbekkel, és kisgyerekekkel és a velük odajáró nagyszoknyás anyukákkal) foglalkozott. Megismerni a helyben fontos szükségleteket, szolid tereléssel segíteni a helyi fiatalokat, hogy közösen alakítsák ki az ottani közösségi élet kereteit, a bevonásuk és a részvételük folyamatos megteremtésével – ez volt a felismert küldetése Szabó András klubvezetőnek.
Ebben a néhány évben az ország egyik legjobban kibontakozó kulturális-szociális-közösségi programját és intézményét építették fel az odajárókkal, alkalmilag néha külső segítőkkel, de alapvetően Szabó András emberi- és szakmai érzékenységének és szívósságának eredményeként.
Erről szól ez a beszélgetés a Civil Rádióban, érintve a 70-es évek politikai-társadalmi történetét, kulturális állapotát, de leginkább egy harmincas, bátor fiatalember és nagyon impulzív környezetének alakulását, az egymással való izgalmas emberi küzdelmét.

Werner Herzog: Jégben gyalogolni
Nehéz helyzetekben néha az ember próbál mintegy alkut kötni a sorssal. Ha ez vagy az a dolog nem következik be, akkor én ezt vagy azt a nagy dolgot viszem végbe. Így volt ez 1974-ben, a fiatal filmrendező életében is. Mentora, az idős filmesztéta megbetegedett és mindenki arra gondolt, hogy ezt nem élheti túl, meg fog halni. A filmrendező úgy döntött, hogy ez nem következhet be, ha ő Münhenből, ahol családjával lakott, elgyalogol Párizsba, ahol a beteg barátja él. A gondolatot tett követte és útra kelt. Nem törődve a késő őszi – kora téli időjárással. Ennek az útnak a mozzanatait naplóban rögzítette, amit nem szánt megjelentetni. Pár évvel később mégis a nyilvánosság elé tárta. Így tudhatjuk meg, hogyan gyalogol egy filmes Münchenből Párizsba. Mit lát, milyen film pereg a szeme előtt.

Hegedűs Noémi: Ház a kelta keresztnél
A szerzővel való beszélgetésben szó került egy helyi süteményről, a scone-ról. Anglia legdélnyugatibb csücskében van két város, ahol másként eszik ezt a süteményt. Félbevágva, alul eper lekvárral, rajta egy tejszínes krémmel (clotted cream). Ez a cornwalli módi. Aki ezt fordítva teszi (krém alul, dzsem felül, az devoni. A két város e tekintetben örök harcban áll.
Na mármost. Én elkövettem a beszélgetésben azt a hibát, hogy Devon helyett Denvert mondtam. Egyszer 5 perc 15 mp-nél, azután megtetéztem azzal, hogy 22 perc 45 mp-nél szintén Denvert mondtam. Tehát, szögezzük le. DEVON az az angliai helyiség, ahol a scone-t rosszul eszik – a cornwalliak szerint. Szerzőnk Cornwallban él és állítja, hogy bizony így a finomabb, mint ahogyan azt a királynő is megmondta. Remélem, hogy ezzel kiküszöböltem a csorbát. Elnézést kérek!

Cecille Enger: Egy perc csend
Egy elszabadult vérrög a nyaki ütőéren keresztül utat tör magának az agy egyik vénájába, és ott eltorlaszolja az áramlást. A vérellátás hiánya azután okozhat rengeteg problémát az életünkben. Ez történt a regénybéli Ászjával, amikor afázia állt elő. Az addig 40 éve flottul működő kommunikációs eszközét, az angol nyelvet nem tudta többé használni. A fejében összerakott szavakat, mondattöredékeket képtelen volt kimondani. Szerencsére az anyanyelvét, a norvégot nem érte el a sokk. A gyerekkori nyelvvel a gyerekkori emlékek is utat találtak hozzá. Bepötyögte a laptopjába, így gondolatai eljutnak hozzánk.

„A legfontosabb a kíváncsiság. Azt gondolom, hogy engem ami talán jó szakemberré tett, hogy én hiába tizenöt éve dolgozom a terepen, még mindig kíváncsi vagyok. És minden egyes újabb kliensemet úgy fogadom, hogy nem egy sémában gondolkodom. Ja, hát ez hasonlít a Mariska esetére, akkor neki is azt mondom, hogy szedjen hangyát. Hanem tényleg érdekel. Mindig van újabb és újabb történet, és mindig újabb és újabb dolgokat tanulok én is.”
„- Te tudod, hogy mikor jó egy család? – Én tudom, hogy mikor jó az én családom. – A tiedé? – Igen. Azt gondolom, hogy akkor jó egy család, hogy akik benne élnek, azok jól érzik magukat, és alapvetően készek arra, hogy egymásért megtegyenek dolgokat, hogy egymásért fejlődjenek. Nem akkor jó egy család, ha nincsenek konfliktusok, ha nincsenek krízis időszakok, ha soha semmi nem történik, mert olyan nincsen. Akkor működik egy család, akkor jó egy család, ha működik. És a működés az egy olyan dinamikus történet, amelyben rugalmasan súrlódnak is az emberek, de nem törnek és nem megjavíthatatlanul sérülnek. El tudják fogadni azt, hogy hibázhatunk. Ahol el tudom fogadni a saját hibámat, és másikat is el tudom fogadni a hibájával együtt, még akkor is, ha haragszom rá.”

Meséld el nekünk benyomásaidat és emlékeidet régi vagy újabb fényképeid alapján, amelyeket kérünk hozz magaddal!
Hogyan változott a józsefvárosi szomszédságod az elmúlt években? Melyek voltak a legfontosabb átalakulások, amiket észrevettél? Hatással voltak ezek a változások rád, a házadra vagy a környékedre? Hogyan? Tapasztaltál jelentős változásokat az épületedben?
Oszd meg benyomásaidat és emlékeidet a józsefvárosi szomszédságodról vagy a történelmi lakóépületedről az általad kiválasztott régi vagy újabb fényképeken található történetek elmesélésével.
Ez a workshop a „TransHerit” kutatási projekt része, amely a történelmi lakóházak átalakulását vizsgálja Budapest 8. és 7. kerületében, valamint Bécs 15. és 10. kerületében, és ezek hatását a mindennapi életre.
A Civil Rádóban Szemző Hanna szociológus beszél a Photovoice műhelyről és a módszerről is.

A „játékok játéka“, a gombfoci (Torda Judit)
Egy kis balatoni városkából indult el világhódító útjára egy sport. Nagyon sok híve van Magyarországon, de rendeznek világbajnokságokat is. Baráti társaságok, kisebb csoportok szabadidejükben lelkesen utaznak egyik városból a másikba, sokszor egy nagy szurkolói csapat kíséri őket. A játékosok kora sem meghatározó, hiszen gyerekek, felnőttek, idősek, férfiak sőt nők is megtalálhatóak soraikban.

„Egy héten háromszor vagyok, délután kettőtől öt-hat óráig. Ott vagyok, de szükségük is van a gyerekeknek rám. Nekem meg őrájuk van szükségem. Mert nagyon sok szeretetet kapok tőlük. Erőt tudnak adni, hogy a mindennapokat tovább tudjam vinni.”
„Bemegyek az Erdélyi iskolába, olyan sok rosszat mondanak róla. De tényleg ez a hír járta. Én meg fogom magam, és ha ott vannak igazi, elesett gyerekek. Itt ugye nekem a származás az nem nagyon működött, mert énnekem mindegy milyen gyerek. Gyerek kész. Soha nem néztem, hogy vajon ez (a gyerek) cigány, vele különlegesen bánok, mert én is az vagyok. Vagy ez a magyar gyerek… Nem, itt minden gyerek egyforma számomra.”
„Vannak olyan gyerekek, például olyan suhancok, tizenkét évesek, akiknél teljes mértékben vagy valamit megtanultak, vagy tehát olyat a felnőttektől, vagy mit tudom én, barátoktól tanultak, amit nem kellene nekik csinálni. És ugye ez a suhancosságban benne van, hogy semmit nem néznek, öntörvényűek, tehát minden megy úgy, ahogy ők akarják. De. Nem tudom, érdekes módon, én hetedik éve vagyok itt velük, de ha én szólok a legrosszabbnak is, hogy gyere ide, és szépen szólok neki, akkor szépen válaszol. Megáll. Tessék Rozi néni. És megteszi a dolgaikat. Vannak olyan gyerekek is, akik magukba zárkóznak, nem szólalnak meg. Ott is lehet valami lelki trauma.”

Közösségi és Részvételi Osztály alakult a XIV. kerületi Önkormányzatban, amelynek egyik első lépése volt 2025-ben, kezdeményezték a városrészben közösségi részvételi tervezés elindítását.
A Civil Rádió Demokrácia MOST! műsorának vendégei erről a folyamatról beszéltek. Hogyan lehetett egy helyben eddig ismeretlen részvételi formát és módszert elindítani, a helyi lakosság körében mozgósítani, a bevonást megszervezni? Amelyeknek végén, a beérkezett 316 lakossági javaslatból izgalmas egyeztetéseket, párbeszédeket követően Zuglóban 7 ötlet kapott összesen 30 millió Ft-ot az önkormányzat erre elkülönített keretéből a megvalósításra.
Persze az út ennél az összefoglalásnál érdekesebb: az új kezdeményezés népszerűsítése, a hivatalon belüli egyeztetések, Részvételi Tanács alakítása, ötletszűrések, találkozók és diskurzusok szervezése a lakossággal, műhelyek szervezése – de a szavazás végeredménye, tehát az eredményhirdetést követő időszak is számtalan közös izgalmat és érdeklődőt mozgatott.
Most majd a folytatás – nem csak a részvételi költségvetésé, de a helyi lakosság további bevonására készülő Osztály újabb munkái, tervek és ötletek következnek.

Zalai Károly: Ha neandervölgyi vagy
Az elmúlt néhány évben sokat megtudtunk már arról, hogy a Homo sapiens és a neandervölgyiek között milyen kölcsönhatás volt, arról azonban még mindig vitatkozik a tudomány, hogy miként keresztezte egymást a két csoport. Úgy véli – mármint a tudomány –, hogy ha a neandervölgyi rendszeresen nemzett utódokat a Homo sapiensnek, akkor az idővel erodálhatta a populációját egészen addig, amíg el nem tűnt. A kutatók szerint a neandervölgyiek 600 ezer évvel ezelőtt fejlődhettek ki Európában és Ázsiában, míg a Homo sapiens 400 ezer évvel ezelőtt Afrikában. Egy átlagos ma élő európaiban nagyjából 2% a neandervölgyi DNS. Mi lehetett a neandervölgyiek eltűnésének oka? Betegség, népírtás, asszimilálódás, klímaváltozás? Egyelőre nem tudni. Ami valószínű, hogy a csökkenő populációhoz jó ütemben érkeztek a sapiensek, hogy közösen benépesítsék a Földet. Az ajánlott könyv nem ismeretterjesztő munka, hanem regény, ami napjainkban történik. És olyan tulajdonságokat társít a neandervölgyiséghez, amelyek talán sokunkban megtalálhatók. Lehet, hogy nemcsak 2% a neandervölgyiség bennünk?

Anna Stuart: A berlini állatkert őrzői
Közhely, de igaz, hogy rettenetes dolog a háború. Ha egy országot bombázni kezdenek, ott az elszenvedőket globális bántalmazás ér. Igaz, a bombázó területet és/vagy hatalmat akar a másik felett szerezni, de biztos, hogy ártatlan civilek is áldozatul esnek. Otthonaik elpusztulnak, munkahelyük és megélhetésük veszélybe kerül. A regény a második világháború utolsó két évében játszódik, amikor Berlint a szövetségesek szinte folyamatos bombázással próbálták megadásra kényszeríteni. Eközben a lakosság – leginkább nők és gyerekek – légvédelmi pincékbe húzódva próbált túlélni. A város központi helyén állt és áll ma is az állatkert, ami szintén ki volt téve a bombázásnak. Az állatokat nem tudták a föld alá bújtatni. Így sokan közülük elpusztultak. A történet a zoofamily-ről szól. Emberek és gyerekek, akik az állatkert megmentését szinte a saját életük elé helyezték.
Az Alexandra Kiadó adta ki Anna Stuart A berlini állatkert őrzői című regényét. A fordítóval, Haris Ildikóval beszélgettünk.

Anna Blix: A várandósság 40 hete
Sok nő onnan tudja, hogy gyermeket vár, hogy émelyeg, hányingere van és a reggelt hányással kezdi. Olvasva a könyvet ünnepeltem, hogy ezeket megúsztam, de voltak illatok – pld. a kávéé -, amiktől én is émelyegtem. De persze egy biológusnak még a másállapot is más. Szegény szerzőnk nehéz babaváró volt kétszer is. Sokszor elgondolkozott, hogyan bírta volna ki úgy, hogy nincs mellette a párja, aki megreggelizteti enyhén pirított kenyérrel és sajttal. És ha már így elgondolkodott, akkor párhuzamot vont az állatvilág szaporodási módozataival. Szarkasztikus humorral, könnyedséggel és lazasággal beszél a párhuzamokról és a különbségekről. Felmondani nem tudnám az állatvilág 81 féle szaporodási módját, de a könyvet nagyon élveztem. Nemkülönben a könyvet szakmailag lektoráló biológussal való beszélgetést.
A Figura Könyvkiadó adta ki Anna Blix A várandósság 40 hete című, És 81 további mód a szaporodásra alcímű munkáját. A magyar kiadás egyik szakmai lektorával, dr. Mokos Judit biológussal beszélgettünk.

Fehér László: Művek az 1980-as évekből
Az eltűnt idő nyomában…
Szó szerint… Fehér László festőművész nagyméretű munkáinak az 1980-as évekből kifejezetten jó áll a galéria egy részén meghagyott rusztikus téglafal. Ami pedig az eltűnt időt illeti, egyszer csak érkezett a kiállítótérbe egy olyan mű is, amiről a művésznek fogalma sem volt, hogy mit rejt a csomagolás. A kép negyven évet várt arra, hogy ismét megmutathassa magát. Nem mellesleg, szóba kerül majd a festő műtermi outfitje is.

Békés iskolák – békétlen időkben
„- Ha nyugtalan a világ, akkor miért kell más világot teremteni az iskolában? Miért van szükség a békére? – Azt gondolom, hogy egyáltalán tanulni tudjanak a gyerekek, ahhoz nagyon fontos, hogy biztonságban érezzék magukat. Ne bántsák egymást, ne bántsák a pedagógusok őket, vagy ők a pedagógusokat vagy a szülők a pedagógusokat. Tehát az összes konstellációt fel lehetne sorolni. Egyrészt a tanulást nehezíti, hogy ha bántás van a közösségben, másrészt nem azzal tudjuk nevelni a gyereket az életre, hogy a bántalmazást engedjük, mert az életben is ez van. Hanem pont, hogy megtanítjuk őket, hogy ez ellen fellépjenek.”
„A konfliktus abszolút az élet része. Azt gondolom, hogy ezt nem kell kiirtani. A konfliktusokat kezelni kell, megtanulni kulturáltan rendezni. Nem cél ezeket megszűntetni. Nem is lehet. A bántalmazást kell, a bullyingot (ez az angol kifejezés rá), ami a hatalommal való visszaélést jelenti egy közösségben, egy vagy több személy részéről. Ami azt jelenti, hogy a másikat rendszeresen, szándékosan, az erőfölényt kihasználva – ami számtalan dologból eredhet –próbál hatalmi pozíciót fenntartani.”

Prófécia Z generációsan
Mennyire ismerjük a Z generációt, mit tudunk arról, mit gondolnak a világról, hogy élik meg a hétköznapjaikat és milyen elképzelésük van a jövőről? Bemutatták Fabricius Gábor legújabb, Prófécia című dokumentumfilmjét. Az alkotás a Z generációs magyar fiatalok gondolatvilágába enged betekintést: útkeresésről, nemi identitásról, drogokról, halálról, gyermekvállalásról és transzgenerációs traumákról beszélgetnek a kamera előtt. Mit tudnak adni egymásnak a különböző generációk, mennyire ítélkezünk és empátiahiánnyal küzd-e a szülők generációja? Ezekről beszélgetett a film kapcsán Fabricius Gábor a Civil Rádióban Görög Másával és Nehrebeczky Mátéval.

Író, filmrendező, Cannes Golden Media Lion, EPICA és CLIO díjas mediadesigner. Legutóbbi könyve, a Merre vagyok, arccal előre 2025 őszén jelent meg a Helikon Kiadó gondozásában. Nagyjátékfilmje, az Eltörölni Frankot a 78. Velencei Nemzetközi Filmfesztiválon mutatkozott be, ahol a Kritikusok Hete szekcióban elnyerte a leginnovatívabb film díját. Korábbi rövidfilmjei (Skinner, Dialogue) több mint száz nemzetközi filmfesztiválon szerepeltek, többek között Torontóban (TIFF), Londonban, Bostonban és Mumbaiban. Íróként a Más Bolygó című regényével vált ismertté, amelyet az Európa Könyvkiadó jelentetett meg, és amelyet 2016-ban Aegon irodalmi díjra jelöltek. Fabricius a londoni Central Saint Martins College MA alumnija, munkásságát Cannes Golden Media Lion-, EPICA- és CLIO-díjakkal is elismerték.

Gyerekek a függő családban
Én tizennyolc éves koromtól huszonhat éves koromig aktív szerhasználó voltam. Részt vettem egy kilenc hónapos drogterápiás kezelésen. Ott akkor leálltam. És utána választottam a segítő pályát, mint hivatást. Utána szociális munkás lettem. Tehát az alapvégzettségem az szociális munkás. És egy évre rá, nem, most már két éve vagyok intervencionista. De mi is ez? Tulajdonképpen egy speciális szakterülete az addiktológiai ellátásnak. Ez lényegében azt jelenti, hogy intervencionalistaként az a feladatom, hogy segítsem a családokat abban, hogy a kezelés gondolatát elutasító szerettüket kezelésbe juttassák.”
„Fontos az, amit mondasz, hogy fontolgatnak. Ők érzik, hogy az, amiben vannak, az nem jó. De a környezet sokkal előbb szeretné már azt, hogy ők kimondják, igen, függő vagyok, és igen, vállalom a kezelést. Ez általában nem következik be. Az intervencionalistának az a feladata, hogy a család bevonásával ezt a folyamatot szakszerűen menedzselje, felgyorsítsa. Hogy el tudjuk érni, hogy a függő vállalja a kezelést.”
„Aki egy olyan családban nőtt fel, ahol a szülei rendszeresen használtak (alkoholt, szereket), ott nagyon markánsan megjelenik a problémáknak a tabusítása. Nem lehet beszélni semmiről. Minden titok. Mindent el kell hallgatni. Tehát van egy énvédő mechanizmus, hogy igazában nincs is gond. És ezek a gyermekek aztán úgy nőnek fel, hogy ezt tovább viszik a felnőtt életükbe is. Tehát tulajdonképpen a saját, belső működésmódjukra, problémákra nem látnak rá. Ez úgy el van falazva. Mert nekem a látszatot kell tartanom. És ugye ez például akadályozhatja azt, hogy én észrevegyem, hogy most egyébként az utóbbi napokban nagyon megszégyenültem. Úgy érzem, hogy kiszolgáltattam magamat valakinek. Ugye ez nem tudatosult bennem. Ő csak azt érzi, hogy három nappal később ihatnékja van. És azt mondom, hogy hát igazában nem történt semmi. Mert azt nem látja, nem akarja látni, hogy megalázták a munkahelyén.”

200 helyszínen zajlott a Nemzeti Faültetés Napja – Népligeti Kiáltvány született
Bojár Iván Andrással, a 10 millió Fa közösségének kezdeményezőjével beszélgettünk a március elejei országos eseményről, a második alkalommal megszervezett Nemzeti Faültetés Napjáról.
Ebben „az ember embernek farkasa“ jelzővel leírható mai világunkban ez egy igazi jó ügy, amit talán kevéssé borít be a széthúzás és acsarkodás, szóval ennek az eseménynek a megszervezése, lebonyolítása volt részben témája a Civil Rádióban elhangzott beszélgetésnek. „Ez egy életre mutató téma” – így jelezte Bojár a nagyszerűen sikerült hétvégét.
Kapcsolódott a budapesti központi eseményhez a Népligeti Kiáltvány, amely viszont már – okkal – erősen karcos követeléseket tartalmazott. A bevezetőt követően arról az erdeinkben történt iszonyatos pusztításról beszélt vendégünk, amely a közelmúlt őrült tüzifarendeletének a következménye lett, s ami miatt bizony az erdész szakma nem állt ki. De a 10 pontos követelés a rövidesen felálló új kormány számára jelezheti, írhatja újra az ember helyét, viszonyát a természettel a következő évekre. A követelésben megfogalmazódott sokféle intézkedés közül csak egyet emelünk ki: Legyen egy elfogadott Nemzeti talaj- és vízmegtartási program, amelynek szükségességét kicsit bővebben is kifejtette vendégünk Bojár Iván András.

Aludjuk magunkat intelligenssé
Hogy aludtál ma? A hazai felmérések szerint a magyarok 70 százaléka tapasztalt már alvászavart, minden negyedik ember pedig rendszeresen fáradtan ébred – miközben a neurológiai kutatások alapján az alvás minősége közvetlenül hat a kognitív teljesítményre és az agy regenerációjára. Tényleg rontja az intelligenciát a tartós alváshiány? Mennyit és hogyan kell aludnunk, hogy kipihenten ébredjünk? Milyen funkciói vannak az alvásnak? Mi az a a BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) és hogy hat az emberi agyra?
„Az alvás és az intelligencia kapcsolata túlmutat azon, hogy valaki kipihent-e. A modern kutatások szerint az alvás szerkezete is közvetlen összefüggésben áll a kognitív teljesítménnyel és az agyi plaszticitással, vagyis az agy változásra való képességével” – hangsúlyozza dr. Bohács Krisztina, intelligencia kutató, a GEM Tanulási Központ szakmai vezetője.

Emberi Jogok és kilakoltatások
Magyarországon lakhatási válság van. Emiatt nagyon könnyű utcára kerülni, de onnan újra lakhatáshoz jutni szinte lehetetlen. De lehet-e a hajléktalanná válást mérsékelni a bírósági gyakorlattal? És ha igen, milyen módon? Erről szól az Utcajogász frissen megjelent kötete, amely az Emberi Jogok Európai Bíróságának ingatlankiürítésekkel kapcsolatos ügyeit szemlézi.
Az Utcajogász Egyesület kötetet jelentetett meg Esettár az Emberi Jogok Európai Bíróságának ingatlan-kiürítésekkel kapcsolatos gyakorlatához címmel. A könyv hiánypótló, hiszen ilyen esettár eddig nem jelent meg magyar nyelven. A kötet kiadásának célja, hogy az ügyvédek és a bírók hazánkban is ismerjék a strasbourgi bíróság gyakorlatát, és az Emberi Jogok Európai Egyezményére hivatkozva építsék be azt a magyarországi bírósági gyakorlatba. A bemutatóesemény létrehozásában a Res Iudicata Egyesület közreműködött.
